First , I see that I have to put this on : So I must not have it on yet : I am already an elect of God : Therefore I have Holy Spirit within : To allow Holy Spirit within to do as He pleases , I must be ,Holy , which I am and Beloved and , I am beloved of my Father : Because of His mercy toward me I should be able to show mercy also , to be kind, and to have a humble mind , Meekness , an awareness of the presence of God and longsuffering toward my Brothers and sisters. Sometimes this is difficult : But God will not have me do anything that He has not done Himself : I am to be Christ like : this is a continual submitting to Holy Spirit in me.

Compare this and 2 Thessalonians 2:7-12 "the mystery of lawlessness", and Colossians 3:5-7, with 1 John 3:4, which us the definition of sin. Furthermore, the whole letter of 1 John ties God's law together with love. An analogy would be: An Archer who is aiming at the target of righteousness God's ten commandments , contrasted with the one who is aiming at another target unrighteousness . Neither hit the bullseye perfectly 100 of the time, but each practice shooting one or the other target.

It is easy to get caught up in the limelight of good deeds. Look at me, how good I am, what a fine christian I am. The most prevalent means by which satan accesses the christians ' mind is through the spirit of pride. We want the approval of others, a pat on the back, so to speak. And there is nothing wrong with edification and encouragement between believers. But God must be glorified verbally. We must repetitively speak it aloud in order to form a habit. Then the habit becomes 2nd nature and then it becomes a solid belief. Spiritual warfare is for real and the battle is won or lost in our minds. Think it, say it, feel it, believe it. Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Praise God! Hallelujah! Jesus is alive!

Our purpose in life is meaningless without God 's provision of divine understanding and wisdom. What eternally will last in this life is what God does through us. How can God work in our lives unless we look to him first. His provision has an everlasting purpose. What we do in word or deed should reflect from God which eternally is love.

This scripture is about doing what 's right in God 's eyes and when you do, you will live forever. God is pleased when you do right by Him.

We become so busy in persuing our dreams, goals, and desires that we neglect to give God priority in our lives. When we set our affections on things above we become busy fulfilling the purpose that God has for us. Allow God to work within you so that He can work through you.

the love of the world may lead us in destruction because the world oppose the truth and when you follow the truth the world may hurt you because they are associated with darkness. Therefore we must put our focus to heaven above so us to light in this world.

Whatsoever I do : I should do it in the attitude that I am doing it to my Lord Jesus : Even if when the person I am doing for is hard to do for because of something that I may not like about that person . I should look at them as though they are loved of Jesus Christ. Jesus did that for me when I was unloveable !!!

This chapter to me, sums up our walk as a Christian believer. He has no respect of persons, you reap what you sew, and his command is that we do all things in love,an since we 've put off the old man. he was talking to us believers and not sinners in that verse and that was proof. we are held accountable for disobeying his law and there is punishment for our actions. and there is also a reward for those who obey the law. God is a just God.

Worldly things bog us down. Things of this world are not eternal. Things of this world distract us from looking at Jesus. The best way to get to know Jesus is DAILY Bible study. Getting to know what God does promise frees us from the frustration we feel when we don 't get what we WANT. There is a spiritual world which we can exist in right now, right here. It 's not anything physical. Think of spiritual things. God is not of this world. Pray for God to reveal the spiritual world and continue to pray for it everyday without cease. To Bring Jesus Christ into every situation we encounter throughout the day is to have heaven right here in this life.
