Discussion for Genesis 9

  • Burak
I loved the whole of chapter 9 it was very enlightening and enjoyable
  • Mac Daniel Amu for verse 27
The prophetic fulfilment of this scripture was when the Gentiles became part of the Church which is of Christ the root of Shem."Japheth shall dwell in the tents of Shem". This is true when Gentiles become Christian, they recieve the blessings of enlargement. May you blessed and the God of Shem gives ample room as you dwell in the tents of Shem!
  • Tim sarumi for verse 1
Its a fresh start...God gives Noah the same blessing he had pronounced over Adam

This chapter is very prolific, profound and significant in the life of this generation for us and our children to be very careful in the way and manner we treat and speak to our parents and those God has placed over us and also our recalcitrant behaviour towards others. Noah placed a Generational Curse on Ham the father of Caanan, which affected Esau for disobeying the parents and went married a caananite wife and subsequently robbed him of first son 's inheritance engineered by her mother.
