No man has told me I have received the Holy Ghost. Just as no man shall ever persuade me that the Holy Ghost is not in me. I know because of what I have experienced. The Holy Bible is what God lead me to read which lead me to Jesus Christ. Most people in this world would not believe what I have experienced. Those who do are wise as I speak truth. All glory to our Lord Jesus Christ and our Father in Heaven.
I did avoid your first question. As it was unlearned. I do not believe in a "trinity of gods". God is one. It seems you do not believe in Jesus Christ being the Word of God? As stated in (1 John 1:14, John 14:10? The Father and the Son are also one, John 9:30. Let's not get into that though as you have your own belief. Your assumption of my water baptism is false also.
No where in the Holy Bible does it specifically state everyone who receives the Holy Ghost shall murmur or babble. That in no way is magnifying God. And to prophecy people must understand your words. Again remember as in Matthew 7:21-23 that no matter how much you prophesied, or cast out devils, in the name of the Lord that is not what saves you. The Lord searches hearts. I also just as you will have to give account for our words Matthew 12:36-37.
God Bless you.
Pardon my redundancy but since this is a dalvation issue allow me to confirm; you have been baptized in the name of Jesus Christ (and not the titles Father Son and Holy Ghost) for the remission of sins?
Verily what you said that The Father (God), The Word (God) and the Holy Ghost (God) are one. However, if you happen to believe that the word; Word actually means Christ, or Son of God, then unfortunately you have been deceived by rome's sorcerers/ theologians. JOHN 1:1 KJV 1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
Amen.
The word, Word means written or spoken unit of communication. Just like these words I am writing to you here. They are my word (aside from my Father's word -1 Perer 4:11 :) and they are with me.
In summary, getting back to the original question at hand: yes, the Holy Scriptures clearly show that every time someone received the Gift of the Holy Ghost in the book of Acts, the initial manifestation and evidence of it is that they would speak in an unknown tongue (be it of men or angels) and prophesy and magnify God, Hallelujah! This is not to misconstrue the initial evidence of having received the Gift with the individual 'gift of diverse tongues' or being able to speak in known languages of men without ever having learned them (Paul speaks of this in 1 Corinthians 12).
So yes, in summary, all who receive the gift of the Holy Ghost will speak in an unknown tongue as the Spirit gives them utterance. However not all have the gift of diverse tongues. Covet the best gifts.
I hope this helps you so that you can press in in prayer and praise and receive the Gift, as Jesus said in Luke 11:13 13 If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?
Amen.
We don't want to boast of a false gift as that would make us like what is spoken of in Proverbs 25:14, & Jude 1:12 if we continue.
Be well
Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.
FOR YE ARE DEAD, AND YOUR LIFE IS "HID" WITH CHRIST IN GOD.
When Christ, who is our life, shall appear,
THEN SHALL YE ALSO APPEAR WITH HIM IN GLORY. "Absent of the body present with the Lord"
CHRIST WAS JUDGED FOR OUR SINS NOT HIS!! AND HE ROSE AGAIN FOR OUR JUSTIFICATION!!
You see in the old testament in the book of Exodus, you see the blood of the lamb as an atonement to hide them from judgment.
Exodus 12:11-13. And thus shall ye eat it; with your loins girded, your shoes on your feet, and your staff in your hand; and ye shall eat it in haste: it is the "LORD'S PASSOVER."
For I will pass through the land of Egypt this night, and will smite all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, both man and beast; and against all the gods of Egypt I will execute "JUDGMENT": I am the LORD.
And the blood shall be to you for a token upon the houses where ye are: and when I see the blood, I will pass over you, and the plague shall not be upon you to destroy you, when I smite the land of Egypt.
Christ is our passover, Jews/Gentiles =Church.
John 1:29. The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.
Believers works what they have done will be tried with fire but not for salvation.
1 Corinthians 3:13-15 (KJV) Every man's work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man's work of what sort it is.
If any man's work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward.
If any man's work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: "BUT HE HIMSELF SHALL BE SAVED; yet so as by fire.
Romans 8:1. There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
"They are not able to live according to their old nature."
Some believe that for Christians it's impossible to sin, which I think is a misinterpretation of the Bible that plays into the hand of the enemy. There are Christians who sometimes look at pornography- so does that mean that's not a sin, or some cheat on their wives- not sin? Some have probably even killed- not sin? Seems like a tough argument to make to claim that sin isn't sin. Or that Christians no longer have freewill to sin? We all likely know Christians who have drifted from the faith and have sinned or even denounced the faith.
Not sure if you believe this, but I think the belief of "impossible for Christians to sin" originates from 1 John in 1 John 3:9 and 1 John 5:18, but if you read the context it doesn't say what some are assuming it says. The keywords are who is born of God don't 'practice' sin. Genuine followers won't continue to sin on an ongoing basis.
If you read the whole book of 1 John it explains and shows the context, like right out of the gate in 1 John 1:8-10. So, which is it, can a Christian sin or not?
In chapter 3, it clarifies that its only those who follow commandments. So, an action is required for Christians. It's not like you already won and can disobey and do whatever sin you want. ( 1 John 3:23-24) says that to dwell in Jesus the Christian must obey. If it was a given (automatic) then Jesus wouldn't have kept telling his followers (Christians) to avoid sin. He absolutely pounded this message in them. A true follower should not sin, they should hate it and avoid it at all costs. Matthew 5:30, John 14:15. God bless.

In the old testament, Moses and the priest had to wash with water to be sanctified for service.

Satan was a covering cherub. HE WAS CREATED. His job was to lead praise and worship. He was jeweled. Well he got to liking it and wanted the praise for himself.
As soon as he coveted it, He started war in heaven. Type that in the search box. Look in Revelation.
Finally God tells Michael to hurl Satan to earth; with the 1/3 angels that followed Satan.
Folks. In Genesis 1:1
The First thing God did (the Godhead)
Was CREATE TIME. The Godhead lives inside of earth time; AND they live outside of time.
Then God purposed. Jesus the Word of God spoke it ( John 1:1). The Holy Spirit performed what was spoken.
Before anything occurred in Genesis, GOD SAW IT.
Adam and Eve were spirit, soul and flesh: 3 part humans. God gave them FREE WILL.
God has PERFECT WILL
Satan has EVIL WILL
MAN (and woman) have FREE WILL. They had power to choose.
When they disobeyed Gods Word NOT to eat of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil (it's written): they used their free will, and died spiritually. They were flesh and soul. Separated from God.
The Godhead immediately cast them out of the Garden so they would not eat of the tree of LIFE (eternal life). The tree of Life was moved to heaven (see Revelation).
God then killed an animal (blood sacrifice for sin) and made them clothes. Adam failed. In the fullness of TIME, Jesus came as 2nd Adam to redeem mankind and once and for all time pay for the sins of every human; born and unborn.
For God so loved the world, that He gave his only begotten son ...
Stop making up stuff about this that only confuses people about the Genesis stories. Are you referring to the KJV of 1611? If so, I take it you have not thoroughly read it because it has many references to the name or names of GOD. I have listed a few here: I AM THAT I AM ( means sender) Exodus 3:14
: JEHOVAH ( means God Almighty, Most High, Everlasting and so on.Ex6:3
: JESUS (means Savior, The Word) John 1:14.
: ISAIAH 40:28
It's too many to mention on this platform; but I hope this list will help you or do you have something else to share or enlighten? God bless you

Mishael
I don't believe a truly saved person can ever lose their salvation. The book of Hebrews was written to the Hebrews, Jewish people. They were following along, partaking of the truth, but never really surrendered their lives to Christ. It's not talking about a saved person walking away and giving up their salvation.
These Hebrew people were being enlightened to the truth, but when the time came for them to make a decision to surrender their lives to Christ, they would turn and walk away because it was a difficult decision for them. If a Jewish person surrenders their life to Christ, it would cost them everything. Their family would disown them, they would lose their jobs, and they would even be kicked out of the temple.
You see, they were being enlightened, but they were not saved. They made the decision to walk away because surrendering to Christ would cost them everything. So the verses in Hebrews are not talking about a saved person losing their salvation.
The writer says in Hebrews 6:4, for it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and the word enlightened means to have your mind illuminated to the truth. An enlightened person doesn't necessarily mean that person is saved. There are some who say that only believers can be enlightened. But John 1:9 tells us that the light, who is Christ, enlightens every man coming into this world. Every person is enlightened to the truth. So everybody gets enlightened but not everybody responds in the same way.
Secondly: and have tasted of the heavenly gift. They've participated with the things of Christ. They have participated with the Holy Spirit. They don't have Him living inside, but they tasted of that heavenly gift that God gives to His people. They're sitting in amongst God's people and they're participating and they're receiving.
I'm running out of space but will continue:
1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
Respond: Believe, Repent, Confess, Accept Jesus as Lord and Savior
To be saved, we must believe that Jesus is Lord and believe that He died for our sins. This confession acknowledges before God that we are unable to attain righteousness on our own and that we accept His plan for our lives.
"...Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved..." Acts 16:31
"Yet to all who receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God." John 1:12
"Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be BAPTIZED every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, AND YOU SHALL RECEIVE the gift of the Holy Ghost." Acts 2:38
"I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance" Luke 5:32
"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness." 1 John 1:9
Hope this helps :)
It's all over the Bible, in different places: search the words: 'upside down'. However it has NOTHING to do with "Old Earth Theory" about creation. That's a cult.
People get confused with carbon dating. (my opinion)
The Bible which is a record of ONE person: Jesus; the Word of God. Genesis to Revelation leads up to the end of this age. 2 Peter: earth will burn up.
What scientists have long sought to explain=
Time, Force, Action, Matter, can all be explained in Genesis 1:1. How did it happen and WHO did it? The Godhead: the Father, the Word of God, the Spirit.
The First thing God created, was TIME. "In Beginning". John 1:2-5, Hebrews 1:1-16. Time began to tick for Creation and Man.
God Wills it
The Son ( Hebrews 1:5), The Word, speaks it
The Spirit performs it
Mishael: this is enough to get you on track with what happened in Genesis the first day. Get a study Bible that has Center Column references to further explanation (has tiny abc's imbedded in the scriptures). You don't need secular books to read this and understand better.
We need to understand that Satan and the 1/3 of his followers were thrown down to earth. There was war in heaven. That's what happened to Cain. His hateful heart opened a door. "They are, who found the daughters of Adam and Eve, desirable."
Until Jesus returns to earth, demonic activity will increase.
"Garnish your house" (you) with the Bible, Prayer and don't open doors to ungodly influences. The "falling away" is speeding up. Know what the "apostasy" is.
Keep your "oil of the joy of the Holy Spirit", topped off. (Ten virgins parable)
Cain is not in Geneology because of the curse.
John 8:44
Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he (Satan) speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.
M.
These scriptures show that believers cannot be taken away from Christ by the flesh, because the Spirit of God is dwelling within to prevent that from happening.
Jesus Himself said, as recorded in John 6:37, "All that the Father gives to me will come to me; and the one coming to me I will never cast out." He goes on to say, in John 6:39, "And this is the will of the Father who has sent me, in order that of all which he has given to me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up in the last day."
Also, in His prayer to the Father, as recorded in John 17:11-12, Jesus said, "And now I am no more in the world, but these are in the world, and I am coming to you. Holy Father, keep through your own name those whom you have given to me, in order that they may be one, as we are. When I was with them in the world, I was keeping them in your name; the ones who you have given to me I kept, and none of them perished, except the son of perdition; in order that the Scripture might be fulfilled."
I emphasize the permanency of salvation because the bible teaches that God is the one who saves and He does so from out of His mercy. According to Paul, in Ephesians 2:8, grace, faith, and salvation are gifted from God.
John says, in John 1:13, believers "were born, not from blood, nor from the will of the flesh, nor from the will of man, but from God." Therefore, according to Scripture, a human being cannot save him/herself.
We also know from Scripture that no one can keep himself saved. John teaches, in 1 John 5:18 (as recorded in the oldest Greek manuscripts), "We know that everyone who has been born from God does not practice sin; but the one who has been born from God, God is keeping him and the evil one does not touch him."
I will pray the father and he shall give you another Comforter , that he may abide with you for ever . 17 even the spirit of truth whom the world can not receive, because it seeketh him not , neither know with him :
These verses reveal a lot of Truth !
But with out the Spirit of truth you will not see it .
He sends one to hell for one reason. "Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God." John 3:5
When the born-again believer sins, even if it's deliberate sin, the blood continues to cover our trespasses. 1 John 1: 9 states, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."

These are but a few scriptures to support that the Holy Ghost is a distinct part of the Trinity of God.
As per your claim "The Spirit is not a person" it would be nice to see some scripture to support your view.
Luke 12:12,
1 John 5:7 "For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one." 1 John 5:8 "And there are three that bear witness in earth, the Spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one." When Paul says according to the Scriptures, "OLD TESTAMENT"
We see THE PROMISE TO ABRAHAM-
Galatians 3:8-9. And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all nations be blessed.
So then they which be of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham. ( Jews and Gentiles)
HERE IS JOHN THE BAPTIST PLAYING A ROLE IN THE DISTRIBUTION OF THE GOSPEL.
John 1:29. The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the LAMB OF GOD, which taketh away the sin of the ""WORLD."" (Jews and Gentiles)
THOSE LAMB SACRIFICES IN THE OLD TESTAMENT SPOKE OF CHRIST DEATH FOR THE WHOLE WORLD.
NOTICE PETER PUTTING NO DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE TEACHING TO JEWS AND GENTILES HERE IN ACTS. pay attention to the highlighted sentences.
Acts 15:7-11. And when there had been much disputing, Peter rose up, and said unto them, Men and brethren, ye know how that a good while ago God made choice among us, that the Gentiles by my mouth should hear the word of the gospel, and believe.
And God, which knoweth the hearts, bare them witness, giving them the Holy Ghost, even as he did unto us;
"""AND PUT NO DIFFERENCE BETWEEN US AND THEM,""" purifying their hearts by faith.
Now therefore why tempt ye God, to put a yoke upon the neck of the disciples, which neither our fathers nor we were able to bear?
But we believe that through the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ """WE SHALL BE SAVED, EVEN AS THEY."""
When the Apostles was baptizing "ritually" putting all believers (Jews and Gentiles) in one body speaks of Identifying us with his DEATH AND RESURRECTION.
They all preached the cross and resurrection in different ways throughout the scriptures. But the same narrow way.
Acts 2:38 "Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.", Romans 10:9-13 "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. 11 For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. 12 For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him. 13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.", and 1 John 5:13 "These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.". Those five Gospels are basically the same Gospel for the Jews. The twelve Disciples were commanded by Jesus, NOT to go to the Gentiles in Matthew chapter ten. The one exception was Peter was given the Keys to the Kingdom of Heaven, (not the Kingdom of God) for the kingdom of God was taken from the Jews, and given to the Gentiles in Matthew Chapter 21:43. The reason the Jews had to admit that Jesus was the Christ, the Son of God, was because "He came unto his own, and his own received him not. " But as many Jews, that received him were saved; and about 3,000 were saved at Pentecost. Paul's Gospel is Different
