in exodus 3:14 it says that god's name is I AM,and god said that this is my name FOREVER,and this is my memorial unto all generations.So why isnt I AM being used when it clearly states that this is god's name?
In Exodus III 18-22 We see a direct command from the Lord, or whatever name you wish to address him with,to deceive, lie, and steal. This was carried out to the letter. How then, can we say this is God's will to do these things?
Jehovah was used in the old testament because the name GOD could no be said at the time so they used the name Jahovah. that changed with the new testament.
