I am happy to include you in my prayers. May God bring healing and relief to the health problems you are facing. If you would, please pray for me. I overdid it a bit these past 4 days building and area in our yard for a fire pit. Lots of shoveling of gravel, pushing dirt, laying edge stones. I am sore in my lower back and the arthritis in my hands and fingers is flaring up. Thank you.

I have prayed for you to receive relief and healing from your ailments and I will continue to remember you in prayer when I bring my own aches and physical weakness before God. It is always good to keep others in mind when things flare up in my body. I see these as reminders to pray for others who are facing similar and even ongoing physical ailments and limitations as I face.

Also, I hope that you will continue to add to discussion on this forum as I have found your input thoughtful and helpful.
