Walter I don't know all your tribulation I say tribulation because its mental pressure from the world. Romans chapter 8 whole Chapter a good start. I try not to change everything just one piece at a time. Math.6:25-34 that isn't saying don't think about it at all, as it says in Phillippians 4:6 the word careful is anxious like saying let go and let God, get internally peaceful, Phil:7-9. Christ has made us more that conquerors through Him who loved us. Romans 8 Focus on the things God promises. Remember He's not Just almighty God he's also your tender loving heavenly Father who wants to meet all your needs. God Bless P.S. It is not the will of God for us to suffer at all that was one mans Job to pay for us to be more than Conquerors through Him.
