Please pray, I have atheist parents whom I love dearly, but lately, I've been drawn to God. I don't know how to tell them or if I want to tell them. I can't have my own bible because they would find out and I only pray alone and in secret. I take of my cross before seeing them and I can't go to church. I want God to understand and I need Him to give me strength. Thank You

    Hi Greta.

I'm sorry for the tough situation you're in.

I will join you in prayer for strength in professing your faith.

The Lord will be with you in doing so!

The worst thing you can do is to hide it.

It may be an opportunity to bring them to the truth.

Regardless, we don't hide our faith while following Jesus.

Matthews10:34-39 reads "Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.

For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.

And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.

And he that taketh not his cross, and followeth after me, is not worthy of me.

He that findeth his life shall lose it: and he that loseth his life for my sake shall find it.

    Blessings.

Greta, if need too, find a quiet place to read your Bible. The only way you are going to hear God is through his words by reading. Please read Romans through Philemon for doctrine and pray continually everyday for happiness and instructions .

May God bless you in everything you do in life. You are God's example for your family to see how a Christian lives. Keep up the faith in the Lord Jesus Christ .

Ray, in Christ Jesus 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 this gospel changes lives and is powerful
