i am learning everyday that without GOD my life is in vain....God is the author and the finisher of my Faith...In that quitude of the Moment i see God..I surrender all to God..I recently moved to A bigger house that is way expensive than what i was initially paying..and i feel anxious and scared becos i may run out of Money...BUT GOD says I AM with you ..just be still Amen !....

all may fail in this world.but jesus never will.his kingdom is a eternal kingdom.

Psalm 46 gives me peace of mind. No matter the situation, God is too faithful to fail. He is reliable, trust worthy, dependable and ever true to His words. My confidence in God is renewed every time I read this Psalm.. It makes my faith unshakeable. Thank you Jesus.

This verse helped me a lot to find peace with myself, trusting and knowing Him alone as my refuge.

The Lord God is with us

I most certainly needed this verse today. I can not let things worry me, but must understand without any doubt, that God is God. He is in complete control of everything. He is who He says He is the great I am, and the Maker and Creator of the Heavens and of the Earth. God is in control of my life, so I need to be silent just stop and meditate in the goodness of the Lord. Sometimes I want to take things upon myself to handle, instead of letting God work things out for me. Instead, I must trust and believe in Jesus, who died for me, and know my Savior will work all things out to my good, if I am patient, quiet and just believe. Be still and know I am God. Amen Lord.

This is a very powerful verse. Not to be taken lightly. Stop whatever I am doing and meditate on the word of God. God will be exalted among the heathen and He will be exalted in the earth. God is God !!!!! Praise God for His unspeakable gift I cannot sufficiently tell of God 's greatness for He is above all that I can ever ask or think !!!

I was just thinking yesterday if I should make a move regarding my job, house, and the state where I live, and today I found this word like if God is telling me not to worry about any of this, to be still and to let him do his job. God bless everyone, we are so fortunate to have God on our side.

This Psalms 46 is powerful. Just saying it repetedly makes me feel confident. GOD IS MY REFUGE AND MY STRENGTH! Powerful.

in every situation we face in life,we must beleive that God is in control ,Apostle Paul said,"i can do all things through CHRIST who gives me strength"

God is great indeed he is doing wonders in my life dis chapter i really luv it coz it motivates mi spirit and strength me in situations indeed He is God and we shld surrender everything unto Him.

He(GOD) wants us to know, for He has revealed Himself throughout the scriptures that HE alone is is God and theres nothing too hard He cant do. He is the Almighty.

It should be taken literally: if you still yourself, quieten your thoughts and stop interfering and striving with effort, you will experience directly and with clarity that "I am" is God. Where before "you" struggled, in its place is experienced the will of God / the universe acting through you, if you still yourself and let it.

The verse says "IN" the earth and not on the earth. So this leads me to believe that there are spirits or evil beings in the earth of course which the heathen worship. The Bible says every knee shall bow = Romans 14:11

11 For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God.
So to me this means everyone will come to acknowledge that the Lord is God even the evil ones.

In the original text it means to give up to him, "let go" and the word know is "trust in your heart" or in turn Love God. Remember the song to know know know him is to love love love him?

indeed if God was not for us..we would have been cricified..but God in control he brought us to this world with a clear vision of our lives..I fear nothing I remain firm knowing il never ever lack..for God is with me.

Just like One of the above comment, whenever i find my Heart Trouble Psalm 46 is my weapon, it Fight Out every worry and replace it with Peace . The Lord has spoken, his words Stay forever.put your Trust in him and you will have victory.Be still and know that i am God says our Lord God. Just let him do every for you, just relax and Hold on to your faith in God.

Love this verse of scripture. This verse is very encouraging in
that God is in control. Our trust and faith is in God and Him
alone, He never fails.

whenever I find myself worrying about things that are supposed to happen or not supposed to happen the verse "be still and know that I am God" always comes to my mind matter fact I usually say it to myself just be still and know that I am God. and don't forget he loves us

to be still and allow him to ***uniciate is the best.

I love psalm 46:10 very much .it means we have to depend on God. What ever situation we find ourselves in.we should not lean on our understanding but have faith and wait on him. I am learning that everyday.

Be still and know that I am God! When the storms of life beat upon the foundation of our faith, when we experience the dark night of the soul, it is there in that dark place that we question our calling, our many efforts, and as it is the custom of our enemy, a spirit of depression will seek to draw himself next to us, it is then that we are reminded "Be still, [for we have not received a spirit of fear, but of power, of love and of a sound mind. Fear not, So shall they fear the name of the LORD from the west, and his glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the LORD shall lift up a standard against him.]and know that I am GOD!

Jesus wants us to be still, and know that He is God. I will be exalted among the heathen; I will be exalted in the earth. No matter what we face in life, Jesus is with us, and He promises never to forsake us; He said I will be with you always, until the end of the world. The nations will be in an uproar, but Jesus is going to make wars cease. The God of Jacob is our refuge. The Lord of Host is with us. So don't fear what the nations fear, for only wait and see the salvation of the Lord.

Be still and wait on him, because he has it all under control.

Verse 17, Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. Psalms 46:5, “God is in the midst of her”. This puts it in the right perspective of the Lord being the Most High. The children of Israel really believe in this, and I wonder if we really believe it. David was saying God is in the midst; He stands in the midst of us. Jesus stood upon this earth and told His disciples “I’ll never leave you nor forsake you”, truly He is in the midst of us. Jesus said “whenever two or three are gathered in my name, there I’ll be in the midst”. Church, it’s time to realize that God is in the midst of His Church. He’s here, right now, in this place. Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.

In every situation we face in life, we must have the knowledge that God is working for our freedom.
