in 1979 my 3 year old daughter passed away. Shortly thereafter my cousin living in the same town told me that God had told her to tell me to read Isaiah 54. A few days later I received a letter from an associate living about 600 miles away who told me God had told her to tell me to read Isaiah 54. These two individuals had never met each other. They never did meet each other. They lived hundreds of miles apart. I believe there are 1074 chapters in the Old and New Testament both individuals told me God told them to have me read Isaiah 54. It is an lifting chapter. It gives courage and perhaps that 's all the meaning that was intended for me. My life has continued to be filled with tragedy, so it wouldn 't be that a promise was given to be that there would be no more pain. I am curious as to any comments of interpretation that could be helpful even today 35 years later. Thank you.
