8The lion's whelps have not trodden it, nor the fierce lion passed by it. 9He putteth forth his hand upon the rock; he overturneth the mountains by the roots. 10He cutteth out rivers among the rocks; and his eye seeth every precious thing. 11He bindeth the floods from overflowing; and the thing that is hid bringeth he forth to light. 12But where shall wisdom be found? and where is the place of understanding? 13Man knoweth not the price thereof; neither is it found in the land of the living. 14The depth saith, It is not in me: and the sea saith, It is not with me.

Wesley's Notes for Job 28:11
28:9 He, &c. - This and the two next verses mention other eminent works of God, who overturneth rocks, and produceth new rivers.
28:10 Seeth - Even those which no human art or industry was ever able to discover.
28:12 That wisdom - Man hath one kind of wisdom, to discover the works of nature, and to perform the operations of art; but as for that sublime wisdom which consists in the knowledge of God and ourselves, no man can discover this, but by the special gift of Cod.
28:13 Found - Among men upon earth, but only among those blessed spirits that dwell above.
