Where basically Isaiah is the entire Bible rolled into one book, Jude is the truth about the enemy from day one and his OFFSPRING rolled into one chapter. Alot of info in a tight space that should lead man to truth where fables run rampant. It's sort of a " touch up" clarifying myths. It'll lead you on a long long study of the devil's children n how they're still around. Important today surely.

God is the only wise God : We can get the wisdom we need from Him and Him alone : He is full of majesty , dominion and power both now and forever. Can't ask for a better God beside Him : There is none else !!!

It is written, My house is the house of prayer: but ye have made it a den of thieves. Wherefore ye be witnesses unto yourselves, that ye are the children of them which killed the prophets. Will a man rob God? Yet ye have robbed me. But ye say, Wherein have we robbed thee? In tithes and offerings.

Therefore, ye shepherds, hear the word of the LORD: Thus saith the Lord GOD: Many pastors have destroyed my vineyard, they have trodden my portion under foot, they have made my pleasant portion a desolate wilderness. They are all gone aside, they are all together become filthy: there is none that doeth good, no, not one. Woe be unto the pastors that destroy and scatter the sheep of my pasture! saith the LORD.

2 Corinthians 2: 9-10. But God has revealed them to us by His Spirit.
  • Stephen F. Zielski on Jude 1 - 9 years ago
It truly is the church epistle's that were written to all of us. Are all of us on the same page in the rightly divided Word of Truth ? I think not ! Believe and do what the Word says to do and always pray in the Holy Spirit Tongues. Spiritual warfare is come and the time is truly neigh at hand when our Heavenly Abba Dad will fully restore all things through Christ our Living Lord and Savior Amen.

Strong meat is for those whose spiritual senses are exercised through enduring temptations and trials of faith. "Hard to be uttered" to babes in understanding the word of righteousness necessary to receive strength and growth in the grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ. "Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard what God has prepared for them who love him. But by his Holy Spirit he reveals the hidden manna.

I like Jude because it speaks about Enoch
  • Grace on Jude 1 - 9 years ago
such a nice epistle, i like verse 8 "Likewise also these filthy dreamers defile the flesh, despise dominion, and speak evil of dignities".that is what we have every where in the world today people defiling the flesh and speaking evil of dignities, may God continue to keep his own ,and grant us more grace as we earnestly wait for his return.

What an awesome epistle we got...Jude the brother of James both of them sons of Mary, mother of our Lord Jesus Christ.....this epistle has revealed to about the Enoch prophecies and about the what happened into Moses body...
  • Walter Rivera Santos on Jude 1 - 9 years ago
Jude, James's brother, presents a Spiritual grounded faith to hold our personal life thoughts and acts on Him.
  • Johann on Jude 1 - 9 years ago
Very deeply spiritual book, even quoting from the book of Enoch, which we dont have in the canon of the Bible. I dont always understand everything written in a book like this - you can add Revelations to it, however, in the gentlest way ever, the Holy Spirit would feed my soul with something as simple as verse 23. Ever wondered about a certain piece of clothing in your closet?
  • Lashell Thompson on Jude 1 - 9 years ago
Jude is one of my favorites especially vs22 having compassion and making a difference, snatching them out the fire, and having mercy on others with fear, hating the garment spotted by the flesh defiled by the body. Its time for the church to rise and perfect holiness and allowed the glory of Jesus Christ to shine forth in our life. Showing the love of Christ and not just talkers. Put on Christ!!
  • Wayne on Jude 1 - 9 years ago
V.24: the great thing about Jesus Christ is that He is able to keep us from falling. And to present us faultless before The Father. In all the glory of Heaven. Mockers in the last days mock scriptures such as these. They, in religion, will try to bring you down to their level. DON' T LET THEM DO IT! ABIDE IN CHRIST The Saviour. And you will not fulfill the sin of the flesh. Rejoice!!

I can see how the comparison to Babylon some of the scholars are making to the U.S. is coming to fruition. I pray that something changes to prevent this from happening. We are better people than that but we must reel in our morals and start living by them or it will be a terrible punishment by our Father.
  • J Joshua k Powell on Jude 1 - 9 years ago
Jude is a great book especially I love the last verse.

I listen to all of your comment and what I had read is very interesting. There is some truth to all of your saying but I understand we are to quick to judge. If someone make an mistake or being mislead or have lack of knowledge, do I call that person a follower of Satan? When I listen to people speak their belief and what they heard, It take me back to the time I was in elementary school. Then teacher would whisper something in one person ear and the the student would whisper the same message to each other until it reach the last student. When the last student repeat what he had heard it, the message had change and sound completely different from the original message. All I am saying we have to stop putting our trust in what people are saying, ask God is there any truth to what we had heard and to help us understand what was put before us. If we put our trust in God the father and his son Jesus Christ we should never go wrong. To be honest with you, to ease the pain of my long suffering, I give in to temptation and sin, but I always find myself going back and doing the right thing when thing get a little out of hand, and I thank God and his son that I am forgiven.

I truly have enjoyed reading Jude. So for today.

Vanna, you say don't fight, it is just a bible that teaches us how to live. Read Jude 1:3, Job 13:8, 2 Corinthians 10:5, etc. God says FIGHT, you say don't. These verses teach us how we are to in part; live in faith, walk in truth, fight the good fight. Test the spirits with God's word.
  • Lucinda Palestrant on Jude 1 - 9 years ago
Im McCall, You just described most "church." Even the ones that have one name denomination typically do not teach the true doctrine of God's Word. Even those that post on this website, and God's word is right in front of them. May the Lord show his mercy.
  • I m, McCall on Jude 1 - 9 years ago
Anyone that attends more than one religion mixture of church having different denominations if it's not the word of the son of God himself then we'll they are totally confused they need to ask the Lord for his guidance to the right path,

I love the book of Jude for the strength the laws of our Lord king Jesus
  • David young on Jude 1 - 9 years ago
I believe Jude was a man who had a great concern for the church. Not the church building but for the body of Christ.Oh,did you know that having more than one church is a sin.For example the catholic church, the baptist church, the protestant church the seventh day adventist, and so on and so on,you can't be joined to the body of Christ and be joined to the church at the same time. You will either hate
