Discuss Isaiah 66

    A,

Sometimes I think that the man crucified on one side of Jesus' cross is the most fortunate of all. He had run all his days after the world ; after natural instincts and ended up in great trouble. We do not know whether some incidents in his life caused him to become a criminal deserving capital punishment. Yet, God loved him; and arranged his execution to happen near the Cross. God loves everyone; the criminals on the left and the right side had equal opportunity to be near Jesus' cross at death, but one turned to Jesus, recognised Him as God, prayed to Him for help and received assurance of eternal life. The other man did not make use of the 'golden opportunity' which God had arranged for both of them, and was lost.

Dear A, beloved child of God, although I could not grasp your grievances completely, I understand you are in great agony and trouble; you cannot free yourself from it, and none of your people would be able to help you. Still there is hope. There are many citations in the Bible for everyone that undergoes suffering, due or undue . ( Psalms 34: 4-8)

Approach God and pour your sorrows before Jesus, the Son of God. The Holy Spirit will lead you to freedom from the bondage of this corruptible world which leads to death and eternal suffering, to glorious and everlasting life with the Son of God, that is Jesus Christ. ( Romans 8:16-21)

It is most encouraging that you sought advice from the Bible. Hold on to the Word of God. He is the author of all comfort. Isaiah 66:12,13.

    God bless.

    c) Where does Scripture teach that ethnic Israel will inherit eternally an earthly life and the Church will inherit a heavenly life?

I can't speak for those who might believe this, since I don't see it this way. But I understand that both believing Israel and believing Gentile will share together eternally with Jesus in His 1000 year reign ( Revelation 20:4-6), & then at some future date, in the New heavens & New Earth ( Isaiah 66:22; 2 Peter 3:12,13).

    d) Where does Scripture teach that the church came into being because the Jews rejected Jesus as their Messiah?

The Scripture that comes to mind is Acts 13:46-48, "Then Paul and Barnabas waxed bold, and said, It was necessary that the word of God should first have been spoken to you: but seeing ye put it from you, and judge yourselves unworthy of everlasting life, lo, we turn to the Gentiles. For so hath the Lord commanded us, saying, I have set thee to be a light of the Gentiles, that thou shouldest be for salvation unto the ends of the earth. And when the Gentiles heard this, they were glad, and glorified the word of the Lord: and as many as were ordained to eternal life believed". And Paul also shared this in Romans 11:11. I realize that these accounts speak generally of the Jews who stood against the message of the Cross; some no doubt, would have believed and brought into the Church. To Page 3.

    Extrabiblical ideas: A summary

Since it is 2 AM I likely will have some other ideas later today; but a summary is this.

    1) Always include scripture in context to bolster anything you sense the Lord is showing you.

    2) God will not fully unleash His judgments until the Tribulation and

    3) In the church age there is a certain conditional state where prayers can modify; delay or perhaps eliminate certain actions by God.

I myself have felt that scripture itself with its general admonitions particularly in regard to blessings and cursings can be very predictable in a prophetic sense in the fact that we always reap what we sow. One specific example involved someone I used to know who talked about a friend who drifted into sin and started having mental problems. That principle of sin and its repercussions basically is either directly or indirectly affecting all mankind due to their fallen nature; and of course this side of eternity we can turn back to the Lord and avoid an early demise and eternal wrath.

With the subjectivity regarding anything that is a dogmatic statement to prayers of others to thwart an event even a true utterance may be uncertain to the listener. I am convinced no specific day can be proclaimed for a particular event to happen.

One big example of this is all the failed predictions for the Rapture. Using human logic; an author I wrote to over 20 years ago who has since likely died was making predictions and the framework was the idea that has long since failed that 1948 had to mean the last 40 year generation had started with Israel becoming a nation in a day ( Isaiah 66:7-9). The idea of the generation where all things come to pass of course comes from Matthew 24:34. This could be referring to AD 70 exclusively but that isn't logical with supporting scriptures. It also could mean that the generation that begins to see the birth pangs will not pass until all things are completed. We are past 2028 for His return with a 7 year trib.

Your statement is vague and hard to understand. Nonetheless, it seems you are making some sort of comparison between physical and spiritual Israel and some discussion should ensue in regard to our proper approach to the matter.

I don't know much about Haifa but am aware that there has been a large (actually one of the biggest movements in the world) of gay activists in Tel Aviv. At least in part God may be bringing judgment more severely there because of their rebellion which has some shades of this in Revelation but also Isaiah 1:10 in regard to Jerusalem which could be extrapolated to this and like regions of sin.

The heart of the matter is where the Lord is exactly into His evaluation of the current "State" of Israel. A brief research into the subject shows that the British mandate and eventual Baflour Declaration in 1917 got the ball rolling to the eventual creation of the state of Israel in 1948. We see in Isaiah 66:7-8 prophetic evidence of this event; but we also need to keep in mind that men set up the current political state as well as dividing previous Arab and Muslim nations in what is the named countries of the "Middle East" today to a large extent. I am of the opinion that much as Israel of old; God will be with them if they are walking in righteousness and vice versa in disobedience. Given that a Christian cannot be a citizen in Israel unless they have Jewish background and the death sentence in some ultra Orthodox places along with attitudes of banishment from family as a nation they are still very hostile to Christ. I still hold to the general concept that there are certain actions that may trigger God judging sooner rather than later. It is much like God still at work in the church today despite the fact only a small remnant remains. Israel has yet to go through its greatest trial as the book of Zechariah and Revelation detail to purge those who are truly God's children and to restore the nation.

Thank you Steve421 for your well-studied and gracious response. I think this short discussion has helped us to focus a little more on what we often overlook or take for granted in the Word. But as we read God's Word, we ought to take great care in every word given to us, even as Isaiah reminds us in Isaiah 66:5: "Hear the word of the LORD, ye that tremble at his word..". May we never read or even use God's Word in a light-hearted whimsical manner, but in all seriousness & alertness, listening out for the Spirit of God's Voice applying HIS Message to our hearts & lives. Every blessing brother - I look forward to reading more of what our LORD places on your heart to share.

The topic of "Once Saved Always Saved" or eternal security

I am fairly sure I covered this subject before; but today it seems to be going viral with more and more social media posts claiming you can lose your salvation. Since there are HUNDREDS of verses which appear to relate to this matter (Dake's Bible has something close to 1000 listed); it seems it is something warranting further study (again with character limit a series of studies).

I want to hammer home a concept that I may have touched on but not necessarily relating to this particular topic; and that is of DYING to the old nature. The fear of judgment is of an eternal punishment for an eternal sin nature; for any sins we do in the body now won't be done in the afterlife; at least with any satisfaction. Perhaps the death of my mom recently and seeing others such as my dad and aunt with their time soon coming has brought this concept home to me. On a surface level what is common to man is a desire to survive; to hold onto our lives. When Christ talks about losing our lives there is a literal aspect but more importantly; I think it is losing the appeal of this world and our identity in what WAS our sin nature. This concept of what we formerly were; of course is illustrated in 1 Cor. 6:11. What appeals to us and what unregenerate man tries to hold onto is the comforts of this world; and sadly often the other lost people around them. Some other time I may get more into the subject of how people that cannot accept that their loved ones never showed any evidence of knowing Christ and instead God "chooses their delusions" when they think they sense their departed ones around them ( Isaiah 66:4).

Perhaps a better way to start this subject is to find the proper meaning of 2 Corinthians 13:5. Much confusion comes when we accept a verbal affirmation of our belief in Christ as a foolproof piece of evidence. Otherwise verses such as this wouldn't exist.

More on this in the next posting.

    Preventing false doctrines

Among the wolves there are obvious practitioners of false doctrines. More disturbing it seems are those who are correct in certain aspects and spurious in others and determining who is consistent enough to regularly follow particularly online.

There are many "personal" testimonies of extrabiblical experiences which are often close enough to scriptures to warrant some consideration of perhaps a new insight into things such as NDE's or actual death experiences; dreams; visions; etc. As with anything we can certainly dismiss obvious contradictions to the Word as demonic deception; which God allows when He "chooses their delusions" ( Isaiah 66:4). This is a very scary concept.

Beyond any lie as I have stated before the truth is used to convince the individual of their own skewed version of reality; much as the serpent did in the garden. Meditation on the Word so that we have a firm foundation in our minds that can grow in maturity and discernment helps us to see these things. Listed below are some common reasons we fall for false doctrines.

PEER PRESSURE. Careful study of the letters to the churches in Revelation 2 and 3 show how individuals whose names are written in the Book of Life come out of even the worst churches. At the very least we see a remnant who are dressed in white who are worthy being the ones escaping in the Rapture. Some argue that these churches mean all are saved but since wheat are mixed with tares I don't buy that; and that is why I believe some at least WILL be saved in the Tribulation. In short today clearly we are headed for the great apostasy and God is judging the church; look around at the politically correct signs outside many churches today.

HUMAN NATURE. We cannot fathom how God would send anyone to hell; at least as scripture describes. Equally as was brought up in my small group today God's love for His enemies and for us cannot be comprehended with human understanding. Read

    Romans 3:4!

    The nature of deception: Introduction

Isaiah 66:4 says "I also will choose their delusions, and will bring their fears upon them; because when I called, none did answer; when I spake, they did not hear: but they did evil before mine eyes, and chose that in which I delighted not."

This reminds us of the sobering verse of 2 Thessalonians 2:11 on "The lie" which no doubt means Antichrist and his false prophet ultimately in the Tribulation.

John 10:38 states that we can believe in Christ simply because of the miracles He does; but many others warn of thinking He is anything other than God's Son which itself is only revealed by the Father in heaven to whom He chooses.(see Matthew 16:13-20; and Matthew 11:27 just a couple chapters back as well as much of the Gospel of John for further study on these truths.)

Isaiah 53:2 dispels all the images made of Christ which are venerated. The opposite of not believing Him and the potential of committing the unpardonable sin of blaspheming the Spirit ( Matthew 12:31) is elevating Christ to that of any other man; as the Son of Man is greater than His creation. We see other verses where He excoriates those in the cities where He did many miracles and stated the punishment for unbelief would be greater than that of Sodom. With Peter we see how the thoughts of man no matter how "noble" they may have seemed in respect to Jesus not dying on the cross because of His notoriety brought the stern rebuke against Satan himself who was operating through Peter at the time; remarkably very shortly after Christ revealed that Peter could only have recieved revelation as to who He truly was from God Himself.

We can look at many in the ministry today as we approach the last days judgment of the church before the rest of the world is judged and see how many traps lead men to perdition. We need to be real and believe Jesus when He states the narrow road is only followed by a few; especially when Christianity is "politically correct."

THE PROPHECY OF SIMEON (Part 10)

Revelation 12:1-2 1And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars: 2And she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered.

The woman typifies the body of believers. The sun typifies the Lord Jesus Christ, who is the Sun of righteousness arising with healing in his wings ( Malachi 4:2). The moon typifies the law of God, which is a reflection of the sun. The moon under her feet signifies that the believers are dead to the law; the law no longer has any claim on them. Christ as their substitute has fulfilled all the demands of the law on their behalf. The crown with twelve stars signifies the fullness of all believers, which are typified as the stars of heaven. She being with child cried, travailing in birth, pained to be delivered.

An interesting commentary on Revelation 12:2 is found in Isaiah 66:7-8 7Before she travailed, she brought forth; before her pain came, she was delivered of a man child. 8Who hath heard such a thing? who hath seen such things? Shall the earth be made to bring forth in one day? or shall a nation be born at once? for as soon as Zion travailed, she brought forth her children.

God is saying, before she travailed, before her pain came, she was delivered of a man child. The man child is the Lord Jesus Christ, whose birth we observe each year at Christmas. The woman being in travail has reference to the great tribulation period. And note God's declaration, for as soon as Zion travailed, she brought forth her children. When the Bible says, Shall the earth be made to bring forth in one day, it is a rhetorical statement that has reference to the literal, bodily resurrection of the believers at the last day when Christ appears in great power and glory.

    PART C.

The purpose of the sex demons /incubus or succubus / is to cause delays, keep you stagnant and to steal your destiny. The first thing to do when you arise from sleep whether in the morning or at any other time is to say: I Renounce, Rebuke and Revoke every evil covenant formed in my sleep in YESHUA/ JESUS MIGHTY NAME. Amen. Do this every day.

This is will help you greatly. Another 5-10% of your problems will cease.

Pay attention to your dreams. Go to this guy on Youtube His biblical prayer interpretations are solid evangelist Joshua TV . He also gives good suggestions on what to do when you ve had certain dreams.

Ask GOD /YAH to help you to not eat or drink or exchange/ take anything in dreams as these are all covenants []

As you reclaim your rightful territory your neighbor will try to draw you out BUT Exchange no words , nor anything with the demon neighbors because it may seem normal to you BUT to him but he'll use it as a hook and an agreement to take back lost territory.

Make fasting and praying a regular occurence in your life [ Mark 9:29 ]

Regarding the monitoring spirits. Instantly rebuke them with fire [ Isaiah 66:15] and by the Blood of YESHUA/JESUS

Pray that your home and your self and space and everything concerning you be surrounded by an impenetrable wall of fire. [ Zechariah 2:5].

    Say Psalm 91 daily.

Anoint your windows and doors [ Exodus 12:7] with olive oil and ask for angelic protection. Before you go to sleep. Say psalms of protection. And leave some of your lights on in your house.

Before you step foot outside prayer. And pay attention to your doorways and steps etc. When you go out and come back in ask for protection going in and coming out [ Deuteronomy 28:6]

Read The Word daily. Ask YAH/ GOD for Wisdom, understanding and knowledge and apply whatever HE shows you.

And go back to church especially if it is a church that does deliverance. It will be a major victory.

    Isaiah 66:14-16

14 And when ye see this, your heart shall rejoice, and your bones shall flourish like an herb: and the hand of the Lord shall be known toward His servants, and His indignation toward His enemies.

15 For, behold, the Lord will come with fire, and with His chariots like a whirlwind, to render His anger with FURY, and His rebuke with flames of FIRE. --> Revelation 11:18>18 And the NATIONS were(will be) angry, and GOD'S WRATH is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be Judged, and that GOD should give reward unto His servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear His name, small and great; and should destroy them which destroy the earth.

16 For by fire and by His Sword will the Lord plead with all flesh.-->( Revelation 13:3 and 14) Revelation 19:21

The altar was a practice for the entire old testament. A place where a sacrifice was made to God for the sins of the people. Incense where also burned there. The altar now is the place where we send the incense of our heart to the Father. Where we lay down those things before God and surrender them to him, as Abraham did with Isaac. We do this anywhere we have a true connection with God in prayer. The altar is a position of the heart more than a physical thing. The altar is a symbol but it is also a place for new converts to learn the position for their heart. An altar should be available for people to lay their burdens down until they learn to lay them before the Lord in secret and even after that, an altar is a place of worshiping in truth. We declare that God is the only one who can help us when we are at the altar. The very act of kneeling before the throne of grace is an act of surrender. Many people leave the altar no different than when they came in but God begins breaking up that soil and getting it ready to receive. So I believe with all of my heart that the altar should never be removed from the church.

I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. Romans 12:1

Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.

    1 Peter 2:5

For all those things hath mine hand made, and all those things have been, saith the LORD: but to this man will I look, even to him that is poor and of a contrite spirit, and trembleth at my word. Isaiah 66:2

And another angel came and stood at the altar, having a golden censer; and there was given unto him much incense, that he should offer it with the prayers of all saints upon the golden altar which was before the throne.

    Revelations 8:3

    also, see Isaiah 66:2-4

Healing can be based on mercy, healing always requires faith, great faith produces miracles (think about Jesus how He had great faith) It takes time to be holy, if a believer does not yet have great faith to produce miracles, then continue to grow the faith that you have. Each has a measure of faith. Healing can also be a process.

Yes, the promises of healing still apply and are active. God does not change His mind concerning that He sent His only begotten son to save, HEAL and deliver. Now Jesus has rose from the dead and has all power in heaven and in earth, (not just in certain places) everywhere you believe or where ever there is faith there is healing and deliverance.

It takes time to be holy, if a believer does not yet have great faith to produce miracles, then grow the faith you have. It shows you have faith because you came to this website. Each day work and build up your most holy faith.

A large mountain is climbed one step at a time. Believe everyday, all day, commune with God in your heart, hold fast to your believeth that God loves you and is for you to be healed. Go to the doctor if you have to, but hold fast to your faith in God.

"But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed." Isaiah 53:5 KJV

"Jesus answered and said unto them, Verily I say unto you, If ye have faith, and doubt not, ye shall not only do this which is done to the fig tree, but also if ye shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; it shall be done." Matthew 21:21 KJV

"Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth." Mark 9:23 KJV

"...but to this man will I look, even to him that is poor and of a contrite spirit, and trembleth at my word." Isaiah 66:2 KJV

Faith works if you hold on to the faith. God is always standing by.

GOD WILL SEND STRONG DELUSION THAT THEY BELIEVE A LIE

    Isaiah 66:4 - 2Thessalonians 2:8-12 - Matthews 24:15-25:

9Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,

10And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish;because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.

11And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:

12That they all might be DAMNED who believed not the Truth- believed not in JESUS-,but had pleasure in unrighteousness

15When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place,(whoso readeth, let him understand)

    PRIOR ADVICE OF OUR LORD

16Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains

17Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house

18Neither let him which is in the field return back...

    ABOUT STRONG PUNISHMENT

21For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time,no,nor ever shall be.

22And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved:but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened

GREAT DANGER EVEN FOR THE ELECTS-THE FALSE MESSIAH

    23Then if any man-Pastors,and Bishops,Evangelists,Missionaries, among others-shall say unto you, Lo,here is Christ,or there;BELIEVE IT NOT

24For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets-FALSE PREACHERS OF THE WORD OF GOD-2Cor.11:13-15,and shall shew great signs and wonders;insomuch that,if it were possible, they shall deceive(even)the very elect

    Hi Patricia (aka Pnovello?),

I'm so so sorry to hear about your loss. I'm praying this verse from Isaiah 66:13 for you: "As one whom his mother comforts, so I will comfort you;" What a comfort to know your daughter is with Jesus right now though but of course the pain must still be excruciating for you I'm sure. I will keep you in my prayers. You know what Patricia, I firmly believe we will soon join your daughter and I do believe it will be much sooner than most people realize. I believe the Lord's return is extremely close.

May the Lord bless and keep you.

    And Amen to your prayer.

    Hi Chris,

    Part one.

Thank you for continuing the discussion, I also tremble at His word we are just a spec compared to our God. Deuteronomy 18:15-19 This to me is fulfilled in John 1:1 the word of God in Jesus the Messiah. When Jesus was anointed the Messiah every word that Jesus said was the word of God the word of God in the flesh of His Son. Everything that was created was created by the word of God, not His Son. God said let there be, and it was.

If we read Isaiah 66:1 we cannot imagine how large God can be. He can overwhelm all of what we can imagine. In my human mind, I see His Spirit cover the earth like a dome, omnipresent, it is like an electrical grid that believers plug into, I know that may sound weird.

John 17 I will do my best to show my understanding, this is just before Jesus was going to be nailed to the cross. Verses 1-5 Jesus is praying to the Father about Himself, the Father is God, when we pray, we pray to our Father, and we relate to God as Father, through the Bible Father means God and Jesus said to His Father He is the only true God. In and through Jesus Christ we become sons and daughters of God, so we cry out Abba, Father, Galatians 4:6.

Jesus said He had finished the work the Father had given to Him and Jesus glorified His Father on earth. Jesus is now ready to face death on the cross and fulfilling the law and the prophet's, all of what Scripture had said what He would become, and Jesus was ready to take His place on the right hand of His Father, Isaiah 53:12 Jeremiah 23:5-6 2 Samuel 7:12-13 Psalm 110:4 Psalm 16:10, these are just a few verses that Jesus would have known about Himself.

In Daniel 7:13-14 Daniel had a prophetic vision of Jesus's ascension and God the Father giving His Son Jesus dominion and glory overall and giving Him the kingdom. God showed Daniel this was with God in the beginning, in God's plan but did not come to fruition until Jesus ascended in Acts 1:9.

    The slave market of sin

In today's society; we have found a way to extricate our minds from within when it comes to the subject of slavery. What happened hundreds of years ago is someone else's problem or said to be our fault by default as to our race. Closer to home now; of course is the continuing servitude particularly of the sex trade today and that brings attention to the revenue of such a trade.

That; of course comes from those who would exploit such an industry who themselves in actuality are slaves to sin.

Revelation makes it clear; unfortunately that slaves will exist in the end times will exist ( Rev. 6:15). At that time they will be clumped together with all those who attempt to hide from God.

Christ has redeemed us from our state of hopelessness and given us a new life. We have turned from Satan as our master to the Living God ( Ephesians 2:2). A truly redeemed child of God can read a passage such as Isaiah 66:24 and understand how they themselves were an abhorrence in their lost; sinful state. To know that we were under His wrath we proclaim the salvation message. Those who are condemned already ( John 3:18) are not known to us immediately; eventually it will be clear who is saved and who isn't at least by judgment Day. Such amazing love of Christ should motivate us to share the Gospel with others.

I am convinced one reason more people aren't sharing with much conviction is because they have become dumbed down to just how wicked they were; forgotten what they were saved from or in the worst case scenario are really not saved at all but following a form of godliness but denying the power thereof ( 2 Tim. 3:5). It is sobering to remind ourselves that as believers that scripture warns us to stay AWAY from such people.

Satan; I always say is an equal opportunity destroyer. He will take any sin; as seemingly innocuous as gossip and turn it into a full scale conflagration (see warnings in James 3:6). Only Christ frees us from slavery.

    Shabbat Keeper:

Luke 16:31 And he said unto them, if they hear not MOSES and the PROPHETS, neither will they be persuaded, though one rose

    from the dead.

Acts 24:14 But this I confess unto you, that after the way they (the church) call HERESY, so worship I the God of my fathers; believing ALL THINGS written in the LAW and the PROPHETS.

Acts 28:23 And when they had appointed him a day, they came many unto him in his lodging, to whom he expounded and testified the KINGDOM of GOD, persuading them concerning Jesus, both out of the law of Moses, and out of the prophets, from morning till evening.

Most don't believe ALL THINGS written in MOSES and the PROPHETS.

Psalms 149:9 To execute upon them the judgement written, this honoru hath all his saints.

Isaiah 26:9 ... for when thy judgements (administered by the saints) are in the earth (second resurrection), the world WILL LEARN righteousness.

Psalms 22:27 All the ends of the world SHALL REMEMBER (when they are resurrected and judged by the saints) AND TURN (repent) unto the LORD: and all the kindreds of the nations shall worship before thee.

Isaiah 66:24 And they (the saints) shall go forth, and look upon the carcasses of the men that have transgressed against me, for their (the saints) WORM shall not die; neither shall their (the saints') FIRE be quenched, and they (the saints) shall be and abhorring to all flesh.

Job 25:6 And much less man, that is a worm?and the son or man WHICH IS A WORM.

    Psalms 22:6 .... But I am a worm .....

Mark 9:46 Where their WORM dieth not, nor is the FIRE quenched.

Hebrews 12:29 For our God is a consuming fire.

Matthew 13:34 ... and without a parable he spake he not unto them......

The whole word of God is Christ speaking.

Psalms 78:2 I will open my mouth in a PARABLE: I will open my DARK SAYINGS of the harps (his people)

    Sister Jema:

There is no end of the world.

    Ephesians 3:21 .... world without end ...

We get mixed up all the time, because our old mind hasn't totally BEEN RENEWED to the mind of Christ.

The end of the world is one example.

The end of the world (age) (in the fullness of time) came when Christ was resurrected, he said: Behold, I make all things new.

Probably a more accurate translation would be the end of the AGE, or the fullness of time.

The 1000 year reign with Christ is NOW, running parallel, with this age, but we are not of this age, because in the fullness of time we became a new creation.

Romans 12:2 And be not conformed to this age, be be ye TRANSFORMED by the RENEWING (all things have become new) of your mind.

He give us the parable of the seed, Christ, being the SEED.

The corn plant was the example.

If you plant a corn SEED in the ground, that SEED will DIE, and a green plant will emerge, that looks nothing like the SEED that was planted.

That plant grows and as it matures it slowly begins to naturally die, then the SEED is harvested by the farmer, and the good SEED is put in the barn.

It's put in the barn to be used as FOOD and for REPLANTING.

This is exactly what happen to the new new creation.

Christ the SEED, DIED, and was raised up, the green plant raised up with Christ (you and I), looks nothing like the SEED, but when we become mature (by the words of God), God sends the angels and they harvest us, our body that brought the SEED to maturity, is no longer needed, it goes back to the ground it came from, and the SEED goes back to the barn to be used as FOOD and REPLANTING SEED.

The OLD saints, now chariots of fire, and all that have been harvested in the last 2000 years, have become SEED for eating and replanting, they are workers in God's vineyard, all called at different hours of the day, they are causing you to mature and become a SEED.

    Matthew 20:1-10

    Isaiah 59:21

    Isaiah 66:15

    2 Kings 6:17

    God Bless YOU!

God's plan for the Nations (The Tribulation).

Before the Tribulation; there will be people raptured out of the world from every tribe; language; nation and tongue. ( Rev. 7:9).

To be precise many in this verse will come out FROM the Tribulation but those raptured would logically also come from every nation as many more will die after the seal judgments following the Rapture of the church.

Isaiah 66:19 seems to challenge this as those who have not heard His fame or seen His glory seem to be reached by those surviving physically the Tribulation. The Millennial worship is clear from verse 20. It could mean that the Gospel preached by the 3 angels to the whole world won't be specific about God's past exploits or specific plan or focus on Jerusalem for His return; rather they will just hear a general message to worship God and not take the Mark of the Beast or not be part of Babylon.

It is possible some remote areas will somehow even miss the angels testimony; which would also mean they may be one of a few who are able to hide from having the mark forced on them; or from the pressure of following the worldwide false church.

Anyway; God will use Antichrist to draw in all those doomed for perdition and the whole world to choose Christ and bring mass beheadings or choose Antichrist and take the mark and or fight Christ and be destroyed at Armageddon. Again; nations are mentioned in the Millennial Kingdom ( Zech. 14:18 for instance) where Egypt and anyone else will have no rain if they don't come and worship Christ at that time. That shows a necessary interlude BEFORE perfect sinless existance in the new earth since some clearly will attempt to disobey.

Revelation 20:8 states "And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog, and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea." Clearly there will still be nations until the final conflagration; when there is a new heaven and earth.

OSAS. True spiritual gifts vs false manifestations.

1 Corinthians 2:14 says: "But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned."

Deuteronomy 32:28-29 states "For they are a nation void of counsel, neither is there any understanding in them. O that they were wise, that they understood this, that they would consider their latter end!"

There are many reasons people may go to church and not be believers; a general statement would be there are many confessors but less who are POSSESSORS of the Holy Spirit. Focusing on earlier posts discussing how Satan focuses his attacks on the church we need in general to see how Satan is not only opposed to God but comes as s substitute; and mimics every spiritual gift in outward manifestations that may appear to be the same to the undiscerning (such as listed in 1 Corinthians 2:14 above).

As to spiritual manifestations; the "Kundalini" experience often mimics what are true spiritual experiences. We see mention in past revivals of people shaking or trembling at His Word which is scriptural ( Isaiah 66:2). But certain ritualaistic manifestations

cause abandon (usually coiling up like a snake on the floor). Godly sorrow certainly can cause weeping as was reported in many revivals from the past; uncontrollable laughter however is not something that seems edifying. Tongues of angels certainly can be imitated by demons as evidenced by experiences of those in the occult.

In looking at these "charismatic" gifts; we shoiuldn't ignore the "religious" spirit which involves endless ritual and legalistic practices that exceed the scope of the Word. The Pharisees added things with their traditions ( Mark 7:13 and other verses) and this was associated with pride; self righteous and leading others astray. (see Matthew 23:15). The opposite of this is using grace as a license to sin which Romans 6:1 warns about.

    MOre on hell testimonies

My last conversation got stuck on another thread. Here is a summary of what is often spurious evidences in hell testimonies.

    1. Satan being in hell. Revelation 20 and 21 should make it clear (the latter case even with Post Millennialists) that Satan is not in hell now; clearly he will be tormented before anyone else and as well as anyone else. Certain entities currently under the earth are in their own realm in Tartarus. Therefore; although it is possible that certain creatures are under the earth presently; it is hard to differentiate at times (unless clinical death is proven) that something isn't a demonic attack of torment.

    2. Lack of proper reverential fear of the Lord. There are a few testimonies like this in regard to heaven and hell testimonies; but too many that only have a mushy love for Christ; or just desperate clinging to Him. No genuine experience in God's presence can come without being on our faces; see Daniel; Isaiah and John for 3 scriptural examples of the same thing. See Deuteronomy as well when Moses "shook exceedingly" ( Heb. 12:21). See David's example when the destroying angel appeared in 1 Chron. 21:15. If an Archangel can bring such a reaction (see Daniel 10:5 and following); surely the Lord Himself even more so.

    3. Lack of testimony regarding the sin nature and our need to be saved from that. There also tends to be a doctrine of "losing your salvation" if we have besetting sins; as well as teachings that we must go through much of the Tribulation. More seem to be heading towards that mindset probably because Christ didn't return when they thought He would.

    4. Idea that true repentance would occur in hell but it would be too late. Or love for God and His Name. I stated in my last posting that in the parable of Lazarus and the rich man no one would be convinced if someone came back from the dead.

    ( Isaiah 38:18).

    5. God is grieving for lost souls in hell. ( Isaiah 66:24).

Usually; when we look to scriptures on God's promises; we are looking for His Providence in our individual needs and concerns such as finding a spouse; providing food; clothing and shelter and those basic salvation assurances such as John 3:16 which we have as an anchor to our soul; to quote Hebrews 6:19. We also look to heaven and being reunited with our loved ones; hopefully realizing that only those in Christ will have an eternal future which we would desire to share as 1 Corinthians 15 starting in verse 14 assures us of as a future reality.

Admittedly; there aren't a lot of specific verses as to what exactly we will be doing in the Millennium and eternity. I have elaborated on rewards involving ruling over more or less cities in regard to our faithfulness now; as well the scripture about David once again ruling as co-regent under Christ (see Jeremiah 30:9). The Levites are said to have some sort of role at least in the Millennium; with sacrifices in a new temple mentioned in the last few chapters of Ezekiel.

Perhaps studying Israel as a Theocracy in the past (although certainly not a perfect example) gives us some idea how we will rule and reign with Christ ( Rev. 2:26-27 but also somewhere in the O.T. mentioned as well). Isaiah 66:19-20 shows what the physical survivors will do after Armageddon in reaching distant places gathering them for worship in Jerusalem.

As Resurrected Saints interacting with earthly people; we may need to be in charge of ensuring that ceremonial purification occurs so that those in our presence not to mention in the presence of Christ won't die because of some impurity. It is hard to say how our roles will work with those who are in physical bodies still doing some sort of Temple ritual. We also will probably work out disputes; perhaps initally as a sort of cleanup crew (again with the physical survivors) after the Ezekiel 38 war (likely part of the campaign related to Armageddon).

Hiya Leska....I think that the new heaven and new earth is just symbolic language of that New heart and New spirit that God wants to give us....The gift of the H.G....In Isaiah 66:22..It says as the new heaven and the new earth shall remain so shall thy seed and name remain b/f me....Which is the Seed of the Sower that will result in Christ being formed in us....Which is the H.G. his Name sake....As Jesus said the kingdom of God is gonna be with in you...And David said beautiful for situation the joy of the whole world....Its beautiful for situation simply b/c its gonna be situated in our hearts and Minds....With in us as Jesus said

.......But i don't think we are gonna see a literal New earth...or New Heaven....There is absolutely nothin wrong with this BEAUTIFUL earth or heaven....Its only mankinds hearts and minds that needs to be replaced....Infact in Rev. 11:15...The Kingdoms of this world have become the kingdoms of our lord and his Christ and he will reign for ever and ever....And He says he wd destroy them that destroy the earth....I think that New Earth and New Heaven is just the result of the new birth of that incorruptible seed etc...The living Word....When Peter said no more seas i think that is no more seas of humanity that have not been washed in the blood of the lamb....I will stain all my raiment.....With the blood of that 2 nd Adam....Behold the lamb of God that taketh away the sins of the world...ok Gbu

If we look at condemnation such as Zechariah 11:17 we see how the "worthless shepherd" or the Antichrist will be allowed to have authority in the future end times. This is equivalent to the "son of perdition" which stood for both Judas Iscariot and the coming Antichrist. Thus; those who would be part of the establishment and hierarchy of false religion at some point will be found to be reprobate ( Matt. 7:16). Fruits; therefore are the result of either a bad seed or heart condition or that of good seed producing good fruit.

When we look at passages such as Luke 19:8 with Zaccheus; certainly someone who was a corrupt tax collector or just happened to have a job that was despised could reform their ways; such as a teacher who is caught up in error and corrected by His brother ( James 5:19). This speaks of individuals who are granted repentance and come to realize Christ as Lord and Savior. This differentiates Christ's preaching of a general call nature and the parables hiding truth from the "wise" and revealing it to "babes" (see Matt. 11:25 as an example). In the general call we see a railing accusation against Pharisees and the lawyers of the time as we see in Matthew 23. We must remember that God can "choose their delusions" ( Isaiah 66:4) so that at some point men's hearts can be hardened beyond hope. Only the Lord knows what point that is; as well as those who are His children.

As to "shepherds" or leaders of any sort; of course there is harsher judgment for them than others. We see this with the denouncement of those who are "sons of hell" themselves and the resulting disciples who are twice as bad ( Matthew 23:15).

Teachers of Gospel truth also have this principle ( James 3:1). The case of a believer vs a non believer separates the results; of course from that of hellfire and suffering loss of reward. Nonetheless; the principle stands.

    Hello Hope this help

A biblical concept of worship involves praising God and giving Him glory with our lips and our lives, with our words and our deeds, with our physical bodies and our spiritual hearts. Worship that pleases God is authentic, offered with clean hands and a pure heart ( Psalm 24:3-4; Isaiah 66:2).

King David danced "before the Lord with all his might" ( 2 Samuel 6:14)

    Revelation 5:8-11

twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb, each one holding a harp and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints. And they *sang a new song, saying, " Worthy are You to take the book and to break its seals

Psalms 149:3 - Let them praise his name in the dance: let them sing praises unto him with the timbrel and harp. Psalms 150:1 - 127:6 - Praise ye the LORD

    Luke 2:13-14

And suddenly there appeared with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God and saying, "Glory to God in the highest,

And on earth peace among men with whom He is pleased

    Colossians 3:14-17

And above all these put on love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony. And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body. And be thankful. Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with thankfulness in your hearts to God. And whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.

    MATTHEW 24:34: THE GENERATION CONUNDRUM

It has been suggested by many that either the Lord fulfilled all things in the generation that He was on earth which He referred to here (consummating in the AD 70 Roman slaughter of the Jews and destruction of Jerusalem); or more commonly that some or all things are yet to be fulfilled within the "generation" which began in 1948 when it is said that Ezekiel's prophecy of a nation born in a day ( Isaiah 66:8; see also Ezekiel 37:21 as well as verse 4 on the "valley of dry bones.") Psalm 90:10 in my mind fairly well makes it clear the extent of the normal lifetime of a man; and other scriptures seem to indicate a generation is 40 years. The case of Noah and the Ark is sometimes brought up; as to the number of days of man being 120 years ( Genesis 6:3). As to whether that means the time until the Ark was built from that statement or the lifespan of man or both may also be in question. Whatever the case; it is clear by the time of Christ people were living lives at best similar to today. It has generally been suggested therefore that a generation is 40 years and a double fulfillment would certainly make that evident when we see the time from Christ's proclamation until 70 AD as being slightly less than 40 years.

We went through the years of expectation in 1988 as to the rapture (although the prophecy mentions the "sign of the coming of the Son of Man" which would probably be when the world sees Him in the 6th Seal or later near His return by the context of the verse). At any rate; we went through the 90's and then some said it was really 1967 and the capture of Jerusalem that started off the final generation. Jump to 2008 and that clarly didn't happen; and then the 2017 events which recognized Jerusalem as the capitol and yet we are still here in 2023. Somethin' ain't right here with the logic. We would certainly expect that because things didn't happen as expected many will fall away ( 2 Peter 3:4; Matt. 24:28).
