    Dear M.

I thought that you were really looking for information on how to respond to someone you were trying to talk wit about the reality of God and how we can know that the God of the bible is the only true God. Many of us have given varied suggestions. But none seem to satisfy you as it seems that you are simply "testing" use to see if we come up with the answer that you think is the "correct" one. I may be wrong on this, so forgive me if I am. I will bow out of this conversation since I believe much has already been shared. My last thought is that we really don't know what the Spirit will lead us to share when we do meet this situation wit an unbeliever. It probably would depend if the person is truly seeking to find God or just wanting to be oppositional. God knows where they are coming from and will lead us.

Verse 5-This shows how devastating the greed for power can be. This is a good reminder for us to not think too much of ourselves and to be content.

    Hi M.

Providing we're able to convince one there is a God by his creation,

    Psalms 19:1.

    Romans 1:19-20.

Perhaps here's a few of many verses that shows the God of the Bible is that God.

Genesis 13:14-15. And the LORD said unto Abram, after that Lot was separated from him, Lift up now thine eyes, and look from the place where thou art northward, and southward, and eastward, and westward:

For all the land which thou seest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed (FOR EVER.)

As we know they went into captivity, And Ezekiel wrote from Babylon when the was desolate. They later returned and the land was left desolate again for over 1900 years.

May14, 1948. We see the "start" of

    Ezekiel 37:1-27.

    Ezekiel 20:42.

    Jeremiah 30:2-3.

    Jeremiah 31:17.

    Isaiah 43:5-6.

    Micah 4:6-7.

    Amos 9:14-15.

Ezekiel 36:23. AND I WILL SANCTIFY MY GREAT NAME, which was profaned among the heathen, which ye have profaned in the midst of them; and the heathen shall know that I am the LORD, saith the Lord GOD, when I SHALL BE SANCTIFIED IN YOU BEFORE THEIR EYES.

    Jeremiah 16:14-15. Therefore, behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that it shall no more be said, The LORD liveth, that brought up the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt;

But, The LORD liveth, that brought up the children of Israel from the land of the north, and from all the lands whither he had driven them: and I will bring them again into their land that I gave unto their fathers.

Jeremiah 23:6-8. In his days Judah shall be saved, and Israel shall dwell safely: and this is his name whereby he shall be called, THE LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS.

    Therefore, behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that they shall no more say, The LORD liveth, which brought up the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt;

But, The LORD liveth, which brought up and which led the seed of the house of Israel out of the north country, and from all countries whither I had driven them; and they shall dwell in their own land.

I just realized on the first day God created the heaven and the earth. Scripture goes on to say when God moved upon the face of the deep meaning in the beginning God; darkness and water which was deep God said, let there be light. So, then when I read verses 14 through 19, God made the sun, moon and the stars. So, I was asking God what kind of light was it on the first day? Does anyone in the community have a thought on my question? Thank you all. God bless.

    Fanita,

For me, being in Christ Jesus would mean that I have received Him into my life as my Lord and Savior. He is in me and I am in Him and nothing can separate me from Him. Jesus said in John 14:20, "At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye (in me), and I in you. So Jesus is making a connection for us here.

In Colossians 2:9, Paul says "For in Him, (in Christ), dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily" or in bodily form. When we receive Christ, and we are born of His Spirit, we have the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit living inside of us. Not part of Him, all of Him. You know how long it is going to last? Forever!

We have to understand that we have a spirit. And when God's Spirit comes into our spirit, we become one, never to be undone. His Spirit is in our spirit. And when we die, when our spirit leaves our body, He's taking us. His Spirit and our spirit will never be separate from now, throughout eternity!

So this is what it means to me to be in Christ Jesus. I am in Him, and He is in me.

The Holy Spirit is sweet. It's like the difference between a really sweet person and a total jerk. The Holy Spirit I know has never been rude. Never makes me feel horrible about myself or worthless or condemned. Always makes me want to lay my sin down and serve the lord with love. The Holy Spirit is very loving.

Fanita This is a daily moment by moment spiritual walk and lifestyle. You should look in the church epistles

and write down the places this specific term is used. It relates to where Gods sees us how he sees us what He's

given us the power available to us how we should think about us how God thinks about us. It is Most used In

in the Epistle to the Ephesians. In Gods eyes spiritually we are seated in the heavenlies in Christ!

M What your stating cannot be done for many people and the why? 2 Corinthians 4:4 is proof it is a

spiritual battle which is why people have seen the miraculous and still didn't believe. Even Jesus Christ

himself dealt with absolute unbelief no matter what so I'll move on because with all do respect I don't

have itching ears. The clay cannot explain the potter!

Dear TD He dont ment u, or me, we have a great responsibility since He has given us His Good Gifts. If you are saved and baptized in the Holy Spirit, He will not condemn you. He wants you to confess your sins and come to Him. You have gone from death too life in Christ.

But people who do not want to know the Lord are not forced into a fellowship with Him. We have our free will. To a certain extent.

But if He has predetermined that you have a great calling as Blessed Paul, He will do what He has predetermined. Nothing can change His Will on that point. God does what He wants.

Who among us will leave the only One who has been really good to us? Not me anyway!

Be grounded in the Word of God and acknowledge your sins.

Come to the Lord and have peace. It is the Holy Spirit who speaks to the people! Jesus Christ.

He did not first give you anointing and then take it away again. In that state you can do nothing, Jesus stands in your way and saves you, always becouse We want too do His will. It's in our hearts like it was in Jesus heart. He Loves us.

1 John 3:17 But whoso hath this world's good, and seeth his brother have need, and shutteth up his bowels of compassion from him, how dwelleth the love of God in him? 18My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue; but in deed and in truth. 19And hereby we know that we are of the truth, and shall assure our hearts before him. 20For if our heart condemn us, God is greater than our heart, and knoweth all things. 21Beloved, if our heart condemn us not, then have we confidence toward God. 22And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight. 23And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment.

Be richly blessed in the Word of God and be multiplied according to His Will. Happy New Year to u and yours!
  • Seeking the Favor of God - In Reply - 4 years ago
The favor of God can be described as "tangible evidence that a person has the approval of the Lord." When we favor someone, we want to be with him or her. We delight in him/her. We connect with him/her in a way we don't connect with everyone else. We usually favor people who also favor us. IN THE SAME WAY, God shows favor to the ones who delight in, connect with, and give honor to Him. Isaiah 66:2 says, "These are the ones I look on with favor: those who are humble and contrite in spirit, and who tremble at my word." 2 Chronicles 16:9 says, "For the eyes of the LORD run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to show himself strong on behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him." To be "perfect" toward Him means we seek His favor more than we seek the favor of anyone else, even ourselves.

Proverbs 8:35; "For whoso findeth me findeth life, and shall obtain favor of the LORD."

Psalms 5:12 "For thou, Lord, wilt bless the righteous; with favor wilt thou compass him as with a shield."

Proverbs 3:4; "So shalt thou find favor and good understanding in the sight of God and man."

Satisfy me Lord with favor and fill me with blessing in the name of Jesus!

In the mighty name of Jesus, I claim...

    -help reading your Word, daily

    - divine wisdom from your Word

    - patience with my family

    - divine favor in family and business

    - prosperity, bless tithes and offerings

    -shield me from satanic attacks

-help finding a better job, home

    - lend me angelic support

    - the release of finances

    Isaiah 26:3

You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in you.

    Luke 13:11; John 5:5; Acts 10:38; Acts 3:2; Acts 4:9

Speaking words of faith strengthen your spirit. Stay strong and you will be blessed for it.

    MARK 11

21 And Peter calling to remembrance saith unto him, Master, behold, the fig tree (COVID-19) which thou cursed at is withered away.

22 And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God.

23 For verily I say unto you, That WHOSOEVER shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.

24 Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.

[For everyone facing covid__Put your faith in Jesus. He not only heals, he cures.]

    2 Corinthians 6

4 But in all things approving ourselves as the ministers of God, in much patience, in afflictions, in necessities, in distresses,

    5 In stripes, in imprisonments, in tumults, in labours, in watchings, in fastings;

6 By pureness, by knowledge, by longsuffering, by kindness, by the Holy Ghost, by love unfeigned

7 By the word of truth, by the power of God, by the armour of righteousness on the right hand and on the left,

    8 By honour and dishonour, by EVIL report and GOOD report: as deceivers, and yet true;

9 As unknown, and yet well known; as dying, and, behold, WE LIVE; as chastened, and NOT KILLED,

Satan and evil humans cannot kill us without permission. Satan has no authority__YOU DO. You have Jesus's permission to use his authority and power. I've tried so hard to impart this. Covid does not have permission to take your life.

So put your most holy Faith in God. Don't you back down.

Every day, wash the poisons off your body. Use your olive oil, and anoint your forehead in the name of Jesus. Luke 4:18 or Isaiah 61. Proclaim it.
