Nicodemas asked Jesus the same question.
Fleshly birth
Spiritual birth
Born once die twice. The Bible says I'm in him and he's in me. It has nothing to do with me or you it's all about Jesus Christ. Just a sinner saved by GRACE.
Relax and enjoy your salvation!!!
Hebrews 12:28-29
Therefore, since we are receiving an unshakable kingdom, let us be filled with gratitude, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe. For our God is a consuming fire.
1 Peter 1:7
So that the tested genuineness of your faith-more precious than gold that perishes though it is tested by fire-may be found to result in praise and glory and honor at the revelation of Jesus Christ.
Daniel 7:9-10
"As I looked, thrones were placed, and the Ancient of Days took his seat; his clothing was white as snow, and the hair of his head like pure wool; his throne was fiery flames; its wheels were burning fire. A stream of fire issued and came out from before him; a thousand thousands served him, and ten thousand times ten thousand stood before him; the court sat in judgment, and the books were opened
This verse refers to a "stream of fire" that came from before God's fiery throne. Is it possible this stream comes from or leads to a..Lake of fire?
In the verses I've provided the scripture clearly teaches us that we are tested by fire, and saved through fire. Jesus' sacrafice on the cross purchased all men, paid for all their sin, and according to the scripture, missing the mark is to sin, and if Jesus meant to save all men, and fails to fufil that promise, he missed the mark, and that would make God a sinner. The whole world is in His hands, not mens hands.
Ephesians 1:10
As a plan for the fullness of time, to unite all things in him, things in heaven and things on earth.
Revelation 5:13
And I heard every creature in heaven and on earth and under the earth and in the sea, and all that is in them, saying, "To him who sits on the throne and to the Lamb be blessing and honor and glory and might forever and ever!"
Every creature; that includes everyone on earth throughout all time, there are no exceptions.
If I look at each of the references on these 24 Elders, we see: they sat around God's Throne, in white raiment, wearing gold crowns. Jesus was seen in the midst of the Elders. They knew the people arrayed in white who stood around the Throne as those coming out of great tribulation. They were redeemed by God, so experienced His Salvation. They always fell before the Throne in adoration & worship.
What then do we make of their origin? Taking those Scriptures that speak of them, it seems that they could have comprised those saints of old (whether patriarchs, or apostles, or special leaders of the Churches). They wore crowns, of which Paul, Peter, James & John speak of in: Phil 4:1; 1 Thes 2:19; 2 Tim 2:5, 4:8; James 1:12; 1 Pet 5:4; Rev 2:10, signifying that they were recognized for their faithfulness & ministry on Earth. Their special position in the midst of God's Throne, unlike the other saints, indicates a place of recognition & privilege, but noting, they always fell before the One Who lives forever, in worship & praise for His Work of redemption.
So armed with those Scriptures on the Elders, one would have to form one's own opinion as to who they were specifically. They were certainly not identified with the angels or other beings in Heaven, but were there from the company of the redeemed.

Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.
