Check I Timothy 4:3-5 We are not under the Levitical law but under grace. Paul gave us the doctrine for the church through inspiration of the Holy Spirit & now we are at liberty to eat pork or whatever. Also check Acts 10: 9-15 Acts gives us the details of the transition from law to grace. When the veil was torn in two we came under a new dispensation.
