It is vital that all nations observe the rest for the land. The land needs rest just as all living things need rest. Every 7th year is to be a sabbath for the land. Look at the history of famines, the "dust bowl", for example. The abuse of land can be directly blamed for this kind of occurance. All people need to be aware of the sabbath rest for the land.
