God is not speaking of race literally we have to remember that the bible is a spiritual book to be revealed to us by the Spirit of God We are to worship God in spirit only it is a spiritual journey God wants us to hear His voice the word that He would give to us as we look to Him in our daily lives If we are looking to Him in our everyday lives endeavouring to hear His voice seeking Him out i e going after Him in prayer crying out to Him in whatever situation we are in He will be our saviour in that situation He is faithful to those who are faithful What an awesome beautiful loving kind generous bountiful God we have
