Essentially, Jesus was born to save mankind from sin and the wrath of God justly allotted to mankind for its sinfulness.

This salvation include many things. I will state what He saves us from: our sin (forgiveness of sin), death and the grave (victory by resurrection of the body), the wrath of God (Jesus took all of God's wrath for us on the cross), the evil one (Satan defeated by the death and resurrection of Jesus) and hell (eternal death). Now I will state what salvation saves us to: regeneration (made spiritually alive to God by the Holy Spirit), given a new nature born of the Spirit; we become adopted sons of God; we receive eternal life (instead of eternal death); are given power through God's grace to say no to what is sinful and yes to what is right; but most of all, we are come to truly know God through Jesus Christ in an endless relationship with Him.

God, in His , determined that the Son of God would become the Son of Man (to be human in every way but sin) so, conception is the beginning of a human life, and birth introduces this new life to the world. If Jesus had appeared on earth as an adult without normal human growth, mankind would not believe that He was fully human, most likely.

    Hope this helps.

    Brother Rick:

Romans 8:19 For the earnest EXPECTATION of CREATION (creation is everything and everyone) WAITETH for the MANIFESTATION of the SONS OF GOD.

Romans 8:20 For the creature was made SUBJECT to VANITY, not willingly, but by reason of him who has subjected the same in hope,

Romans 8:21 For the creature itself ALSO shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God.

These verse say that when all the ELECT of God have been gathered; they, with Christ, will DELIVER creation into the glorious liberty of the children of God.

What do you believe is your purpose, in the kingdom of God here on earth, going to be.

Revelation 5:10 And hath made us unto OUR GOD kings and priest: and we shall reign (rule and govern) ON THE EARTH.

    Commentary on this website:

    People's Bible Notes for 1 Corinthians 12:11

1Corinthians 12:11 But all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit. There are named in 1Cor. 12:8-10 nine gifts, all supernatural, imparted by the same Spirit, which distributes them according to HIS own will.

In my experience, we need to study what the gifts are and how they operate. Read the Gospels to see how Jesus and the disciples operated these gifts. Not in pride, but humility.

    I was given discerning of spirits because I had so much trouble with them (evil) after salvation. Not only the evil; but discerning angels;

Knowing what is false or truth.

One example of the gifts are Jesus with the Samaritan woman at the well.

There's a website on YouTube, GEVTE, which is interesting. I'm curious what others think. It's math+astronomy+days and dates or earth events.

When I compare that with, "Look up-your redemption draws nigh thee"

    I sit outside a lot.

    Perry

In the beginning Adam and Eve were immortal they had no need of protein, vitamins, or minerals in their bodies. So, the fruit of the trees and the herbs of the field were enough for them, even all of the animals ate grass the lions, tigers, etc. the list goes on. But after the fall of man (taken of the forbidden fruit) Adam and Eve died to the spirit (they lost their immortality) they had to start eating meat and vegetables. The body now needed the protein and minerals to survive. Recall Genesis 3: 17, 18, & 19 God told Adam he would have to eat of the ground that includes animals that feed off the ground.

Yes, everyone that is saved is a member of Christ, and they have a choice to receive the first spiritual gift, that is to be filled with the Holy Ghost. but it is up to them to choose to use the first gift are not. The first gift that the Father gives is the gift of the Holy Ghost. If you let it operate in your life freely than other gifts will be added unto you. Do you recall the parable in Matthew 25: 14-30 the lord gave out talents to his servants, these talents Jesus was talking about in the parable are the gifts of the spirit. There are ten gifts the first is the Holy Ghost than nine more gifts follow. If you use the first gift freely which is the Holy Ghost than Jesus will store unto you another gift. The answer to your second question is yes you can have all of the gifts of the spirit if you allow them to work freely in your life.

    God Bless

    Antonio Vicente,

There are different understandings, Preterist, Historicist, Idealist/Spiritual, Dispensationalist, and Futurist interpretation of the end times, things that are taught that will happen. Your question of pre, mid, or post is based on when the Church will be taken to heaven to be spared the tribulation. When did this theory or doctrine start? There are some writings before, but the roots started in the late 17th century but were made popular by John Darby and C.I. Scofield with the study bible with footnotes helped promote the doctrine.

You as well as many on this site may believe this theory and out of love, I just ask that you study this for the truth. For those like me in the upper age group may not still be living but those who will be when these things start many will be lost if this theory is wrong.

The pre, mid, and post is based on taking the 70th week of the prophecy given to Daniel 9:24-27, and verse 27 is interpreted to be the 70th week and moved to the end time, the he in this verse is the antichrist, and seven years are placed at the end time, and your question is before, in the middle, or at the end of the tribulation.

Does scripture tell us we will be spared tribulation or the wrath of God, are they the same?

If the 70-week prophecy given to Daniel has been fulfilled what does this do to this theory?

Does scripture say there will be a third coming or just the second coming of Jesus?

Does 1 Thessalonians 4:17-18 tell us our destination after we meet Jesus in the air?

If the falling away and the son of perdition is revealed happens before Jesus returns, can there be a rapture before these two things happen?

These are just a few questions, is this theory true or part of the delusion?

Did God spare all the ones before us from tribulation?

Our hope is eternal life in Jesus Christ not being saved from the death of this fleshly body.

May our ears be open to the Spirit of truth.

    God bless,

Bible scripture is not complicated. Please don't let others complicate and confuse you.

Much of the bible scripture including the gospel of Jesus is written so that a common person (even a child) can easily understand enough to become saved, and remain saved, and receive Salvation/Heaven.

    John 3:16

"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."

    Believe in Jesus Christ.

    Mark 16:16

"He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned."

Get baptized in water, and receive the Holy Spirit.

    1 John 1:9

"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."

Ask God for forgiveness in the name of Jesus when you sin, and walk in the Spirit.

    John 14:15

"If ye love me, keep my commandments."

Strive to keep God's ten commandments, and ask for forgiveness when you sin.

    Revelation 22:14

"Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city."

Jesus tells us above, that those of us that keep his commandments - we will have the right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates of the city/Heaven.

Nothing is complicated in most bible scripture. God wants all of us to understand!

Do not depend on others, pick up and read your Bible, believe in what it says, and take a hold of YOUR SALVATION!

Good morning Catherine In addition to what was shared since the earth is the center of Gods Creation

and since Gods man was supposed to enjoy His creation from earth then there would be absolutely no biblical

reason to go to another planet when man driven by greed and lust has messed this one up. Besides they will

not find any other inhabitable planet like earth because earth is a miracle of the God that designed it.

to share what I understand, this has been attacked by the enemy because you are operating Gods spiritual

ability and that scares the enemy.

Hi Christina Notice in 1 Corinthians 12 :1 It starts saying gifts[which is in italics which means added later] then

in verse 7 the Word switches to [manifestation ]of the Spirit which is outward displays of the Gift of holy Spirit

these are available according the ability Given by spirit to operate. Also they do not operate you, you operate the

ability. Its like being given a loaded tool box and you decide to work the tools or not. The true God is not a control

freak it is God given ability I.E. Gift. There is much confusion in this area which has caused unfortunately also much

division. God Bless Knowing the truth will indeed set us free. All believers operate one or some whether knowing

or not. It's part of the package deal known as Christ in you the Hope of Glory God Bless.

P.S. Individuals say these are no longer in operation then the question is why did God spend literally three chapters

of His word explaining the operation and purpose of His Power. God doesn't waste words, especially when his are perfect!

    Prayerfully this helps

Hi Catherine In edition to what Chris shared the firmament biblically is also starting in verse 8 heaven and this word

is shamayim[which means heaved or things lifted up]. so all things above the service of the earth are in the

expanse or firmament heaven. Somethings else that has been found beyond the stars they have found large balls

of water as big as planets which proves verse 6, kinda neat.

I haven't listened to Jonas in a couple of years. I had no idea he is displaying that he's an apostle. I believe only Jesus's disciples and Paul were true Apostles. An Apostle is a Disciple one who saw the Risen Jesus. Paul saw and heard Jesus on the Damascus Road.

What he teaches about the Jezebel spirit is still useful. IT is a spirit. They all have fruit. She is a master manipulator. I have one in my family. I don't discuss spiritual issues around her. The Jz spirit knows Who is inside of me.

Sometimes you just have to surround your family member with lots of prayer. Prayer can cross 30 miles of distance, or a continent.

I was young in the Lord when the Holy Spirit gave me discerning of spirits. I think on my moms side there was a lot of dabbling in occult. Curses can be confessed and turned back to the beginning. I wish I had known this before my younger brothers died of complications of drug abuse.

We can pray from a distance. Your faith can go wherever you cannot. The Bible says God works within us to Will, and do. That's what we got, and it's no small thing. It takes faith that has been increased through adversity, or joy.

I have been scooping up on the sweetest spirit in my house today; and peace.

It's so funny I wanted to mop the floor early. Then tonight I picked up a cup of water thinking it was empty-and poured the water on the floor :D. I laughed!

Seems like the whole planet is hemorrhaging in disasters. The Lord Jesus still spills his joy onto us. I am praying that Jesus will wrap you in joy also. I think it's when we arrive at the end of our strength; that the Lord steps in. I've been hearing that Bill Withers song: Lean on Me :D
