GM, GBU, TRUTH SEEKERS, May i put in my 2 cents on water baptism, No pun intented, But All the water in the world cd not remove our sins, Behold the Lamb of God that that taketh away the sins of the world, Even in the O.T. they had to Apply blood to the DOOR POSTS, Which is a picture of our hearts ,They cd not apply water to the Doorposts. ( our hearts and minds ) Behold i stand at the DOOR and knock ). Jesus knew that All of his disciples had been water baptised but he warns them If i wash thee not you will have NO PART WITH ME, which speaks volumes of another baptism of the H.G. that resulted from the Cross his blood etc. He tells his own disciples if i wash thee not you will have NO PART WITH ME. But Peter was commanding water baptism after that God had given them the BAPTISM OF THE H.G. Acts 10 . But Peter was not satisfied with the Baptism of the H.G. HE WAS COMMANDING WATER BAPTISM IN ESSENCE SAYING THE BLOOD WAS NOT SUFFICIENT they needed water h20 to be made CLEAN,which was a slap in the face of God, And the lamb of God. Thats y the LORD was so upset with Peter saying what i have made CLEAN ( by the blood ) the CROSS ETC Donot call common or unclean. Then God showed Peter that sheet with all the Unclean Animals which was the Church that was made Clean by the Blood of Gods lamb. Not Water . Then after that Peter understood the VISION he says then remembered I the Words of our Lord, John baptised you with water but i will BAPTISE you with the H.G. and Fire. Thats y Paul was so reluctant to preach water baptism, he knew it wd make the Cross ( the blood ) of no effect. Absolutely nothin can be added to what Jesus did at Calvary, It was finished at Calvary. If i belifted up i will draw ALL MEN UNTO ME. its all Him
