  • Irene to Jacob on acts 2 on Acts 2 - 9 years ago
How is 1 Corinthians 15: 1-4 our salvation? and who is 'our? There are no definitive verses in 1 Cor. 15: 1-4 that point to salvation. Paul here is expounding on the Gospel of Jesus christ; his Gospel is our salvation - the whole bible. The Lord would not have put a book into His word that didn't apply to our salvation. That's 'confusion' - and God is not the author of confusion.

responds to Glenda; I'm not sure what your question is, unless it's the problem of verse 6:19 and verse 7:2. Taking seven pairs of clean animals, and only one pair of unclean? Clean and unclean is not really specified until the book of Leviticus, is that your question, or are you puzzled at the distinction without clarification? The LORD's instructions were perhaps meant to teach Noah? Any help?

John 11:26 And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?

responds to Billy; I ask the same question regarding cain's wife. If you read Genesis 1:26,27,28, then read Genesis 2:8, did the LORD create humans, and then create the Garden of Eden for Adam and Eve, planting a seed so to speak? How's that sound to you? Anybody else have the same question? Looking for an insightful answer.

I think someone missed the verse before? Jesus is not His Father!! You ask FATHER in Jesus name. You are not asking Jesus when asking His Father as the opener clearly shows. 23 And in that day ye shall ask me nothing. Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, he will give it you.
