    Chris,

If God didn't create angels, there'd be no sin.

If God didn't created man so flawed, there would be no sin.

God created evil; God can do anything He pleases.

    Fact.

Hi Benjamin. I can understand your comments, even as others have also indicated elsewhere. However, I think that all these comments are merely hypotheses as one cannot assume that sin wouldn't have come to us some other way, or whether the power of choice given to man was actually a flaw leading to sin.

Indeed, "God can do anything He pleases", but to create evil (?). That assumption violates the very Character of a Holy God. "For thou art not a God that hath pleasure in wickedness: neither shall evil dwell with thee." ( Psalm 5:4). Can such a God hate evil & denounce it every level through the Holy Scriptures, but then be the One to create it? And even if He did, He would have no right to accuse anyone of doing that which He created. So, in my understanding, such a proposition becomes absurd - at least to the God I know, of the Bible.

    Chris,

You were doing fine until you started defending what God does when God needs no defense.

Everything that exists only does so because of God.

When the three evil spirits are deposed of, evil will be history, replaced by the comfort we've strived for our entire existence.

( Revelation 20:10) And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.
