It's a common trick by the enemy to persuade you into assuming your sin is too big for grace. That's false. The only unforgivable sin is blasphemy of the holy spirit- all others are absolutely forgivable. Paul used to murder Christians before being the biggest evangelist for Christ in world history and writing most books in the Bible. Moses killed someone. David had a twisted affair where he killed her husband. God can forgive you if you repent.
Is Jesus's death on the cross not good enough for you? God already loved you so much He died for you- what else can He do? If you're a lost sheep all you need to do is call out to Jesus- give your heart to Him and He will find and rescue you. Don't believe the devil's lies. Fight back by reading God's word and staying in the truth- keeping your metaphorical armor of God on to fight against satan's lies. Then once you find your way back to Jesus, 'go and sin no more'. God bless you!

"Hi Douglas Grahame ,ive not heard of the book of mary however , i believe that the only person who could have told Luke all the details about Jesus birth and early life would have been Mary , who else would have been able to tell Luke so many little details ?" View & Reply

The question I propose is this. When you are given an open door and you go through, after you cross the threshold is it your responsibility to close that door behind you?
In my concerns about falling away and having thoughts of doubt and unbelief I have been thinking about the seal of the Holy Spirit and what is written in Romans 14:5. If anyone would please provide insight I would seriously appreciate it.
You said "the week 70th of Daniel 9:v.27 (7 years) is within of this current decade"
Listen to this:
-Jesus had the first 1/2 of the week, 42 months, and was cut off.
-antichrist gets the second half of the week, 42 months, and is cut off by Jesus Messiah.
It is a multi-thousand year old prophesy. There is no 7 year end-time run when he is revealed, only 42 months.
I supposed It would be hard to tell some people who are giving their lives today for the Lord Jesus that these things aren't going to happen until after the rapture. Many in other countries are dying for their faith in Jesus.
The book of Romans deals with this. Look at Gods victory at the end of Romans 8
I can't believe your behavior. You are a bully. I read through the thread, who are you to say what's right when you don't know yourself. Shameful.
You seem very sure of what the trumpets represent to you.
I will concede that I am not smart enough to attribute the trumpets in revelation to past and present worldly events.
I am familiar with the following scripture:
Matthew 24:6
"And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet."
There have been wars and rumors of wars for many centuries. And as I said previously, many past generations believed that their generation would see the end of time, and it didn't happen.
We may be close, and we may not be close to the end times.
If I concentrate on living my life as the bible states, I hope to be ready to meet Jesus Christ.
God Bless
If just believing in Jesus Christ will get you to heaven please reconcile these bible scriptures:
Luke 18:19-25
19And Jesus said unto him, Why callest thou me good? none is good, save one, that is, God. 20Thou knowest the commandments, Do not commit adultery, Do not kill, Do not steal, Do not bear false witness, Honour thy father and thy mother. 21And he said, All these have I kept from my youth up. 22Now when Jesus heard these things, he said unto him, Yet lackest thou one thing: sell all that thou hast, and distribute unto the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come, follow me. 23And when he heard this, he was very sorrowful: for he was very rich. 24And when Jesus saw that he was very sorrowful, he said, How hardly shall they that have riches enter into the kingdom of God! 25For it is easier for a camel to go through a needle's eye, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.
Why did Jesus tell the man to take further action if he wanted to reach the kingdom of God? We must not only believe in Jesus Christ. but we must live our lives accordingly. Not easy to do.but no free ticket. We must also take action - according to Jesus.
More scripture below confirming that attaining heaven will not be an easy task:
Matthew 7:13
"Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:"
Many people will take the path to destruction.
Today, there are way to many pastors and multitudes of people believing that they can just believe in Jesus Christ and continue to live their worldly lives
Something to think about.
God Bless
was about me, and for whoever else holds these painful thoughts.
God Bless.
Can you absolutely know this is true?
No.
How do I act when you believe this thought?
I am angry. I tense up. I strike out at God. I hate God. I hate the suffering. I become a God-hater. I sin, more and more! And I don't care! I create more suffering in the world!
How would it be if I were delivered of this thought, if I suddenly couldn't think this thought, if I dropped it from my mind?
I would experience all the pain and suffering of humans, and I would be broken up. My heart would break. I would cry. I would pray to God to have mercy on us. I would have nowhere to go but to God. My heart would break so many times it would be permanently open. I might help those in suffering, I would know compassion.
Turn that original belief around 180 degrees: God is responsible..... "God is not responsible for all the pain and suffering in the world. God is not punishing us. Find 3 reasons why this might be true or truer.
1. my anger and hatred of God is causing suffering
I have no energy left to be kind or to lift up others.
2. It's possible that God is good; If I dare turn toward him to know him... Maybe I could
possibly find out about his Cross.... it might be the opposite of punishment....
3. I am punishing me. Over and over. I don't know how to get out of this cycle.
I am not doing this exercise for you. I am illustrating how I deal with painful beliefs in myself. Our painful beliefs bring so much suffering, but Christ brings grace and truth, and forgiveness in the suffering.
and re. the butterfly despising the caterpillar: the butterfly is a new creature altogether. As it begins to fly
in its new nature, it doesn't even look back at the caterpillar.... It may feel the effects of the caterpillar for awhile,
but sensations cannot stop its flight.
God Bless You, Who has not thought these questions?
These are my comments structured around Isaiah 45:7.
God creates the evil and is the letter that lets Satan prove us ( 2 Thessalonians 2:7).
Satan and his angels would be defunct without God propping them up, needing them as an opponent to fulfill prophesy.
God creates the evil until the 3 spirits are placed in the lake of fire, &
God comes down for the first time to dwell face to face with the born again.
God bless and pray for the homeless.
amen and amen!!!!!
supremely active. God is not separate from his activity. The mind
can only interpret activity carnally, physically; but like the wind, you can
see the effects of grace, yet you know not from where it came.
