Larrion King, Deut.7:6-8 - The O.T. was a different dispensation. Abraham was righteous before God, he was the start of God's chosen people. Abram was a Gentile before God changed his name. So this shows that any Gentile who walked in FAITH with God was saved back then. If you will notice - God gave ALL the evil nations around the Israelites time to 'change', before destroying them.

Satan deceiveth the whole world but the heavenly Father giveth truth by His Spirit through His Son. Israel is a people, not a spot on a map. Deuteronomy 32:5 They have corrupted themselves, their spot is not the spot of his children: they are a perverse and crooked generation.
  • Larrion King on Deuteronomy 7 - 9 years ago
In Deutonomy 7:6-8 The everlasting love of God he had for Israel only. For thou art an holy people (Israel) unto the LORD thy God: the LORD thy God hath chosen thee (Israel) to be a special people (Israel) unto himself above all people that are upon the face of the earth. God love the children of Israel and no other people on the face of the earth. This is God word?

Jean 's comment Way to bring race into something that doesn 't require it. You have at least TWO issues with your post. Firstly, no where in the book I am reading does it mention skin color. Nice to see racism still alive and well in the World. And secondly "All the nations cast out in verse 1 were Black Gentile people. " An outright lie. considering that just a few chapters ago, it stated bluntly, that the Israelites not Hebrews, ISRAELITES KILLED EVERY SINGLE PERSON FROM AMONGST THOSE GOD COMMANDED THEM TO KILL. Done with ignorance, and stupidity, and people perverting the Word of God to suit their own ends. When you stand before the Lord, and he asks you why you would do such a thing, I wonder what your answer will be?

Whenever I am ill I 'll ask God to take away the illnesses and also prevents another sickness from attacking me. And He will do it because He is faithful.

  • Jen on Deuteronomy 7 - 11 years ago
God is not speaking of race literally we have to remember that the bible is a spiritual book to be revealed to us by the Spirit of God We are to worship God in spirit only it is a spiritual journey God wants us to hear His voice the word that He would give to us as we look to Him in our daily lives If we are looking to Him in our everyday lives endeavouring to hear His voice seeking Him out i e going after Him in prayer crying out to Him in whatever situation we are in He will be our saviour in that situation He is faithful to those who are faithful What an awesome beautiful loving kind generous bountiful God we have

All the nations cast out in verse 1 were Black Gentile people. There is no such people as Aryan Christians = Israelites. The true Hebrew Israelites today are still Black people scattered around the four corners of the world. Negroes in America are from the tribe of Judah and are Hebrew Israelites. Because of our disobedience and Idolatry, the 12 tribes of Jacob were scattered, cast into slavery, and have lost complete knowledge of ourselves. But in the last days (which we are now living) the great I AM will bring us back into the fold, and reveal to the world who His chosen people have always been. Aryan is a member or descendant of the prehistoric people who spoke Indo-European. They are are non-Jewish Caucasian, especially of Nordic stock. Yet we are all God's children both Jews and Gentiles, because of the birth, death, and resurrection of Yahshuah (Jesus).

i like it i use it one my face book an share it
  • Sonya on Deuteronomy 7 - 11 years ago
I believe that God loves everyone. Everything comes from God. We as humans see race/color. God only sees the sin. So we should be able to mix race because at the end of the day God is still God and we r still disobedience people
  • Topaz on Deuteronomy 7 - 11 years ago

  • Atossa on Deuteronomy 7 - 11 years ago
    .

God said when He gives His People
    [Aryan Christians = Israelites]
    territory for their possession, they
are to remove all the non-Israelites
    [ie, non-white and pagan population.]

God told Israel never to race-mix.

    Race-mixing destroys communion with God.
When Israel's [Aryan Christian] genetic code
is altered from the original God created, the
people rebel against God, embrace evil and
    become pagan.

There is no cure for race-mixing... only destruction.

That is why God chose Noah and his family
and destroyed the rest... because Noah was
    "perfect in his generations."

very powerful word from the almighty God
  • Maddox on Deuteronomy 7 - 12 years ago
God's word and promise's are for everyone, it doesn’t matter what color you love, they have no color.
  • Clint on Deuteronomy 7 - 12 years ago
    @Leevon,
God told Israel to destroy those other nations because they were wholly given to idolatry. Israel is a chosen people but so are we, the gentiles are a group that can have God’s promises too! We should stop dwelling on race or color and start dwelling with God! And we’ll be better Christians.
  • John on Deuteronomy 7 - 12 years ago
    Leevon,
It seems to me that you put a lot of importance on a person's race/color, which is racism.
    A soul has no color.
  • Dean on Deuteronomy 7 - 12 years ago
I believe the purpose of the command was to remove all temptation from the Hebrews. We know in history that the Hebrews did not follow the command. So, can we ask the question - Could the problems in the Middle East today have been avoided had the Hebrews obeyed God and killed every living thing in Cannan back in the day?
