Hello Israelshamar. We are not required to pray towards Jerusalem as do the Jews (first done by Solomon in 1 Kings 8:29,30: "toward this place" (Jerusalem)). But if we are to direct our heads in any direction, they should be bowed in prayer & in worship to our Sovereign God or else raised upward towards Him, even as Jesus sometimes did when receiving Grace from His Father to do His Work ( Matthew 14:19; Mark 7:34).
