These are not the 4 horseman. These are the army used to destroy Mystery Babylon and the Babylonian system within 1 hour. It's not a standing army, rather 200 mega ton hypersonic missiles; TNT. Compare with Joel 2:4-11 day of The Lord description of these weapons.
