Read Ephesians 4:32. When we truly are saved, we become a new creation in Christ. The old is passed away. We are forgiven. As Christians we are to be doers of the word. Jesus said in John 14:15, if you love me, keep my commandments.
1John 2:4
1John 4:20-21
The Lord is my Shepherd.
I am lifting you all up in prayer today. Jesus Christ is coming soon. We are living in the last of the last days, and hell is a real place of torment. Eternal. I don't want to go there and I don't want you to go there.
Matthew 10:28
Matthew 13:50
2Thessalonians 1:9
Psalms 145:20
Hebrews 10:26-31
So let Jesus work in your heart and life. No one can put Him there. You must see your need for Him and repent (stop sinning, stop hating, forgive, stop rejecting Christ) REPENT of YOUR own evil deeds, ask Jesus Christ for forgiveness.
Matthew 6:14-15
He paid for our sin with His life's blood when He was crucified on the cross. His gift of forgiveness is free. Please accept it. Repent and be baptized in water and the Holy Spirit.
HE IS COMING BACK SOON. If YOU are not ready, the Bible says you will be eternally lost. I would not wish Hell on my worst enemy. No, on the contrary. I want to spend eternity loving and worshiping Jesus Christ together with them.
( Matthew 5:44)
May the Lord richly bless you today in Christ Jesus!
Helpful tip; touch the verse addresses in red and they will open up. You won't have to look them up separately.
So, I stand corrected.
The whole of God's word is about ONE thing, THE KINGDOM OF GOD.
You could eliminate the whole New Testament and still come to the truth about THE KINGDOM OF GOD.
Paul and the other apostles can to the truth about the KINGDOM.
They had no New TESTAMENT, they came to TRUTH about the kingdom; from Moses and the PROPHETS, under the anointing of the Holy Spirit, then they penned letters and gospels, under the anointing of the Holy Spirit, that make up the New Testament.
All their writing are just second WITNESS of Moses and the Prophets, including Revelation.
Luke 16:31 ...if they hear not Moses and the Prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though one was raised from the dead.
Acts 28:23 ....to whom he expounded and testified THE KINGDOM OF GOD, persuading them concerning Jesus, both out of the law of Moses, and the Prophets, from morning till evening.
The beast of Revelation is in the Prophets, search the scriptures, don't listen to the traditions of MAN.
1 John 2:27 The anointing which you have received of him abideth IN YOU, and you need not that any man teach you; but as the anointing teacheth you ALL THINGS, and is truth, and no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.
God Bless YOU!
that we receive of him and he abides in us and we need no man teach us....But this Anointing will teach you all things....And you need no man teach you....The gift of the H.G. WILL TEACH US ALL THINGS....He is our internal pastor that will lead us into all truth....Which is the manchild ( mans fruit unto God) The H.G. the Anointing....Thats y Jesus said abide in me and i in you....That good shepherd lives in us....Which is the Anointing the H.G. that wants to be married to us....Its the book in the right hand of the father that Jesus wrote with his own blood that New Covenant in his blood that we need to focus on....We all love the bible with all our hearts but the BOOK in the right hand of the father trumps the bible the letter the lesser light....A killer....Eternal life is only in the living words of our lord....Which are living beings the Children of Promise.
2 Cor.3:6 ....He has made us able ministers of the NEW Covenant....Not of the letter But of the Spirit...For the letter killeth but the Spirit the H.G gives life....The Anointing.....Where shall we go lord thou has the words of eternal life....But we must be bornagain of his incorruptible seed (his living words ) b/f we can interface with his words of life...As our lord said these things are hid from the wise and prudent but only revealed unto babes....Not Paper and ink.
Now look at the chronological order here in 2 Thessalonians 2:7-8."For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.
"AND THEN SHALL THAT WICKED BE REVEALED", whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:
This is the Holyspirit being removed and "then" the Antichrist shall be revealed!
The Holyspirit dwells in the body of believers unlike the way He worked and moved under the old covenant.
Jeremiah 31:31-34 and
Hebrews 10:16.
Mathew 28:18-20 says something interesting that we can tie into 2 Thessalonians 2:7-8.
"And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.
Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, BAPTIZING THEM in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I AM WITH YOU ALWAY, EVEN UNTO THE END OF THE WORLD. Amen.
a) We're put into the body of believers "IDENTIFIED" With Christ.
Satan has ministers amongst us but Satan has no power over the Church!
Genesis 3:15. ( We are baptized into him that will bruise Satan's head.)
1 John 4:4. ( We have already overcome what's coming upon the world!)
Matthew 16:18. ( Gates in scripture is always used as defense. So who's on the offence and overcomes? The Church!! )
b) "I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen"
WE ARE BAPTIZED IN CHRIST AND HE WILL NEVER LEAVE US.
Unlike Judaism the Church is not looking for their Messiah. .
We have him with and in us!!
The deception performed by the Antichrist is one coming as their Messiah, and he will deceive many!!
That can't happen while the Church is in the world.
1 John 2:20-28.
Thanks Brother!
We're learning a lot from your teachings.
God bless you.
John 14:6 Jesus said unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life.
Anti means to be opposite that scripture.
A person believes his Life is himself, instead of the LIFE being GOD IN YOU.
The person believes they have FREE WILL.
If you have come to truth you understand that since God is the LIFE IN YOU, it's God's WILL being done IN YOU
There is NO SINGLE antichrist, just millions of antichrist.
1 John 2:18 ....and you have heard that antichrist shall come, even NOW are there many (millions) of antichrist
2 John 1:7 .....who confess not Jesus IS COME in the FLESH .....Christ CAME ONCE, and has already come the SECOND TIME: IN THE FLESH, you can't see him, he came like a thief in the night. The KINGDOM is not in OBSERVATION but UNDERSTANDING.
John 17:22 ....that they may be one, even as we are one ....
Because of the WORKS of the resurrection; ALL FLESH died with Christ, and ALL FLESH rose with Christ, 1 Corinthians 12:27 YOU ARE THE BODY OF CHRIST ....
BELIEVE: Christ has COME IN the flesh: YOU and I and ALL.
Colossisns 1:27 .....THIS MYSTERY .....CHRIST IN YOU .......
Isaiah 28:1 .... that he may do his work (the WORK OF HIS CROSS), his STRANGE WORK, his ACT his STRANGE ACT .....
A NEW CREATION
FEW believe this, it makes for many antichrist.
God Bless YOU!
.....The woman in Rev 12:5 has the testimony of Jesus which is the manchild the H.G. that he said wd bare witness of me....Its only the H.G. The manchild which is that spirit of truth that will rule all nations...Thats y he said these things are hid from the wise and prudent but only revealed unto babes and sucklings....which are that Israel of God the H.G (spirits) that are gonna be born in us via hearing his living words...My words are spirit and life much greater then written words...When he breathe on them he was propagating very God with his breath which was his seeds...His living words...He wants to impregnate this whole world with his precious seed Thats the only way our names can be written in the book of life...That N.C. in his blood....Whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire...Thats the book of life in the fathers right hand that wrote with his own blood....The lake of fire is God himself....As our God is a consuming fire....There wd have been no need of a N.C. in his blood if the written word cd suffice.
1 John 2:4
"He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him."
Isaiah 8:20
"To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them." and on and on. Now if you want to believe some other religion then you have the right, but do not assume you are following the gospel of christ, and then try and lead others down the same path of darkness.
If you want to learn ask me a question I will answer with the word then all debating comes to an end!!
It repeatedly from beginning to end continues to teach faith together with obedience to God's ten commandments are a prerequisite to salvation. Everyone in the Bible is judged according to their works. Not according to their faith. Romans 3:31

There is a ton of more verses that could be attached that continue to back up truth.
The main thing is you must read the Bible for yourself because ultimately you are responsible for your own salvation. Trusting what I say or what this person says is not the way to work out your own salvation.
In this letter by John to the Churches, the person who denies the divinity of God, i.e. from out of the Person of God, proceeded the Son (called, the Word of God) and the Holy Spirit, this denier has the anti-christ spirit. They are prepared to acknowledge the historical Jesus (no one can deny that), but to believe that He is the Son of God, proceeding from God ( John 3:13; John 6:38; John 17:5), but the one who has the false spirit will refuse to believe or accept this Truth.
And many false Christs have arisen over the ages, which Jesus warned us would happen ( Matthew 24:23,24). They were all men, carnal, deceived, & now dead. Not one, nor any other in the future, can ever come close to the Jesus we read of in the Bible & if you are a Christian, to know this Jesus deep within your heart & life, by the ministry of the Holy Spirit. So, please read of the true Jesus in the Gospels & learn all you can about Him - you will find that none can ever compare to Him - none will ever love us so much as to willingly lay down His Life for us, so that we can receive salvation from our sin's penalty. All others, whether coming as a Jesus or as a Messiah of men, are all false, & can never express God's Image & Glory as the Lord Jesus Who died for us & was raised to Heaven.
are the real spirits of truth words of life .etc...Jimbob if the bible the written word cd have atoned for the sins of the world then Jesus shed his blood in vain and the cross was just foolishness.
Its only the spirit as Jesus said that which is born of the spirit tis spirit is the real words of life the H.G a living being....A living being that has to be born in us...via his seed his words...The H.G. That Child of PROMISE.Our new birth is in the spiritual realm.
We refer to the H.G the spirit of truth as a him not an it...He is our 1st born our only son as Zech 12.10 says..When we are bornagain of his incorruptible seed.
And in 1st John 2:27 The Anointing which you have received of him is the H.G. will teach you all things..You need no man teach you
Under the New Covenant we have an internal pastor/teacher which is the H.G....God That Child of Promise....The Anointing
But Jimbob ISRAEL was sola scriptura...The bible only....But there in no liife in written words....Israel stoned every prophets that God sent them and rejected the Christ...Which of the prophets have not your fathers stoned Jesus asked....Written words cannot atone for the sins of
the world....Or change mans adamic nature....David comes to mind...But Jimbob you are right the comforter will teach us all things
But what folks don't understand is this comforter has to be born in us....Thats y Jesus is saying that which is born of the spirit is spirit which is the H.G. That Child of Promise..Thats y he cannot speak of himself he is just a spritual infant.our new Born.
..
not an it...Jesus words are living beings (Gods)...To whom Jesus word came His seeds his breath they were impregnated by his
seeds and they birth Spirits as God the H.G. is spiri

Yes, I'm concerned that they might turn them away from the site, or stand in the way of truth and impact their growth.
Especially kids and young adults.
But of someone of age you might see clarity of scripture performed right before your eyes.
However when you look at those verses along with others like
1 Corinthians 11:19 "For there must be also heresies among you, THAT THEY WHICH ARE APPROVED MAY BE MADE MANIFEST AMONG YOU.
And.
1 John 2:19 "They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would no doubt have continued with us: but they went out, THAT THEY MIGHT BE MADE MANIFEST THAT THEY WERE NOT ALL OF US."
If i interpret those right, you must come to the conclusion that God is in control and there won't be no excuses.
That wide gate seems to have a lot of appeal to some.
These decievers and those that follow them is all a part of God's sifting program.
Am I interpreting this right?
I'm really not sure.
Thank you and others for all your
help. God bless.
If you didn't understand the comments I made the first time, they is no need to comment farther.
Yes, Christ is coming back to this earth, and he is coming in the clouds of heaven, but not the way you have been taught by the traditions of man, It's a parable.
Search the scriptures, the answer is not in one chapter of one book.
1 John 2:27 But the anointing which is IN YOU will teach you all things, and you need not that any man teach you ...
Isaiah 28:11 For with stammering lips, and another tongue will he speak to his people.
The last day of THIS AGE, the feast of the passover, has been going on now for 2000 years, when it is complete will go to the NEXT AGE.
You have to understand the OLD, it was THE SHADOW of the NEW.
Hebrews 10:1 For the law having a shadow of good things to come .....
God Bless YOU!
We are called to not imitate the world, but Christ. So, just as the Israelites were not to imitate the ungodly practices of the surrounding nations, we are not to imitate the practices of the world that are ungodly, also. I don't think we need to live a "separatist's" lifestyle like some sects do, but we should, in our dress and conduct stand out as godly people who fear and honor God in all we do. We are to love not the world and the lusts of it, but to love what God has determined to be good and decent, setting ourselves apart as holy unto the Lord, as the Israelites were set apart for God and His purposes.
John 8:23; Romans 12:2; 1 John 2:15
Ronald, I hope you are doing well. Hope to hear from you more often.
Excellent style of reading & variations in voice making the Bible seen to come alive! Almost as if you were there when U close your eyes. !!!
Isaiah 55, = John 6, Matthew 6, Luke 16:13,
Please prayerfully consider these scriptures,
Hopefully this is also helpful
But with the New Covenant ( by his blood ) there is also a Child involved...Which is the H.G. that Child of Promise...Thats y Jesus is saying that which is Born of the Spirit is Spirit...Thats y John said,..little Children your sins are forgiven for his Name sake...1st John 2:12..Which is the Israel of God... Spirits...The H.G. Comes in his Name thus no SIN IS IMPUTED.
When Jesus said its FINISHED...When he was on the Cross he was initiating a New Covenant in his blood...Thus there is absolutely no more works we can do...He did it all...Under the old covenant we cd do works ( the law )...But there is no more works under this New Covenant...All of our sins are forgiven for his Name Sake the H.G. the Child of Promise...Remember the H.G. that Child of Promise comes in his name...The Father will send the H.G. in my name impling he is the father of the H.G. and the H.G. will regenerate himself in humanity after the book is opened...Thats when the woman gets Pregnant after the Book is opened...Thus there is gonna be an Israel of God...What Abraham did on the Earth via Faith is gonna be done in heaven and earth via the seed of Christ Jesus...The contents of that Book he wrote with his own blood..
But now under this New Covenant we birth a baby Christ via Jesus seed his words...Thats y there is no sin imputed simply b/c of the Children of Promise the H.G. which is his name sake ... John 1 :13...Which were born NOT by the will of blood nor of the will of man nor of flesh, but only by the will of God...These are the Children of PROMISE...The H.G...Thus there is no sin imputed to them that are bornagain.
The portion is in 2 Timothy 2:17-19: "And their word will eat as doth a canker: of whom is Hymenaeus and Philetus; Who concerning the truth have erred, saying that the resurrection is past already; and overthrow the faith of some. Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, Let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity."
These two named persons could be representative of those who have 'departed from the faith': in this case, they not only taught incorrectly but continued to do so, causing many to err from the Truth & even have their faith compromised. And of course, there will be others, having believed & followed the Lord, but have been persuaded & led away by the prince of this World, preferring the world's offerings more than the sacrificial Love of God & His Son (1 John 2:15).
But "the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal...". As the old hymn goes: 'the Church's one foundation is Jesus Christ her Lord..." seen also in 1 Corinthians 3:11; and we learn from 2 Timothy 2:19 that not only is Christ's Church firmly established according to God's great Plan, but those who are the Church (sealed by God's Spirit) are truly His - 'AND THE LORD KNOWS THEM THAT ARE HIS'. Every message from the NT writers to the believers (those who 'name the Name of Christ'), that they were to be living carefully & depart from all iniquity. The Apostle Peter says it well in 2 Peter 1:8-11: "...give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall...".
We can never judge another's salvation. but we can encourage all to pursue holiness & leave the rest to the Lord.
Verses 3 through 8 precede verse 9 which was quoted in the New Testament ( John 2:17) when Jesus overturned the moneychangers tables (done at least one more time at the end of His ministry). They all could be prophetic about Christ as well; except for verse 5 talking of David's foolishness and sin; as well as the end of verse 4 where he was sid to "restore that which was not taken away" which would seem to indicate he had to give compensation to those accusing him of stealing stuff that he never took from them.
Verses 10 through 12 involving sackcloth and fasting also would apply to David alone (Christ's fasting wasn't for any sins of his own but as an example of how to be more fully empowered with the Spirit to cast out particular demons ( Matt. 17:21). When we go further from verses 13 through 19 once again the themes of mire and deep waters are mentioned; and these passages once again are rather interchangeable between David and Christ's trials.
Verses 20-22 once again are clearly prophetic; Christ's heart literally was boken (v. 20); verse 21 is quoted in Matt. 27:33-34; and verse 22 through 28 are likely describing Judas Iscariot as seen more clearly in Psalm 109 and several other passages. I would say that verse 28 is describing the book of ALL living souls; not the Book of Life. Finally; verse 29 also ties in with Psalm 109 in describing Christ at the crucifixion.
The rest of this Psalm gives hopefulness with again a Millennial type Kingdom to come. Sacrifice isn't needed of animals (v. 31) but I suspect it is a ceremonial and memorial thing.
Prisoners will be released (v. 33); and the land will have it's covenant borders and the world blessed (v. 34-end). The Lord will be praised throughout the earth. Amen.
In reference to 1 John 1:8-10: one aspect of gnostic teaching was that God was not entirely perfect (pure); that both good & evil existed within Him. Not only is this belief reprehensible, it also led to diminishing any sin (even the principle of sin) as of no consequence, since God remains unconcerned about it. But John stated that "God is light, and in him is no darkness at all" ( 1 John 1:5): God is altogether holy/pure - no darkness or evil can be found in Him. Therefore, if it be said that "we have no sin (i.e. the principle of the existing sin nature in us), we are simply deceiving ourselves". We ought not to believe those false teachers who deny this & by extension, "that we have not sinned (i.e. experientially)" (v10). But John is reminding them that we are sinners by nature & performance, but if we recognize sin for what it is & come to God in confession of it, 'he is faithful and just to forgive us & cleanse us entirely' (v9).
Even another striking false teaching is found in 1 John 4:2,3: the denial of the deity of Christ as the gnostic (docetic) teaching was that deity could never unite with anything material. Their claim that this Jesus was just a man endowed with a special anointing; or another teaching: He didn't have a body & was just a spirit, hence He could not die on the Cross; and probably many others beliefs that would take away from the demonstration of God's Love in the sacrifice of His Son.
Amazing what GOD reveals to us when we're receptive
As Jesus told Peter Flesh and blood has not revealed it unto you..but my Father in heaven...It cannot be learned via our carnal minds...or any Church Pastor...Its gotta be our internal Pastor the H.G...Thats y God gives us the gift of the H.G. TO LEAD US INTO ALL TRUTH....Even ISAIAH 11:6 ...Tells us a little Child is gonna lead them...Which is the Child of PROMISE the H.G.
..... John 16:13 When he the spirit of truth is come he will lead you into all truth...He will not speak of himself simply b/c he has to be born in US.. he is just an infant and infants cannot speak for a season...Unless you receive the Kingdom of God as a lil Child a heavenly Birth....As Jesus said that which is born of the Spirit is Spirit which is the H.G. THE SPIRIT OF TRUTH...K Leme go
.....There are over 2000 different kinds Churches and on every corner and none of them teach the same thing simply b/c they don't have the H.G. TO TEACH THEM...The anointing... Their God is Sports and the dollar...Gain is godliness etc and money is ministry...from such turn away...Bro Paul...Remember Peter said silver and gold havei none but such as i have give i to thee.
I understand what you are saying and agree. The invitation goes out to the whole world as mentioned in 1 John 2:2 "And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world. The thing is many will not come, many will travel the wide gate as mentioned in Mathews 7:13. "Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: "MANY WILL BE DECEIVED"
God knows who will come to him being he is omniscient; he is all-knowing in the sense that he is aware of the past present and future as he stands outside of time looking in.
I believe you see an example of this in Numbers 16:5 "And he spake unto Korah and unto all his company, saying, even to morrow the LORD will shew who are his, and who is holy; and will cause him to come near unto him: even him whom he hath chosen will he cause to come near unto him.
"The knowing comes before the choosing"
WHEN IT COMES TO BACKSLIDING.
We can look at the prodigal son in Luke 15:11-32 and those described as the dogs and pigs in 2 Peter 2:9-22.
The prodigal son and the pigs went back home!
THE PRODIGAL SON BACK TO HIS FATHERS HOUSE, and the dog is turned to his own vomit again; and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire.
The son went the way of the world but he never lost his sonship, a lost child of God will always be found by the great shepherd!
He will return or he NEVER was a child of God.
Those described in 2 Peter 2:9-22 returned back to the world because they never were sheep.
You can "profess" Christ and go through all the motions and great deeds all your life and never have Christ and be told depart from me I never knew you. Mathews 7:21-23.
God bless.
John 5:30, John 10:17, John 14:23, John 16:27,
Deuteronomy 4:2, Revelation 22:18,19, 1John 2:26,27, Colossians 2:8,
Hopefully helpful
In these passages Scripture speaks of God not changing His mind or changing.
Numbers 23:19 1Sam. 15:29. Ps. 110:4 Mal. 3:6
In these passages Scripture speaks of God's knowledge of man's hearts, thoughts, actions, and history.
Mt. 12:25 John 2:24 1 Kings 8:39 Ps. 139:1 Ps. 94;!0 Is. 40:14 Is.46:10 1 Sam. 2:3 Mt. 6:8 Lk. 16:13
I firmly believe that Scripture states unequivocally that God is the same, today, yesterday, and forever (Heb, 13:8; 1:12; Ps. 102:27). This means that He never changes in any way. Scripture also says that He has all wisdom and knowledge that is to be known. I believe that God is omniscient (all-knowing) without every gaining knowledge or forgetting anything. If he could gain or lose knowledge, then this would indicate a change in Him, but the Scriptures say that He never changes.
When the Scriptures elsewhere speak of God repenting, they are talking about His grieving in real time (from man's perspective). But in eternity, God always has known of how wicked mankind would become and that He always will be grieved by it. The Scriptures do not say that God is surprised by any situation, decision, nor actions of mankind. We, in our limitedness and fallenness can speculate that He must be taken by surprise because we would be.
Hammer, I am glad that you responded to me. I have given you my response and I know that my belief aligns with Scripture and the consistent teaching of the church over the centuries. You are free to think your own way, but I always try to remember when something in Scriptures perplexes me that "there is a way that seems right to a man ( Pr. 14:12) but its end is the way of death." So, therefore, I study to know the God and His nature more thoroughly so that I can hold my perplexing thoughts up to what I know is true of God.
1 John 2:17 makes it clear that the world is fading away and the lusts thereof. Zephaniah 1:18 also makes obvious that all attempts to save us in the day of wrath; i.e. Tribulation will not save a person; whether spiritually or physically. James 5:3 warns about hoarding such things in the last days.
In all of today's answers; Satan is more than content to distract us from the fact that our greatest enemy is ourselves. As a society there is always an accelerated need for a new "fix" whether it be the latest catchy tune; the next financial gain; the next big social gig; the next high or buzz etc. We have all sold out to the lowest common denominator to accomplish our goals. There are plenty of characteristics in 2 Timothy of the times we are living in; and other Bible verses on the bad fruit we see today.
Imagine how much worse things would be without modern medical breakthroughs for life expectancy today in this self destructive society. We seem to have numbed ourselves to the hopeless state of the unregenerate souls today and are caught up in endless ways to make this life more comfortable. As believers discernment is sorely deficient to the messages either conscious or unconscious that are being pushed into our brains each day. Somehow we feel that everyone just needs to hear how much God loves them and that God is not "angry" with us or going to judge us when scriptures tell the opposite. He is angry with the wicked every day. Psalm 7:11 makes it clear that God judges the righteous; and is angry with the wicked EVERY DAY. God may chastise the believer and judge at the Bema seat rather than the Great White Throne Judgment but there are rewards to lose as Christians if we are not careful ( Rev. 3:11). This inoffensive Gospel of cheap grace rather than a pearl of great cost ( Matt. 13:45-46) is in reality more dangerous than no Gospel at all if we try to dumb down His righteousness and Word to create a more "acceptable" view.
