Two different time zones, "He is risen is one thing", using a "tardis" is another thing altogether. So verse 9-20 did not exist in the Codex Sinaiticus. Secondly, it was written in a style of 4th century Latin, or by someone who wrote Latin in a country that was never ruled by Rome thereby never having learned the difference between medieval and late Latin.
