Loose the four angels which are bound in the great river Euphrates."(Rev.9.14-15) Considering the outer darkness the sign of the lesser light shall rule them. new earth as distinct from outer darkness, as mentioned in v.17, 'And to divide the light from the darkness: and God saw that it was good.
