Greetings to all, their are so many people think their save and are not because they will not get baptize in the name of Jesus Christ and the promise of the holy ghost is unto you and unto as many as the lord God shall called remember the scripture said if you are not born of the water and sprig you are none of his. John chapter 3 tells us about a Jewish ruler named Nicodemus who chose to go to the Lord at night. He did not want to be seen by his people but he had a question he did not understand about "being born again." The Lord Jesus makes it very plain that unless we are born again and baptized and filled with the Holy Ghost we can not enter the kingdom of Heaven. As we read on in the Bible about baptism, we are given the formula for baptism in Acts 2:38 and we are told that the Holy Ghost is a gift from God and only God can give you the Holy Ghost and what a wonderful gift! The Holy Ghost teaches us and helps us every day of our lives. Jesus wants us to get as close to Him as we can while here on earth.He likes a personal relationship on a daily basis where we spend time with him and praise him and thank him for all he does for us. He hears our prayers for our families and friends and acquaintances and receives those prayers from us and always answers our prayers. He looks forward to hearing from us on a regular basis and is always there waiting for us to share with him and talk things over with him. Jesus loved us so much that he died in our place on Calvary so we could be saved. The Bible is our guidebook for life on earth. It is our responsibility to read our Bibles and learn about God. He teaches us right from wrong and we have no excuses when our appointed time comes to go before the Lord about not knowing about salvation because the Lord plainly tells us in his holy word how to be saved. He also tells us how to stay saved and know that we are saved and belong to him.

In a Hebrew Synagogue, it had written in big letters, "Behold, God is my Yeshuah." Look that word up. Now look at these Scriptures again when translated to english.

How Many Are Sealed?
10 Jesus said to those in line for this sealing: “Have no fear, little flock, because your Father has approved of giving you the kingdom.” ( Luke 12:32) Other scriptures, such as Revelation 6:11 and Romans 11:25, indicate that the number of this little flock is indeed limited and, in fact, predetermined. John’s next words confirm this: “And I heard the number of those who were sealed, a hundred and forty-four thousand, sealed out of every tribe of the sons of Israel: Out of the tribe of Judah twelve thousand sealed; out of the tribe of Reuben twelve thousand; out of the tribe of Gad twelve thousand; out of the tribe of Asher twelve thousand; out of the tribe of Naphtali twelve thousand; out of the tribe of Manasseh twelve thousand; out of the tribe of Simeon twelve thousand; out of the tribe of Levi twelve thousand; out of the tribe of Issachar twelve thousand; out of the tribe of Zebulun twelve thousand; out of the tribe of Joseph twelve thousand; out of the tribe of Benjamin twelve thousand sealed.”— Revelation 7:4-8.
11 Could this not be a reference to literal, fleshly Israel? No, for Revelation 7:4-8 diverges from the usual tribal listing. ( Numbers 1:17, 47) Obviously, the listing here is not for the purpose of identifying fleshly Jews by their tribes but to show a similar organizational structure for spiritual Israel. This is balanced. There are to be exactly 144,000 members of this new nation—12,000 from each of 12 tribes. No tribe in this Israel of God is exclusively royal or priestly. The whole nation is to rule as kings, and the whole nation is to serve as priests.— Galatians 6:16; Revelation 20:4, 6.
12 Although the natural Jews and Jewish proselytes were given the first opportunity to be chosen for spiritual Israel, only a minority of that nation responded. Jehovah therefore extended the invitation to the Gentiles. ( John 1:10-13; Acts 2:4, 7-11; Romans 11:7) As in the case of the Ephesians, who previously had been “alienated from the state of Israel,” now non-Jews could be sealed with God’s spirit and become part of the congregation of anointed Christians. ( Ephesians 2:11-13; 3:5, 6; Acts 15:14) It is appropriate, then, for the 24 elders to sing before the Lamb: “With your blood you bought persons for God out of every tribe and tongue and people and nation, and you made them to be a kingdom and priests to our God, and they are to rule as kings over the earth.”— Revelation 5:9, 10.
13 The Christian congregation is “a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation.” (1 Peter 2:9) Replacing natural Israel as God’s nation, it becomes a new Israel that is “really ‘Israel.’” ( Romans 9:6-8; Matthew 21:43) For this reason, it was quite proper for Jesus’ half brother James to address his pastoral letter “to the twelve tribes that are scattered about,” that is, to the worldwide congregation of anointed Christians that in time would number 144,000.— James 1:1.

Believe In Ephesians 4:5 Believe in Repentance and being BAPTIZED IN THE NAME OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST! ONE LORD!!ONE FAITH!!ONE BAPTISM!! JESUS IS OUR LORD GOD !! John 1:1 Tells us that "The Word was god" in John 1:14 it says "And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us ! " then it talks about how we beheld his "glory" .. let me add this .. In Isaiah (which is the Old Testament) 42:8 , It says " i am the Lord: that is my name: and my 'glory' will i not give to another ~ and in 1 Corinthians 2:8 is says " which none of the princes of this world knew: for had that known it, they would not have crucified the 'Lord of glory'. They would not have crucified Jesus if they knew that he was god wrapped in flesh! Let me add 1 Timothy 3:16 .. "And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit,soon of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world,received up into *glory* " !! I'll add more for you to look up ! John 1:10-11-12 . And the only way of receiving salvation is through his name! which is through Acts 2:38 .. And to finish it off .. Luke 2:11 " For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the "Lord" .. Ephesians 4:5 " One Lord, One Faith, One Baptism ! "

The "locusts like unto horses" vs 7 . were airplanes and the "hair like the hair of women" vs 8 is the jet streams left from the passing of jet planes. These men were giving time for the others to share the word of God and finally, they came together to greet and encourage all, each other which caused the continuance of the good and true news of Jesus Christ our savior, which before Jesus ascended to his Father, he commanded to the apostles to spread the salvation plan( Acts 2:38) to all that would hear. and there were those filled with the power of the Holy Ghost in the upper room, with the evidence of speaking in another tongue and to preach this to all and not stop spreading the good news, even to this day. In reponse to Ms.Jackson's question; What is tounges? In short it is God's way of letting us know that we have been filled with his spirit, u say well; I recieved the Holy Ghost when I believed. Well not so.. Remember in Ac19 Paul asked the diciples of John if they had recieved the Holy Ghost? They said we have not even heard of the HG. Then what happened? They rec the HG and spoke in tounges,AC2 and the HG fell and they spoke in tounges, Act10 Cornelieus and his family rec the HG and spoke with tounges, U see, God never meant for us to have a salvation we had to guess about. He took the most unruly member of the body and used it to let us know that hey! God dwells in this vessel! Paul stated that I speak in tounges more than all of u, and forbid not to speak in tounges. Jesus commanded us to be born of water and spirit jn 3:3/3:5 Spirit bap is one of these ingrediants. So I'll ask have u recieved the HG since u beleived?

We r also told that neither is their salvation in any other name! What ch#8 proves is that over and over again in the book of Acts, it was never done any other way. ck out ac 10,19,anywhere where baptisim was done, it was only done one way. Baptizing is for the washing away of your sins, not the forgiveness of sins.Repentence is the aking of forgiveness of your sins. You need to study acts 2;38 more mr @ carlton le grand. you can argue with the word, but it,s allready written, and forever settled in heaven. baptizing is not for forgiveness of sins, if you coould understand correctly, repentence is asking for forgiveness of sins. batizing is for the washing away of sin. It is plainly written in acts 2;38. The man who was given the keys to the kingdom told us exactly how to be saved in this very verse. seriously had hard can that be to understand? people don't want to line up with the word of God, so they look for easier ways to get to heaven. The way of Salvaion and to escape the destruction of this world system is found in Acts 2:37,38. The message delivered on the day of Pentecost is still the way in 2012. Have you obeyed? If not make haste. Don't let the doctrines of man deceive you; for there is no other name given than that of Jesus Christ. The Name whereby you must be saved not father,son, and HOLY GHOST. Jesus is the family name. He came in His Father's Name which is the excellent Name He received by inheritance. All honor to His Name.

I frequently wonder, especially when confronted by "fundamentalist" (i.e., conservative) commentators who explicitly endorse capitalism as a God-given good, why I have never heard any of them respond to the obvious celebration of what can only be called "socialism" in verses 44-45. The KJV translation is very nearly paraphrased by Karl Marx's "from each according to their abilities, to each according to their needs," although subsequent translations have softened this a little. I'm certainly not a fan of communism (especially how it has played out in real life), but this passage would certainly seem to mute the endorsement of free-market capitalism as the economic translation of Christianity.

Do not be seduced by this modern day father,son,Holy Ghost doctrine by water baptism. To be saved, you must follow the instructions given when the Church was set up on the Day of Pentecost. Peter had the keys and he used them in Acts 2:37,38. Repent, be baptized in the Name of Jesus Christ,EVERYONE of YOU and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost...which has the evidence of speaking in tongues as the Spirit gives the utterance. Praise God for his wonderful plan of salvation. No where in the Bible is anyone ever baptized in the name of Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. THE NAME IS JESUS. Obey.
