Evangelist Chatauna Robinson on Genesis 1 - 10 years ago
Hello Tom T Each day in which something was created God ended with and the evening and the morning was the . He either had Moses write it was the first, second, third, etc. day. The Heaven and the Earth that is spoken of in verse one is the Heaven and the Earth you see now. Because in verses 9 and 10 he gathered the waters under the heaven and then he placed the Earth there also. Then in Chapter 2 verse 1 leads you to believe that there is more than just one heaven. Instead of saying heaven and earth the scripture states that there are heavens and the earth. Naturally we see the heaven which is above us. Then there is what some people call the heaven or universe or galaxy whatever further above the heaven. I know that according to scripture there are at least three heavens. 2 Corinthians 12 2 I knew a man in Christ above fourteen years ago, whether in the body, I cannot tell or whether out of the body, I cannot tell God knoweth such an one caught up to the third heaven. Exactly how many heavens there are I do not know but I do believe that there is more than one Isaiah 42 5 states Thus saith God the Lord, he that created the heavens, and stretched them out he that spread forth the earth, and that which cometh out of it he that giveth breath unto the people upon it, and spirit to them that walk therein Then there is a heaven in which we do not see that is where God, the angels and other beings and creatures reside, Revelation Chapter 4.
