Sandra King Romans 13 is written within the framework of the church epistles and is talking about people within the church not the government, its talking about church leaders. verse 1 the powers that be ordained of God, verse 4 for he is the minister of God, verse 6 they are Gods ministers.

Christ was determined, before the foundation of the world. No man, both now , before, or hereafter, shall have any say over these things that belong to Him! No Man! NO MAN! His word will always dominate, His word will always be true. His word will always be dealt with. You will never silence Him, never! Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my word shall remain forever! Neither was killing the Christ! You who do not believe, will not see Him! You will die in your sin! You will die with His blood on your hands! God forbid! Eternity, is the outcome, even for those who stand in the Holy Place!

    Acts 5:27-29

Peter was commanded by the governing authorities, council & high priest, to not preach the gospel. He said we ought to obey God rather than man.

We ought to have peace in our hearts and Christ says be according to each man according to his faith.

The head of every man is Christ and it is better to obey Him than man.

Just because someone or entity tells me something is ok doesn't mean I will eat. Let the Holy Spirit guide you God will always meet your needs.

It seems from the least to the greatest this issue is causing a great division. The Spirit of Christ does not cause division - This is the spirit of the anti Christ. John 10:10 this is the thief.

Christ comes to give us life and life more abundantly.

Trust in God He will direct your steps!

BAPTISM : please read , 2nd Kings Ch5 especially Verse 13 and remember how the Old is a foreshadow of the New . Also , Mark Ch16 V16 ,Rom Ch6 , Gal Ch3 V27 . Matt Ch28 V18-20 . If Jesus tells me to do something I'm gonna do it . Anyone who tries to influence another person to not do what Jesus has told me to do , I'm not gonna associate with that person . Why would they do that ? What is their motive ? Discernment , that's what we need . We need to have much more confidence in what the Bible tells us and stop listening to people who say the opposite of what the Bible says .The Bible doesn't ever lead us astray .Follow the words of God , not the words of men who's names are written in the dust of the earth .

In Luke 22 , The holy spirit is crystal clear. Even in the night while in the Garden, this would be the place that He has chosen! God in all his profound wisdom and grace will use this place, the mount of Olives where His Son will be taken! While the people slept , this evil one once again finds its way into the heart of man. Taking 1 of the 12. Putting doubt once again , even as he did too Eve, in another garden , called Eden!

This evil one, who knows the will of God, and will try too alter the will of God!

This evil one who does not know His own will, even while He fulfills His enemy, called the maker and heaven of earth! still trying to make himself equal with God!

God provides the sacrifice! God has made the perfect sacrifice! This one is His Son!

Their Passover, settled once and for all!

This is the seed that will crush the head, the head of the evil one! The Passover now completed forever and forever, finished, like fine wine found in the blood that will cover the posts and the mantel of mans heart!

Once again thwarted ! Repent and be baptized

Hello Jimmy. As we read in Ephesians 4:11, the ministry of the pastor falls in the same category with the others mentioned in that verse - i.e. each position filling their God-given enabling & responsibility for the benefit of the Church (the Body of Christ). In Greek, 'pastor' means shepherd, which implies that their work would be similar to that of a shepherd with his sheep: he guides, provides, protects, disciplines. Today, the pastoral position in many Fellowships usually involves the bulk of preaching; as well as the term has been altered from its original meaning. The Elder was appointed to lead the Assembly of believers & the only ones that have been authorized to teach God's Word, for learning, encouragement, or warning ( Acts 14:21,22; James 5:14; 1 Peter 5:1-4; 1 Timothy 3:1-7 (where bishop is the same as elder)). So, the pastor's position was to focus on the care of the 'sheep' in his charge.

This is just a little slice of the pie. Has God called you? 1 Corinthians 12-14

    Job Responsibilities of a Pastor

As a pastor, you provide spiritual leadership to members of a church. Your duties include preparing weekly sermons, preaching and conducting worship services. It's your responsibility to interpret biblical scripture for the congregation. You also provide care and counseling to church members and assist them in crisis situations. In addition, working as a pastor may require you to officiate at special services, such as confirmations, baptisms, weddings and funerals. You collaborate with choir leaders to integrate music into church services. Job hours are a bit irregular, because you must divide your time between conducting worship services, attending social events at the church and completing administrative duties. Additional job responsibilities may include:

    Assisting in church financial matters

Overseeing management of all areas of the congregation's ministry

Supporting, overseeing and evaluating congregation staff

Holding regular staff meetings to coordinate ministries

    Ensuring church facilities are functioning

    Plus more :D

I'm not here to make you feel worse. I hope you'll be free. My story, I seemed to attract liars, moochers, and charlatans. I had to raise a son by myself. I've been single 35 yrs. And you?

It made sense to me the scriptures I'm gonna share with you. My life with the Lord has been so full, that I finally realized I must be a eunuch. I chose this life of solitude mixed with a lot of joy and contentment living close to my Lord.

    Matthew 19:12

For there are some eunuchs, which were so born from their mother's womb: and there are some eunuchs, which were MADE eunuchs of men (mankind) and there be eunuchs, which have made themselves eunuchs for the kingdom of heaven's sake. He that is able to receive it, let him receive it.

I'm sure you've read Romans 1:25-32. I don't think your heart is in that lifestyle anymore. You want to be free. And of course, Satan wants to sabotage your walk with the Lord. See, he's not in human form until he finds a willing body. God gave you Dominion, Genesis 1:26. Jesus gave you His Authority to command satan and all his demons to GET OUT AND GO INTO OUTER DARKNESS. They are all invisible Outlaw spirits.

ASK God to send an angel to guard your home. You rid your home of every single item demons might use as an invitation to return. Acts 19:19. You'll know which items must go. Burn the memories of sin. Even hard drives. New ones don't cost that much.

Furnish "your house (you)" with a deeper walk with the Holy Spirit, Christian music, listen to healing scriptures on YouTube.

Not knowing your Church you attend, I do tell friends who desire marriage, to occasionally visit another church. "Ms Right" may be there that day. Visiting is just that. In Gen.24, the servant is like the Holy Spirit. Abraham sends him to find Isaac a wife. See the principal? Ask Holy Spirit to Help you. Don't give up now. Always let hope live in you. Be alert to repeat attacks and bind and cast out again.

Hello Sandra. Yours is a predicament being faced by many all over the world. And more so for believers, when a Scripture as Romans 13:1 is cast upon an employee.

Firstly, I believe that this Scripture is directed to where a government or their authorized entity is bound by Law to demand something from their citizens, to which, citizens must obey or accept; whether to exact a penalty for a crime, for payment of taxes & other dues, to live properly & peaceably in society, & a whole lot more. Even though the cruel Roman govt. was in power in Paul's days, he was still subject to them, suffering as a Christian.

So, if in your country/state, it has become Law that every citizen has to receive the injection, then you have to obey or suffer the consequences (with a penalty). However, in your question, it seems that the govt. has not enforced the vaccine on all, but it is actually the requirement of your employer. Is your employer under some order from the govt. to enforce this upon employers/businesses, or is it because your employer just wants to ensure that all their staff are adequately vaccinated? If the latter, and they refuse to hear of any dissension on the issue, even if you explain that you fear possible adverse affects on your health or for conscience sake, then the choice is before you. Either take the vaccine or leave the job & trust the Lord for another. But the way things are moving, it appears that unless you're self-employed or retired, one may not get any choice about it in the future. If you have some under-lying medical issue, often a doctor's letter to that effect will help.

In answer to your question, I believe that Romans 13:1 has been misused by your employer as you are subject to him/her only & this has not become a governmental law. To be able to make a choice (especially in this case of vaccinations), this should always be our right (as was done in past epidemics/diseases), but unfortunately, employers also can dictate their requirements.

Hi dear sister's and brother's in Christ.

What is sentral in baptism by water, can also be a good speaking for your self. Like a clear conscience for God and them self. He the Lord understand everything anyway. I know ppl who cry out day and night becouse they dont think they have got the Holy Spirit. And I speak of ppl who never have being other places than in the society with christian ppl. So how does this come? God bless like the father and the lost son. And like in the wind who blowed over the earth yesterday or day before.

It is the promise of the word we depend on. Is it not?

Nowone is lost if they dont see for them self if they are baptised or not. Is it then a feeling_ Or is it a stage of living with God?

Can some ppl tell, who have the Holy Spirit? Yes.

All ppl can be useful for the Lord Him Self. Becouse He just look over who is ready today! Right now! It can be you or me or the youngest person in society. Becouse that person is ready to work right now.

I'll remembering in my first dayes with the Lord and the Easter came, ashamed. The doorway was closedown and it was like Jesus taking a holiday. Do He realy? Becouse everyone needed to be for them self's. At that stage i said that i can sit here if someone in the village need God. Ill be here and help them out. But it dont fall in good mudd. Nowone was willingly to offer Easter time for other than them self. My heart cryed out.

Remember it is a lot of work, and different work in the life with God. And ill pray that the society will fully be healed. And stop looking for the Holy Spirit in each other. But love and lift each other up instead to bring sorrow in heart to other ppl.

Becouse we all have the promise of the word.

I'll belive that everyone who believes in the Word and belive that Jesus is Gods son and that He died and stand up the third day. Everyone have the holy spirit. Some day clear and som day like in shadow. Becouse we are in the flesh. But God is not. God bless you all in Jesus name.

Hello Rick. I agree with your understanding of Ephesians 4:5. The 1 Corinthians 1:15-17 passage, I believe speaks of a water baptism, as in almost all cases of baptism, it refers to water baptism (e.g. Romans 6:3-5; 1 Peter 3:21; Colossians 2:12). Where the "hands of the apostle" were laid upon someone that is clearly a reference to an impartation of the Spirit (Spirit baptism) ( Acts 8:14-17; Acts 9:17; Acts 19:1-6). Or, as in Ephesians 4:5 (as you showed), plus 1 Corinthians 12:13. And yes, re-birth happens after one repents, believes, calling upon the Lord Jesus - there is no Grace communicated through water baptism.

Indeed, Acts 9:17,18 mentions the word 'baptism' & it could go either way, though I see it as Paul being water baptized. And then Acts 22:12-16, Paul rehearses the same event & speaks of him being instructed to "arise, and be baptized, and wash away thy sins, calling on the name of the Lord". Do you see water baptism here or is still Spirit baptism?

The Acts 15 account, was about those men from Judaea & the believing sect of the Pharisees (v5), who wanted Gentile converts to be first circumcised & to keep the Law before they could be saved. But the decision was that neither was required (by the New Covenant in the Blood), except "that they (the Gentiles) abstain from pollutions of idols, and from fornication, and from things strangled, and from blood." (v20). Those are my thoughts anyway, in response. The Lord bless you.

    Dear Sandra,

Because the experimental covid injections have killed so many thousands of people (possibly more than million worldwide) and because it has caused so many thousands of injuries 500k in the US and millions worldwide, and because people who get it are getting covid even easier than those without, and because it doesn't limit the spread either, I believe it's wrong to take it and immoral to push others to take it. I believe evil people are using this as a sick experiment to make billions in profits. They are calling most of the deaths from the injection as covid to continue pushing the lie. They also lie and call deaths from the injection as 'unvaccinated' deaths if within 14 days of the injection. Flu, pneumonia, and other diseases are almost disappeared only because they are simply calling it all 'covid' so they can make more money. It has bankrupted people and their banning of the antiviral meds that work like HCQ and Ivermectin is pure evil.

God gave us an immune system and wants us to take care of our bodies (which are God's property), like through eating right and exercise. People in fear are falsely assuming there's no alternative but to take this stupid untested death injection. Our God-given immune system is the #1 strongest fight against any virus. I don't understand why people are deathly afraid of something that isn't even the leading cause of death? The same fanatics have less fear for heart disease, cancer from smoking, alcohol and drug abuse, abortion, falling, and other deaths that are way more dangerous than covid. It's all about fear and propaganda pushing the fear. The CDC's death count isn't even correct. 600k have NOT died from it in the US. The CDC admits this in fine print on their own website. Only 5% of their deaths are due only to 'covid' and I suspect its even less than that. There is no evidence of a pandemic. Total deaths seem normal for the growing population. This may be the strong delusion the Bible talks about.

Here is a prayer to receive Jesus. Pray this prayer with sincerity of heart

"Dear God, I believe in you and that your Son, Jesus Christ, is Lord. I believe in His sacrifice for my sins and His resurrection from the dead. I repent and ask forgiveness for my sins and I'm deciding now to follow you. Please, come into my life through the gift of your Holy Spirit. It is in the Lord Jesus' name that I ask and receive, Amen."

The Bible says doing these things with sincerity means you are a Christian (Christ follower) and will have eternal life in heaven.

"These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God." 1 John 5:13

Use caution in trusting your feelings, as feelings change. Stand on God's promises- they never change.

Open up John chapter 3 and read that story to him.

    God bless you both.

Where is the scripture in the NT that says something like:. It is appointed for every man to die the first death...

    Page 2.

Re: observance of the Law. Matthew 23:1-3, "All therefore whatsoever they bid you observe, that observe and do; but do not ye after their works: for they say, and do not." The Scribes & Pharisees who "sat in Moses' seat" were certainly not representative of Moses' giving of the Law nor of its proper application, but the Lord spoke of obedience to it in respect to the Law that was given & not with the pharisaical 'heavy burdens' they placed on the people. And to this, the Lord attested in Matthew 15:1-9, that they transgressed God's Command by their traditions. So, I believe that the Commands of Christ were none of these, but the True Law of God & that which Jesus gave to His disciples: that of love, humility, sacrifice, service, etc. The things which the religious leaders knew little or nothing about.

Then, was the accusation against Paul correct (in Acts 21:18-21)? We're not told, nor does Paul refute it. But as far as Paul's consideration of the Law in the Light of the Cross, we can understand that he believed that under the New Covenant, the Old was abrogated ( Romans 7:4-6), as maybe seen in Acts 21:21, in the accusation of him forsaking "Moses'" (Law). Whether the Jew as under the Law & the Gentile was not, once both came INTO Christ (that mystery), they were released from the law & dead works by faith in Jesus & water baptism was the declaration of that breaking away & cleaving to the Risen One. Water baptism was the ultimate defining witness of a hell-bound soul now entering into a life with Christ. Why should this apply to a Jewish convert & not a Gentile, I cannot find in the Scriptures; considering that Gentiles were also baptised in water in the NT. May the Lord guide us in this matter.

    Page 1.

Brother ChrisE. Yes, I do enjoy a good discussion/debate as I'm always interested to learn of other's viewpoints & why they have developed & settled on a particular belief. Even with this matter on Baptism, I know that my grandfather forbad his wife & four sons to be baptized in water & in fact, also rejected observing the Lord's Supper, as both being not applicable after the establishment of the Church & the end of the apostolic age. You may not see it in the same way, but I was too young ( 4 yrs old) to be able to question him about it, as he passed away soon after.

So, I don't consider you as one "confused or an heretic", but one having arrived at these conclusions based on things that I don't see in Scripture; e.g. the requirement of the initial Jewish baptisms being first "brought into the Israeli priesthood". I won't deal with "Paul not being sent to baptize" matter, as he stated that he DID baptize others (even some that he couldn't recall), but I believe that baptism wasn't the thrust of his ministry, probably leaving it to others after delivering the Gospel & ensuring that the convert was ushered into Church follow-up.

As far as the "Revelation of the Mystery", as Ephesians 3:2-7 declares, that the mystery was "That the Gentiles should be fellowheirs, and of the same body, and partakers of his promise in Christ by the gospel" (v6), that which was unknown in ages past.
