6And he said vnto them, Is hee well? and they said, He is well: and behold, Rachel his daughter commeth with the sheepe. 7And hee said, Loe, it is yet high day, neither is it time that the cattell should be gathered together: water yee the sheepe, and goe and feed them. 8And they said, We cannot, vntill all the flockes bee gathered together, and till they rolle the stone from the welles mouth: then wee water the sheepe. 9¶ And while hee yet spake with them, Rachel came with her fathers sheepe: for she kept them. 10And it came to passe, when Iacob saw Rachel the daughter of Laban his mothers brother, and the sheepe of Laban his mothers brother; that Iacob went neere, and rolled the stone from the wels mouth, and watered the flocke of Laban his mothers brother.

9 years AgoMark Nunes for verse 17Leah had beautiful tender sad eyes far apart and slanting down at the sides like Marylin Monroe This was her best feature but Rachel still had more going for her and was beautiful also and had a nice body. Fat was considered beautiful back then at a time when everyone worked so hard, ate so little and hardly any one got overweight. So maybe Leah was skinny. Well favored probably meant Rachel had a fuller figure but with a nice hourglass shape.Flag

9 years AgoSarah for verse 17No she was not blue eyed ,nor white, how did you gather that from that passage? You pastor knows not the word. All the nation of ISRAEL was, and is dark unto this day. She was pleasing to the eye, but not like Rachel . The Jews in ISRAEL today are of Russian descent.Flag
