I need a prayer,I just need God in General I have been feeling suicidal and been thinking that Jesus and God isn't real because I have just been going through alot I realize they are but I dont know how to ask God or Jesus for forgiveness but I have been baptised but I just feel like it doesnt work
Firstly you need to have some medical care immediately You must see a doctor and get some proper medication which will help you until you will able to stand on your feet on your own. As soon as possible. Also help from social services in your place.
Yes it is good that you have asked God for forgiveness and I believe God has forgiven you. Secondly it is also very good that you have been baptized and so you have completed your salvation. But regeneration and baptizm on their own will not transform your phycological condition in a magic way. You need to step near to God, start reading His Word, start praying and very very important have fellowship with other christians who can help you phycologically. You need people around you who love you and can give you give help and support. This will help you to start seeing things positively. Step by step you will start trusting in God and feel His love for you. And then step by step you will be able to start standing on your feet again. God will be there next to you to give you His hand and get you through whatever you are going through. But other people's help is also very essential for you in the condition you are now. Seek help both from doctors, social workers, other christians and God. You have to fight but the result will be good at the end. May God get you out of what you are going through.

Christ died a brutal death in our place so that we can have life beyond this life and give us grace in this life but we live in a fallen world that is in chaos.
I don't know what you are going through but if you trust in God there is nothing he can not do to bring you through it and if you confessed to him your issue "no matter what it is" and asked for forgiveness he has already forgiven you!
You have to trust him and understand that some things we go through is for strengthening and some things is for chastening.
God chasten those he loves. Hebrews 12:6-11.

Alana water baptism doesn't save anyone!
We get Baptised by water to exhibit in an outward ritual way what we believe and what Christ did in our behalf!
When we had no hope Christ died in our place and rose again from the grave.
