The 2nd verse says a bishop should be the husband of one wife, as well a deacon the husband of one wife. However it did not say a bishop should be the wife of one husband or a deacon the wife of one husband.. I believe that God wants us as women to teach younger women how to be godly and so that is one that I believe is the ministry of a woman. We as women have our place in the home raising the children and keeping them quiet as our men study the word to give to the church. Women tend to get aggravated more easily than men and we blow things all out of proportion, whereas men don’t get as emotional when situations come up in the church. We are ministers but we don’t need to be on a pulpit to do that. I've seen a lot of churches torn up behind women. I feel we should sit back and let the man do this job and we do give them the support they need to get it done, because we can’t take being talked about and lied on like a man can.
