    Rev.14.7 "One hour of judgment"

"For the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters."

Another angel than the one showing St John of 'the first fruits' (14.1-5) and he is declaring the everlasting gospel and warns, of one hour judgment. The 144,000 as a number indicates the saints redeemed from the earth even before the worlds are framed by the word of God. The divine Will and the Lamb are established on the mountain of God. They are memorials even as the 24 elders and the four beast signify of the body the church shall eventually take. They are priests and kings foreordained for the saints on mount Sion.

Jesus on the night he was taken referred to 'But this is your hour, and the power of darkness." For those who refused the everlasting gospel their judgment also is reckoned as 'the hour of his judgment. It is thus Sodom, Egypt, Jerusalem and Babylon shall be judged and at the end, "and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined."(Dan.9.26) Jerusalem and Babylon set desolation closer to our times.

Time is marked week, month and year that are labels set by the Spirit and it is set in terms of the earthly ministry of Jesus Christ. "And when he had opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven about the space of half an hour." This silence in heaven marks the Advent of the Son of man as the word become flesh. Three and a half years can be set in terms of days, months or time times and a half. Be that as it man the Son shall have ministry in heaven as well. The Command number for the Word for this reason is 4. What do 40 days signify? 4x10 "(The risen Christ) he shewed himself alive after his passion by many infallible proofs, being seen of them forty days. He proves that he is true and faithful witness. (Rev.2.14)
