"For the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters." (Rev.14.7)
God does not judge anyone,'but hath committed all judgment unto the Son.' ( Jn 5.22) As his earthly ministry was coming to a close, Jesus referred the day in terms of the hour. " The hour is come, that the Son of man should be glorified." This was attested from heaven, "Now is my soul troubled; and what shall I say? Father, save me from this hour: but for this cause came I unto this hour./Father, glorify thy name. Then came there a voice from heaven, saying, I have both glorified it, and will glorify it again.(12.23, 26-27) God decreed the day which was coming to its nadir. This sounds the time as set by the Spirit as evening. It explains the line, "I have both glorified it' meaning his will and fulfilment of it spells glory declared by the heaven. and the phrase following it,' And will glorify again' refers to the throne of glorry which is not Throne of God but hyphenated to man Throne of God and of the Lamb.
This hour of judgment we shall consider exclusively in context of Israel. "When I was daily with you in the temple, ye stretched forth no hands against me: but this is your hour, and the power of darkness.." ( Lk. 22.53) Notice it was night. So when Jesus Christ appears next it shall be in his glory. The line, 'And the evening and the morning were the first day" must run the full round for the Son according to the everlasting Covenant.. "When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory."(Mt.25.33) They are cursed for having refused the covenant; Instead they covenanted with darkness so their power came from the devil. They are sons of perdition. God separated light from darkness which is set in terms of weeks. Seventy weeks in Daniel ch.9 refers to Israel, the reprobates: 7x10 The Law of the Spirit judges law of sin and death.
