Some strange comments here; namely, Billy's re "woman was the first to sin so god made man over woman." Hmmmm it's so unfortunate that "christian" guys always want to start at the place of sin. First: God made woman from man's side to show equality, not from the bottom of his foot, nor from the top of his head. When there was no sin, there was no prediction by God that woman was to be ruled by men, that was just the consequence of sin, not how God created male and female at the first. At the first, there was total equality. Then, when Eve did eat of the tree of knowledge of good and evil, Adam should have stepped in, taken the blame, then taken the punishment for his bride's mistake. That's what the Lord Jesus did for His bride--us, the church. (Strange that people have not figured that one out.) Note that when Adam sinned against God the first thing he does is BLAME, BLAME, BLAME . He blames the woman, then blames God for making her! Sin makes "men" cowardly, unmanly, and pretty much unable to think logically without extreme concerted effort. Understand that the life of the flesh is in the blood; that the chromosome in the male sperm makes blood form in the ovum; that because of one man's sin, all have sinful blood coursing through their veins. And that's why Jesus was born without use of the male sperm. Yet He was THE MAN (Indeed, that is what Pontious Pilot said: "Behold the man!")
