My Comment is a response to Joel's comment on Ephesians Chapter 4, Verse 11. I don't actually know, myself, but I think There's Some More Criteria on being at least an Overseer, and on being a Bishop of a Church in either 1 or 2 Timothy, and I think anyone wanting to be a Pastor, could learn from That. But like I say, I don't really know. There are Ways you can test whether or not you're in the Faith in 1 or 2 Corinthians, 1 and 2 and maybe 3 John as well, cause I know you've got to be in the Faith to be a Pastor. I'm more familiar with God's Calling on my life to be an Evangelist. God just started Telling me to tell strangers on the street that Jesus Loves them when I was 17, and that He was going to Train me to Hear His Voice. And I later got some training and human qualifications to be an Evangelist, much of this training though, I don't remember. I only remember What God Taught me. We have an Anointing, Which is not a lie, but the Truth, and have no need of any [human] teaching us, according to the Bible Somewhere. Once you figure out Knowing God's Voice, It should be easier to know whether or not, God has Called you to be a Pastor, or for That Matter, Anything Else. I hope This Helps.
