Discuss Psalms 37 Page 6

Good Morning,I am studying the word of GOD, my daily devotion 😃

The lord sent me to psalms 37 several years back. It is a reassurance of the Lords promise to his children a check that will not bounce! a marriage that has no divorce. it truly makes me feel good to know REVENGE IS MINE SAYS THE LORD. Amen

THIS CHAPTER CALMS MY SPIRIT AND SOUL. MY GRANDMOTHER WAS A GREAT MISSIONARY AND SHE ENCOURAGED ALL OF US TO READ THE BIBLE AND ATTEND CHURCH.WHENEVER WE ARE GOING THRU A SITUATION MY FAMILY READS 37 PSALMS TO ENCOURAGE OURSELVES.IT WORKS.

I will gladly follow God, and obey Him. Despite going through so much, I feel that He has blessed my life with so much good to get through it all.

Sometimes it's hard to understand how God views any of us as good men. He looks within to the heart and sees things in us we don't see as easily if at all. Personally I feel like a wretched slime ball unworthy of God's attention let alone his love and guidance in my life. But time and time again faithfully, he proves everlasting. He is always and I mean always he is there. Not with a cruel harsh hand either. It's always with supreme love and kindness. I don't know how close anybody else is to God but I feel really close to him. It's not because of my good works either because I have much sin and shame and error. It's only because of his timeless loving mercy and grace I suppose, not really sure how anybody or any God can be so perfect but mine is. Ours is.

We must remember that “a little that a righteous man hath is better than the riches of many wicked. The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD: and he delighteth in his way. yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread.”

Blessed be the Lord so high.

"The wicked have drawn out the sword, and have bent their bow, to cast down the poor and needy, and to slay such as be of upright conversation. Their sword shall enter into their own heart, and their bows shall be broken." Love does no evil to his neighbor; love doesn't follow the multitudes to to evil; love is humble, and meek of spirit; love mourns, and hungers and thirsts after righteousness.

I bless god for this chapter when ever someone is going through I always tell them to refer to this chapter.

Love the Bible love God and Jesus

But the salvation of the righteous is of the Lord, He is their strength in the time of trouble; And the Lord shall help them and deliver them; he shall deliver them from the wicked, and save them, because they trust in Him. Amen! Thank you Jesus.

I read this entire chapter this evening and as i share day and night with many brings very precious incouragment to my soul. May GOD BLESS YOU RICHLY FOR SHARING HIS WORD AMEN

All of GODS word is true and brings joy to my heart to study day night, the verse of tbe day that is shared brings great Incouragment to my HEART MIND AND SOUL. I desire to give Thanks to the sharing of verse of the day GOD BLESS You for Ssharing from HIS word of Truth Day Inceasing.

Understanding the meaning and power of the Holy Scriptures is not for picking your favorite sentences here and there, like flowers in a field but really must be within the full context in which it is written. And while we can certainly be blessed and edified by the single verses by themselves it cannot be overstated how important it is to have the whole counsel of God in what we read. In the 37th Psalm is described our way through this world, among those who are in their innermost selves set to be enemies of Christ, and all who belong to Him and how we are to walk by faith, looking unto Him who will right all wrongs, and not forget even the smallest and least of us who love Him.

I trust in you God, I know you will get my family and me through this.

Commit thyself unto the Lord and trust him also and he will bring it to pass. Amen Father without you we are nothing on this earth. I will trust you forever Jesus help me to be born again every moment of my life. Jehova Jireh the Lord my Provider Shalom my Peace my Rock and my salvation amen

Seek the Lord and go upon all the earth and do good!

But the Meek shall inherit the earth and shall delight themselves in the abundance of Peace. Amen Jehova Shalom the Prince of Peace thank you Jesus for giving us peace all the days of my life even in the middle of my store Jehova Jireh the Lord my provider praise you Jesus and worship you alone amen

We may see a lot of wickedness in this world go unpunished, however it is not rooted. When God brings judgement, Satan and his elements will be destroyed. However, righteous individuals will be firmly rooted in the life to come. ( Psalms 37:9-11,29)

Praise the Lord Jesus he is a awesome Father and I am bless to know him and I thank him for his gift of The Holy Ghost and for drawing me to him as his child because no one can come to him unless he draw them and if we don't have his Spirit we don't belong to him Amen

Psalms is a favorite scripture I love to read, because my faith is God not man.

Heb. 13:5 - "be content with such things as ye have, for He hath said, I will never leave thee nor forsake thee." For Him to never leave or forsake us - we need to be 'His' in the first place. Acts 2:37-38. "what must we do"? and then Peter told them. Hebrews was written AFTER the church began - to already saved saints. Everything after Acts was to already saved saints in churches.

Verse 27 urges us to turn away from evil and to do good. If we do this we can live forever.

God will fight your every battle long as you seek the kingdom of God first, and know matter what your enemies do God will fight. GOD will put you through testing period as well and if you past the first you will go to the next test and their different level in God. people make sure read his word it's meat and hope in the word of God.

I understood each and every word of your comment.The same was lord speaking in my heart whenever I meditate PS 37.4.

We should find delight in serving God. He is the epitome of love and it is a pleasure and a joy to be able to have a relationship with Jehovah God.

Verse 4 had been in many of my devotions lately. I have been praying about a situation for nearly 4 yrs now and I get discouraged at times. One devotions on this talked about being content and the Lord will eventually provide what we need. So I am learning to be content while I wait.

Only people who heard the words of God and obeying his words will receive life in abundance. Without hearing his words it's impossible to please him. Thanking the blood of Jesus and praising him are more than enough. If we have Jesus in our life we have everything that we need. Just trust his will. God's ways and thoughts are higher than us. His will will be done accrding to his righteousness Amn

I read this verse over and over, sometimes when my heart is so heavy with pain and grief, reading Psalms 37 always seems to calm me. God is good all the time. Let us praise him.
