......When Jesus breathe on his disciples he was propagating very God the H.G.....Thats y he said to whom the word came it made them Gods....And that which is born of the spirit is spirit as the H.G. IS SPIRIT.
There is noway God tells you something different that what He has told you in His Gospel, noway. In Revelation the pastor of the church of Ephesus was told good words by the Lord because he tested people that said they were apostles and he found that they were liars. How did he find that? He compared their teachings (and their behaviours) to the written Word. The Gospel is our ruler, we use it to see if something is right or wrong.
So there is no way that God approved smb to become a pastor, say without him being married, as long as his written Word says the opposite.
Visions, prophesies, revelations and so on outside God's Word are always fake.

When we come out of it, as the children of Israel did come out of Egypt, we will be numerous and "spiritually" wealthy in then LORD JESUS CHRIST. I am encouraged to watch my LORD work on our behalf, as we carry out HIS commission. Matthew 28: 18-20; John 15:7,8; 1 John 5:14
May our leaders find mercy, grace and faith in GOD'S salvation and lean on HIS wisdom and direction. Proverbs 3: 3-13
Let us stand together in CHRIST our LORD and pray diligently for the peace of Jerusalem as well our own nation. Ps 122:6; 1 Timothy 2:1-4
GOD to shine HIS face on all who worship and praise HIS Holy Name.

I guess you mean something else when you say that God is a divorcee.
Before going to our topic of discussion let's see if divorce is allowed according to the Gospel, and if yes in which cases.
Matthew 5:31-32.
Here it says that the only reason divorce is allowed is due adultery, not for any other reason. If the pair separates for any other reason and gets married again to smb else then in God's eyes this is adultery. God does not accept the separation, for Him the pair are still married together nomatter what churches do.
Next question. I was divorced because my wife went with another guy, can I marry now to another woman?
Answer. 1 Corinthians 7:10-11. Verse 11 says that if a woman is divorced (permitted only due to adultery) then she must stay unmarried or go back to her husband. Same with men. No remarriage is allowed by the Lord even if the separation was legal by the Gospel.
There is only one case that remarriage can be accepted. Romans 7:1-3. Here it says only in the case that one of the pair dies the other person if free to marry again.
So lets go back to what we were discussing.
1. About children
The verses in Titus are clear. A believer can only be elder if his children are in faith. Do you believe that this can change after he has become an elder for sometime and now can remain an elder even if his children are gone away? So different things are required when one is to become an elder and when he has already became one? It doesn't seem right to me.
Deacons. Elders are selected from the body of deacons, that is why the requirements for both elders and deacons are precisely the same. 1 Timothy 3:1-13
Pastors. They are selected from the body of elders. Same requirements.
2. Wifes. The text says " husband of one wife". So it must be "one" and "a wife".
Definitely he must have (not had) a wife, not divorced, not a widower.
One wife means that he cannot keep his ministry if his wife has died or gone away from the house (or has left the faith).

An experience I have had on more than one occasion! The joy of knowing that their is someone close by to receive me, touching and caring in such a heavenly way. Nurses truly are angels. I love them so much!
The present state we are in , is the life we live. Soon , however, this reality will be swallowed up, we shall be awoken soon, unto the voice of His nurses, the{angels} who are waiting to receive us!
Bearing in mind these things that are written, that we have been redeemed, sanctified, justified, and glorified, through the life and death of our Savior. It is His voice that will lead us to the recovery room, the place where the angels are waiting to wake us from this reality. My friends the time is closer than you think! The time to pray is now! Hear His voice as He says come unto me, cast all your care upon Him! He is the Savior of the WORLD! The Christ, the resurrected one!
Repent and be Baptized
The true believers walk in the Spirit of God. We are in the Kingdom of God here on earth. When we study the WORD, we use 2 Timothy 2:15 to rightly divide the word of truth. We do not put in vain what Jesus did in the cross. We are sealed and we are going to heaven. While on the flesh we try not to sin to please God. But we are still in the flesh we will still sin if you let your flesh overcome the spirit that is in you. We die daily, but we are saved. God has spoken to people in divers manner in past times to the Jews and Prophets Hebrews 1:1. The book of James has a physical messages for the Jews and spiritual messages for the Gentiles. Salvation is sealing yourself to God. After you are sealed you do the work God the Spirit tells you to do. It is not you who is doing the good work. It is God in you that does all the good work Otherwise if you are the one who is doing the good work you just put yourself in vanity and that is what I called do gooders. Do gooders do good work to please men.unlike true believers do good work because God the Spirit help them to do good work to please God and Glorify God. God completed everything when He died on the cross and we do not put that act of grace in vain. The people who are saved have faith in God. Their faith do not need work because Jesus did it all. No true believer in the blood can claim and pat themselves in the back and say Lord I did good work on earth so I deserve to go to heaven. True believer says Lord I am a sinner and I thank God He sent His only begotten son to die for me instead of me going to hell. Your grace o Lord is sufficient to save me from this evil world. I confess I sin against your Holy name I am so sorry. With the help of the Holy Spirit I will listen to do your will and not my will to be holy until you come and meet you in the cloud to heaven. While we are in the body we always remember 2 Corinthians 5:1-21 andallversesinthebiblethatappliesincurrentsituation
Anyway, we aren't supposed to adopt ANY religious or spiritual practices that aren't originating from GOD. Catholicism and OBVIOUSLY witchcraft and wizardry, and sadly, yoga, all are things that lead humans to spiritual detriment (unclean and familiar spirits, Satan--the Devil, aka Lucifer, as such), and eternal damnation if we are to believe the Holy Bible scripture, and the testimonies of brothers and sisters whom the LORD brought out of those things.
I can remember that story on the local news, and the local news had the story on their website as we. So I saw that in the comment section. It's possible thatvI've seen it on social media, but I can't recall for certain.
I noticed years ago, so seeing it again, it again, seemed strange to me. I commented because the prayer request moved my spirit in a way, so I wanted to make mention of it.
I noticed years back, when GOD started to be lower-cased, yet other proper or pronouns weren't. That's one if His names. Names are uppercased in English (pronouns, I think, but I can't recollect gir sure). Anyway, much later, I started seeing Christian commentary lowercasing GOD's name. There are many false gods, but only one GOD.
In those same Christian commentaries, the writers would capitalize other names...of humans.
The Internet is used, at times, to bring about bad change. In some religions, there may be prayer sent TO people, rather than a god. I am not sure, but I DO know of some having the belief of sending thoughts "To" people. Notice how people say we send our thoughts and prayers or our thoughts and our prayers are with.... Sounds innocuous, but it goes into heathenistic beliefs--"sending good thoughts TO a person. Some brothers and sisters were mislead into combining Catholicism with heathen religions, by the nuns who went to spread Catholicism. Many brothers and sisters here & in other beautiful countries therefore combine these things--and think it's fine. Others maybe wolves in sheep's clothing trying to INTENTIONALLY create a spiritual stumbling block for the brethren. Either way, I would not have you (all) to be ignorant, as so much subversion is done rather subtly.
I don't know circumstance's, but for what it's worth,
God is a divorcee,,, I find nothing in Titus 1 disqualifying one of their leadership...
1 Timothy 3:4 Is about subjecting one's children to honesty.
5 is in regard to discipline within one's house, does not pertain to controlling kids outside.
12 The deacons, which are the helpers of the Bishop, not hindrance, Let the deacons be the husbands of one wife; widower's, and divorcees, are still one or none.
Jeremiah 3:8 God is a divorcee, and if God is a divorcee and cannot serve as a leader ? don't buy it
Romans 11 God's gifts are given without repentance,,, if God gives one the gift of leadership, it's given without repentance.
for what it's worth;
I think I know what this is about, I get it : You initially related the individual to believer, and Christian which would make them not individual after all, only individual to your congregation, otherwise you have used non-believers, which changes the perspective.
Many times if you're not careful A church can pass over a very well qualified individual to serve as an Elder or a Bishop, simply because they do not understand God's Word. Luke!
JESUS SAID IF A MAN LOVE ME AND KEEP MY WORD WE WILL COME UNTO HIM AND MAKE OUR ABIDING PLACES BESIDE HIM
I will reverse your question and ask you that. Are you implying that the Spirit gives His spiritual gifts and annoints ministers outside the church, to also work outside the church? What for? To teach on the streets to the world? (And then what? What are they supposed to ask new believers to do? To go to a church or stay alone? Or leave it to people to decide?) The people who teach on the streets are evangelists and apostles and still they belong to a congregation, they are not astray, they have a basis where they belong and where they start their work from. And their purpose is to make people believe in Jesus and integrate them in the Body of Christ, the Church. Have you seen in the Book of Acts, christians stay and work as individuals? Has Paul suggested that to anybody? Wherever he went he established churches and his letters were directed to churches
I understand that the problem nowadays is that that there isn't a unique church (as an oganization) as in the early times. There are many, having all sort of differnet beliefs. But still I think one can find a church that is very close to what they consider is a right church and avoid the "strange" ones. I think we must integrate ourselves in a congregation, not only for the teaching but for the support and communion as well. If that is not practically possible, then OK. We could find other ways to "be" in the church. Example, my church (also others) has a radio station and broadcasts 24 hours a day, teachings and hymns. On the internet as well. We often meet on zoom to teach, talk, pray together. Those are very useful for elderly who cannot go to the congregation. That zoom thing started due to covid but still many believers keep communicating that way. We can surly find a way to be with other christians. like say this site. But the problem with this site is that there are different beliefs that often confuse people especially new christians. And it is not a church. But still it is very helpful.

I thought I saw a post of yours to me a few hours ago but I cannot find it now(?)
Anyway you asked why a church servant has to resign if a member of his family leaves the faith. Is he responsible for that?
Let's see what are the requirements for somebody to become an elder or a deacon (also a pastor since a pastor is selected from the body of elders).
Titus 1:5-9 "For this cause left I thee in Crete, that thou shouldest set in order the things that are wanting, and ordain ELDERS in every city, as I had appointed thee:If any be blameless, the husband of one wife, HAVING FAITHFUL CHILDREN not accused of riot or unruly. For a BISHOP must be blameless, as the steward of God; not selfwilled, not soon angry, not given to wine, no striker, not given to filthy lucre; But a lover of hospitality, a lover of good men, sober, just, holy, temperate; Holding fast the faithful word as he hath been taught, that he may be able by sound doctrine both to exhort and to convince the gainsayers."
As we see an elder is also called bishop in the early church.
Also in 1 Timothy 3:1-7. Pay attention to verses 4-5 "One that ruleth well his own house, having his children in subjection with all gravity; For if a man know not how to rule his own house, how shall he take care of the church of God?"
For deacons 1 Timothy 8-13. Verse 12 "Let the deacons be the husbands of one wife, ruling their children and their own houses well."
We see that God places on elders and deacons the responsibility for the faith and the right governing of their house.
Another requirement is that they have to be husband of one wife. That means that if their wifes die they have to resign since they can not keep their ministry if they get married again.
The procedure in my church in such cases is that if our children for any reason leave the faith we wait for sometime (not specified) to return. But if after a reasonable amount of time they don't, then the church servants have to quit their ministry.

It is written how Women do, have, and will prophesy in the end times.
"mighty God" = Jesus as a baby is called God.
Titus 2:13-14 "Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ; Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works."
"God and our Savior Jesus Christ"
Isaiah 7:14 - Jesus is called Immanuel which means "God with us"
1 Timothy 3:16 "And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory."
"God was manifest in the flesh" = this is Jesus, who was manifest in the flesh. John 1:14
Revelation 19:13-16
"his name is called The Word of God" = Jesus.
"and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God." = Jesus
"And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS." = Jesus
John 1:1 clearly says the "Word was God."
"Lord" also means deity or God.
"But Jesus prayed to God so how can He be God?"
Because the Bible says He is. Jesus has always been Jn 1:2 and relegated Himself to become a temporary man in the flesh prayed to God the Father. Just because He prayed as a temporary man does not automatically mean He wasn't God, the Son. 1 John 5:7
Philippians 2:9-11
"Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name:
That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;
And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father."

Dear Heavenly Father, we lift up Carleton as he undergoes surgery to repair damage to his eye today. Guide the hands of the surgeons and bring about a successful result, restoring Carleton's eye to better function and allowing this eye to see clearly again. Give Carleton a quick and effective recovery from surgery. Keep him safe through this procedure and we ask for the best outcome for his sight. LORD GOD, we know that You can restore sight to the blind, so by faith, we trust that Your will for Carleton is perfect as You answer this prayer we offer in Jesus' name. Amen.
