We must stay humble before the Lord. Give our lives to Him and follow Jesus Christ as He is the only way to our Father.

I guess to end this post will be to "lukewarm" Christians. We are warned there is no middle road. It is one way or the other. Wide is the gate that leads to destruction and many go that way. Straight and narrow is the way to life and few that find it. You cannot serve two masters. You cannot drink of the cup of the Lord and the cup of devils. 1 Corinthians 10:21, Matthew 6:24. As this comes to Revelation 3:15-16. People who are walking the line are going to have to make a choice. I pray they make that choice today as no one knows when the Lord shall require our life. Or when our last day shall be.

Another question I would feel to ask a believer is "are you ready"? Do you love the Lord enough to give your life for Him? As in John 15:13-14, Jesus states there is no greater love than to lay down his life for His friend. Matthew 16:24-25. Love is not perfected yet if you are still afraid as in 1 John 4:18.

I will just leave some Scriptures for others. How we should focus on things above and not of this world. Live our life for the Lord to do the Will of our Father in Heaven. Seems that in recent days, there had been a lot of comment concerning speaking in tongues. 1 Corinthians chapter 14 has the greatest amount of information there.

In my experience, the Holy Spirit is the Giver of His gifts. He decides, not us. praying in the spirit is different. Sometimes described in groanings that issue from your innermost being. You can Search that word in the Search Box.

Your rational (sometimes carnal mind) doesn't understand the language. However, your born again) spirit does. Emotions are comforted and peace comes to you. Your prayer time flows when you are calm. You hear the Holy Spirits replies to questions. That may not occur if you constrain your time to a half hour or less. Sitting quietly waiting for His word, takes longer usually. Don't be composing a grocery list etc

Psalm 100:4. "Enter His courts with thanksgiving and praise." Try singing a favorite hymn.

Listen for that still, small voice. Malachi 3:16-18

And then you will desire those moments with the Lord.

Truly if your house is overflowing with children, their friends, pets... you may have to sneak out to the car to be edified in your being.

The gifts of Tongues and the gift of Prophesy work together. An utterance will be Confirmed from the mouths or 2 or 3 people with the gift of prophesy to speak it out in English or in your language. That's how it works usually. Date and write it down.

To read Commentaries about a specific chapter & verse: type scripture and verse in Google, then type 'Commentary' or History, if that's what you want to know. I generally pick a commentary from the first 7 listed. Don't be afraid to dig a little. Always compare books to what the Bible says. The Bible is the bottom line TRUTH.

Hello I would like to ask a prayer for my business that I started recently. I believe that the Lord is my foundation. He will never fail me, He said to those who trust in the Lord will not lack no good thing. I believe that He is the God of provision. My Lord will meet all my need according to His riches and glory by Christ Jesus. As he he said as I put Him first that everything else will follow.

Why does the new American bible goto Malachi 3:24 but the kjv ends Malachi at 3:18 and then takes19 to 24 from the new American bible and makes king James version chapter 4 : 1 to 6 Elijah and king sirus are with me I was 45 when the ammo ting happened. I'm the prophet Bobby Vee I've had a vision of the rapture the dead rising I also had a vision of nuclear war and I've had visions of the Hoover dam being bombed. In Malachi 3:8-12, Israel had defaulted in their tithing, by holding back more than they should have. This was very wrong, as tithes at that time that were brought into the 'storehouses' were for the feeding of the priests who were not given land to cultivate & grow crops & were dependent on others for this need. God is saying here, that even if the people performed this commandment & duty fully, with a ready obedient heart, He would reciprocate with blessing, more than they could comprehend. Their fields would flourish & the nations would have the witness of the God of Israel's Love & Blessings upon His people.

In Ephesians 1:3-14, the blessings that come upon the Christian are dependent on what God has done in our lives & what He gives to secure our salvation: they are spiritual blessings which of course, can certainly be seen materially as well but not always. What Israel failed to receive because of their disobedience, the Christian gains because of his position in Christ Jesus & His cleaving unto Him.

So the similarities are there by the receipt of God's blessings, but the difference I see, is that those in Christ, receive doubly to what Israel could ever receive, blessings that come from an eternal, joyful, familial relationship to the Godhead. Where Israel still had to sacrifice each year for their sins, we have One Who has paid sin's price for us. Where Israel's hope lay in their faltering obedience to God's Commands & trust in God to help them, the Christian's sure hope lies only in Jesus Christ & His Spirit Who guarantees our salvation & position in Christ; we naturally demonstrate our faith & love for Him in doing all this for us, which we could never hope to do ourselves.

I don't think that way. The Bible is not guilty of confusing or getting people off balance.

You need Bibles with study reference columns in the center of each page; you need a concordance; you need skill at Googling: Commentaries, History, Teachings, Maps and Genealogy Charts. I watch very little TV. When it's quiet, I hear the leadings of the Holy Spirit much clearer. He is the most interesting Person I've ever known.

You have many good questions. You're being called to Joel 2:28-29, 1 Corinthians 12. Galatians 3:25-28. You're blessed so keep studying, but remember to encourage yourself in Jesus. Sit in the sun, listen to some praise music, contemplate the weather that God moves around (Job). Smile at one person.

In the 4 Gospels, 4 men, different occupations came to listen to Jesus. Jesus invited them to follow him. There's a prophesy in Psalms about Judas; who would betray Jesus. Mary Magdalene and other women who cooked & washed robes, etc, followed Jesus. Paul who was never married , had women that helped with various things. Thats where Googling skills come into play. Read a historians comments too.

Jesus was a story teller which is something I love too. You have to know a story to tell it to the unsaved. My friends, we are ALL called to do the work of an evangelist. Some call it gift of gab, but I call it sharing a story, in the power of the Holy Spirit that brings the message of Christ to a heart ready to be planted by Gods Word. Plant, Water or reap harvest. ( Matthew 10:27)

In that portion of Scripture, Jesus had cried out, "Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani? that is to say, My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?" (verse 46). The people around the cross who heard Jesus' cry thought He was calling out to Elias (Elijah), whereas Jesus was calling out to God His Father.

But the people were expecting Elijah to come before the Messiah, but they didn't know or failed to remember what Jesus said earlier, that John the Baptist did come in fulfilment of prophecy ( Malachi 3:1) by coming in the spirit & power of Elijah ( Matthew 11:7-14).

I would like to share that I believe that this is one of the most misused scriptures in the Bible. We as believers in Jesus Christ are under the New Covenant of Grace and not the Old Covenant according to the Law of Moses.

Malachi was an Old Testament prophet and the Lord used him to speak to the Israelites, not to the Gentiles. The Israelites were not honoring the Covenant of God. The storehouse was the place I believe in the Temple of God, where the people were supposed to bring the tithes and offerings (their produce or food) to support the Levites, who were given the office of the Levitical Priesthood.

I suggest that you study the book of Leviticus, where God commanded the tithe. The tithe was instituted by God to teach the children of Israel to put God first.

It is a principle that we follow as New Testament believers to honor the Lord by our love and devotion to Him, not out of fear of being cursed. Proverbs 3:9

The New Testament tells us that Jesus became a curse for us: "Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one who hangeth on a tree." Galatians 3:13

I encourage you to develop a personal relationship with the Holy Spirit who is our Teacher and the One who has been sent to lead us and guide us into all truth.

Is it possible that you have purchased an unreliable automobile, and not that you are under a curse because of how your car runs? I pray that you will receive deliverance from hearing the truth. Jesus said "you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free." John 8:32

Mishael, the Spirit grace us with his words, the beast and the false prophet are cast into the lake of fire ( Heb 12:29 For our God is a consuming fire) before Satan. Revelation 19 is describing those that are called to the marriage supper of the Lamb, one cannot be the bride of Christ without partaking of the marriage supper of the Lamb. Being invited to the Lamb's supper means one partakes of the lake of fire (for our God is a consuming fire). Luke 12:49 I (Spirit of God, in flesh) am come to send fire upon the earth (mankind); and what will I (the Spirit of God be) if it (fire) be already kindled? (vs) 50 But I (Spirit of God,in flesh) have a baptism (of fire) to be baptized with, and how am I (Spirit of God) straitened till it (baptism of fire) be accomplished! Matthew 3:11 ....he (Spirit of God) shall baptize you (children of Satan, everyone is a child of this world before they are born of the seed of the Spirit) with the Holy Ghost and with fire (our God is a consuming fire). Since the Spirit is eternal the fire is eternal. Revelation 21:8 But the fearful (were you once fearful), and unbelieving (were you once unbelieving), and murders (did you once hate you brothers) ....all liars (did you once lie).
