God made Moses a god to Pharaoh, little g,the Egyptians worshiped creation and the creature more than the creator see Romans chapter 1. some of their gods which were many was the serpent,and the life giving water of the Nile River they saw both these helpless and hopeless to their defense against the God of Moses and Aaron. Likewise any god we put before God will be helpless in the day of judgment
