Gi Gi Gbu but you do greatly err...Jesus himself was the multiplication of God..Thats y God Almighty instructs all the angels to worship his Son...I will make him my 1st born, My only son...Jesus was an absolute Son, God the son... Hebrews 1 : 8 but unto the Son he says Thy Throne O God is forever and ever...But Jesus has a seed to sow in humanity which is his WORD as the great Promise is Multiplication of God...Remember God swore by his very self that Christ was gonna be multiplied as the stars of Heaven, Thats y the sower has to go forth and sow his precious seed in humanity...That we might birth a baby Christ...Thats y Jesus said behold i send the PROMISE OF MY FATHER UPON YOU...Which resulted in a 3 rd person the H.G. that Child of PROMISE...Which was the multiplication of Christ/God...Being bornagain of an incorruptible Seed IS GESTATION.

.....Jesus cd not refer to the H.G. as the PROMISE if he were not the multiplication of very God....Thats y he is saying to whom the WORD HIS SEED came it made them Gods...But these things are hid from the wise and Prudent but revealed unto Babes and sucklings...His offspring It has to come by divine revelation...Thats y Jesus always refered to himself as the SON OF MAN...Mankind is gonna birth a baby Christ...As Paul said we must be Married to Christ and bring forth fruit unto God...Which is the wheat a baby Christ simply b/c the sower of that GOOD SEED is the Bridegroom...He cd not refer to himself as the Bridegroom if he didn't want to multiply himself with his seed/Word...He wants to do his Fathers will which is to multiply very God with his good seed the words the contents of that book, that he wrote with his own blood..That New Covenant....Remember Gi Gi he has to know us, that when that good seed is gonna be sown in our hearts...Thus there has to be gestation in the spritual realm...As that which is born of the spirit is spirit the H.G...Emanuel God with us. Plz note the KiNGDOM does not come till the Woman gives birth.

I still am not even closely in agreement with your narrative. It is very faulty and so in many ways. To say we become gods is not biblical and it is actually blasphemous to say that our great ineffable God creates other gods when throughout Scripture He says He alone is God and there is not other god or gods besides Himself. He is eternal, having no beginning. We began. He is all-powerful, all-knowing, everywhere present. We are not and never cannot acquire these essential characteristics of deity because these cannot be transmitted, replicated, multiplied or communicated to anyone else. These are part of what is called God's ontological essence (that which is what a being is). Any being without this essence can never acquire it to become a god.

God the Son in Jesus never had a beginning. His divinity was not made by the Father and begin to exist when He took on flesh. The human aspect of Jesus had a beginning at conception. But the divine aspect of Jesus eternally existed. He is unique in that He is the only Person to be both God and man in these two natures unified in one Person. No other being is like Him.

If you say that Jesus or the Holy Spirit is born in us by God's seed, then again, your statement denies the eternality of all three Person's of the Trinity. If you say that this seed from God makes us gods, then you are professing that there are gods that are created and therefore there are gods besides the Triune God. This is false because God is not a created Being and any created being cannot be God. This is true because God's eternal, uncreated, self-existence is the hallmark of deity, and only One God has this hallmark, the Triune God. Us and angelic beings all had a beginning and thus do not possess this defining essence that exists only and always in the Triune God.

Alex, Your theology is very off base, full of errors, and diverse from what Scripture teaches. It contradicts what God Himself has said over and over again.

Hi again Gigi , this post from you does sound to me as if you are trying to apply human concepts , in other words man made knowledge and understanding , to God . This can't be done . The only place we can learn about God and Jesus is from the Bible. Philosophy is a human invention and therefore of no consequence to God , we should also think twice before saying things regarding what God can or cannot do . He can do whatever He wants . 1st Corinthians Ch 2 V 18-31.

Thanks for sharing your view with me. I think it is good practice to test all things said against Scripture whether someone is quoting Scripture or not. Many people do rely on philosophy (I have not ever studied it, myself) when addressing spiritual matters.

Others try to "prove" their viewpoints by listing or quoting Scripture verses. Others use our God-given reason to explain spiritual ideas. Others take what they know of Scriptural teaching and express it in their own way in their own way of speaking. But, with every and any of these expressions, I believe it is always wise to test everything one hears or reads with Scripture.

I would hope that others would do that with what I post. I am not one to expect others to take my word for anything, but to see for themselves if what I say or write aligns with Scripture. This is what I do regularly in regards to what people have said in today's arena or for what has been said by those across the centuries.

I am so glad we have the Scriptures to read for ourselves these past 500-600 years. What an amazing blessing that believers before then did not have!

Hi Gigi , I often read things on here that I don't fully understand , however I don't assume that just because I can't understand it , it doesn't mean it's wrong . Maybe I am just not able to understand it yet but I hope to in the future ?

Geri GBU but you are not thinking in the Spritual Realm...Have ya neva read that we are gonna be married to God...And you know what a Marriage is its when 2 ppl are made 1...We are gonna be made 1 with God... Matthew 22 : 2 ...Jesus said the Kingdom of God is like a great King that made a marriage for his Son...Thus we will be made 1 with God...See thats not hard to understand if we are gonna be married to God then we are gonna be made 1 with God...When Jesus said the Kingdom OF GOD is gona be with in you...there is no way we cannot be made GODS if the KINGDOM OF GOD IS GONA BEWITH IN US...Remember when Jesus spat on the ground and made clay of his spittal...He made his word ( his spittal ) one with the ground...The ground being humanity...As man is of the earth earthly...and anointed the eyes of the blindman with that clay His spittal ( his words ) ...He made a marriage of his Word and the earth... John 9 : 6 kjv...When Jesus said to whom the word came ( his seed ) it made them Gods and the scripture cannot be broken...He knew he was gonna be married to humanity...Thats y John the bap. said he that has the bride is the bridegroom....John knew that Jesus was gona be marrried to humanity...MAKING THEM ONE...And Jesus is God the son.

.....Geri there are over 20 scriptures in the bible telling us of a marriage of God with humanity....As God so loved the world that he gave us his only Son...A new covenant saying I will know them ALL...From the least to the greatest...Thats everybody...And this know them All is an intimacy...he has to know us...That is gonna result in a birth of Christ in us...The Son of Man...( Mankinds fruit unto God ) As Paul said in Romans 7 : 4 We must be Married to God and bring forth unto God...We cannot tear that outta of the bible...Thus we will truly be married to God, We are gonna be made 1 with God...Thats y the prophets were so amazed saying what manner of love has the Father bestowed up us...ThaT we should be called the sons of God..GBU

Alex, I always appreciate your replies. In reading this thread, it seems that there are some who are concerned about you or that I am picking on you. You can let me know if you feel this way, too. Please know that I would never want to victimize you or anyone. I took this as an exchange of ideas, not a personal vendetta of any sort, so please accept my well wishes for you.

With that said, I think it is best to move on to another topic as we have both expressed our viewpoint fairly thoroughly in this thread. I have noticed that you did post several times on different subjects this past week. It is refreshing to hear you speak to other topics. We are just beginning to get to know one another, and will probably have more bumps along the way to maneuver with the help of the Holy Spirit. But we can still keep the love and affection of Christ between us. I extend mine to you. I hope you have a blessed night and much peace.

Thank you Alex , some of my most favourite verses in Revelation : Ch 2 V 17 , Ch 3 V 12 , Ch 11 V 15 and Ch 22 V 1-7 . These verses really help me to focus on the awesome future and take my mind off the awful present .

Gbu Grae...God sees everything...There is always a warfare between that which is born of the spirit and that which is born of the FLESH...Remember the dragon wanted to kill the woman that had given birth to the manchild that is gonna rule All nations...The Woman is humanity as the field is the world where the good seed will be sown...In mankinds hearts...Thus multiplication in the Spritual realm...That was the great Promise that Christ will be multiplied as the stars of heaven...But satan the red dragon hated the woman that had given birth to the manchild. Which is a perfect picture of multiplication in the spiritual realm...Her seed etc....impling her Children via the seed of Christ...Unless ya receive the Kingdom as a lil Child ..Which is the H.G that Child of Promise...God Almighty's great Promise of multiplication of Christ SEED...But we see certain folks that wanna kill this doctrine of multiplication...Just as certain folks wants Kill any doctrine of multiplication of God Almighty...Even tho it was God Almighty that swore by his very self that Christ was gonna be mulltiplied as the stars of heaven...The dragon hated the woman that given birth to the manchild which is the H.G. that Child of PROMISE.
