What a wonderful verse as all are. Remember HIS thoughts are higher than your thoughts...I look at this verse as a crime scene, like an investagater would ...look very close. Set it up and look close ..look at every word and ask questions.. Sin is comming and sin is a crime against God and let us look at this crime scene closely. Who is the guilty one ..not God, this verse is giving us the answers we need to understand what is going on....Thus the heavens and the earth were finished...could it be that finished means more than what you have always thought... could it be that an end of some kind had happened....I say as I see it an end is there..that is why God rested on the seventh day and rested could mean as a chicken rests on her eggs that God covered us with his love and rested on us as a mother hen does when she covers her eggs... we need Him so much if an end had come...verse 4 says these are the generations of .. do you realize that to have a generation these must be a death....something happened to cause a death and the need for a new generation....the mist going up and watering the ground is very important........the Lord rested on us and thus a cloud as He did for the people of God after leaving with Moses...Remember the cloud .. that is a mist ..it is God and He watered the whole face of the ground.WITH LIVING WATER OF HIMSELF.MOSES HIT THE ROCK INSTEAD OF TOUCHING IT TO GET WATER FOR THE PEOPLE AND DIDN'T GET TO GO INTO THE PROMISE LAND BECAUSE OF THAT MOVE..GOD IS THE LIVING WATER.....Now Adam was made of the dust of The ground . Dust is dry with no water...that is important ..a fact that a detective would would catch who looks closely. The man was formed but dead at this time. Then He,, the Lord ,,breathed the breath of life into him , adam and he became a living soul. remember this fact... we have two men here ...one is the heavenly Man and the other the earthly man.. we are created in His image right... so we are earthly and He being the same yesterday , today and always is the Man from heaven ///Jesus ...Father..Son and Holy Spirit.... this understanding of this fact will help you in the future verses...the creation of man and woman was a fact... and then ended ,thus the need for God as always and the need for Him to rest on us.. to cover us as a father..then to help us and watch over us.. We are his children and he is always with us remember ..I WILL NEVER LEAVE YOU OR FORSAKE YOU.....HE NEVER CHANGES AND IS TRUE TO HIS WORD, A MAN OF HIS WORD....MOST PEOPLE FORGET HE IS A MAN LIKE US BUT SINLESS AND A HEAVENLY MAN...HE IS OUR ONE AND ONLY GOD ALMIGHTY......THIS IS A LONG PROCESS TO EXPLAIN AND I AM TIRED BUT STAY IN TOUCH BECAUSE IT GET BETTER AND I PROMISE YOU WILL THINK ABOUT THIS A LOT CLOSER AND UNDERSTAND BETTER IF YOU UNDERSTAND THAT THE BIBLE IS A LEGAL DOCUMENT AND MUST BE READ LIKE THAT .. EVERY COMMA AND PERIOD ARE IMPORTANT AND EVERY WORD MUST BE EXAMINED CLOSELY//// GOD IS GREAT AND HOLY..GOD HAS TAUGHT ME DAY BY DAY AND I AM SHARING THIS WITH YOU OUT OF LOVE..WITH LOVE GOOD NIGHT ...SEE YOU SOON
