It's been awhile since I've asked for prayers. I'm not as close to the Lord as I should be. I've let distractions of this life get the best of me, and I'm ashamed to admit I haven't been reading my Bible daily, and when I do, I seem to be reading just to "get it done".
I've noticed I'm not crucifying the lusts of my flesh as strongly as I have been before, and when I overcame a sin recently, I noticed that even though that sin was overcome, I haven't been talking with the Lord as much, in fact my prayers have become very brief and general.
A part of me is saying wake up! Another part just wants to break down, and then there's a tiny part where I'm like "let me just avoid this mess I've created!"
I need encouragement brothers and sisters, please keep me in your prayers. Thank you,
