If your Bible has "center of each page, columns" ; those are references to other scriptures that give more information. See the tiny alphabet letters? Look in the column for that letter and look that one up too and read it.

There's a commentary box. Below the 2 search boxes. Put your scripture in one of the search boxes. Touch it and it will turn yellow. Scroll down below that to the commentary box. Click on that.
If it has commentary you can read that too.

When you study, always ask The Holy Spirit to teach you what you are reading. His voice always makes your spirit happy.
Voices that frighten your spirit-do not listen to that. I'll tell you why later.

Come back anytime and look for Mishael comments. That's me. I'll help all I can.
Sometimes I take notes. What is God telling me? If you study alongside the Holy Spirit, you can ask Him if this pertains to me? Someone I know? Believers? Un-believers?
This website has a commentary box below the Search box. Pull up your verse; click on it to highlight it. Just scroll down till you see the Commentary, open and read what it says about your verse.
I looked at your verse and it was a genealogy page. Is that what you wrote?

May we run a victorious life in Christ Jesus.
The practical wisdom found in the Bible truly surpasses human thinking. This verse can be applied to so many aspects of our lives. There are so many religions and teachings, and sometimes people never research. However, this verse tells us not to believe everything we hear. Rather, THINK and research to make sure it is true.
