You are so far out there that one can hardly reply without being so frustrated at your total lack of God's Word which is only foolishness to those who are parishing. You can hold fast to your belief, but your belief will lead you to complete separation from God once you have chosen to ignore his free gift of salvation. I certainly hope you don't think God has a set of scales that say that you were more good than bad, because there is nothing on this earth you can do to earn your way to heaven. Marriage is a situation that Christians should think about. But here is my take on your question. It goes deeper than the pastor's responsibility, and I can't answer for the pastor, but to say that this depends on true belief in the individual.
If someone is not serving God in their heart, their oath to serve God through their marriage might be insincere and then divorce by being corrupt and weak.
But if the sinner should divorce, then gain a new life in Christ and love again, he or she can make an oath of marriage that is bond up in God due to the conviction in the heart.
That is how I believe that marriages are blessed and how God holds the individuals accountable.

How great is the Lord that he attends to our needs. This chapter is such a vivid demonstration of the people's man and savior in action. Simple and beautiful, who can miss it!

This is a Book that should be read by the new convert as well as the oldest saint. It still guides, applies and serves as a reminder in evry stage of the Christian walk. God is so, so good - who wouldn't want to serve Him!!?

Only recognize that God has blessed you and that know achievements have given you this honor. It was God who allowed you to be honored. So give back the honor to God. God is where all blessings flow. Paul's exhortation is very much timely until now... There are many gospels introduced by false teachers who claim to be credible and God-sent gospel. But Paul was clear enough in telling us in verse 8 that "...though we (Paul and other apostles), or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed." Indeed, there is no other TRUE GOSPEL that ever existed on the face of the Earth than the gospel of the LIFE OF JESUS CHRIST- the Lord and Savior of my life.
