    Yes Paul wrote this but he also said 9 For God is my witness, whom I serve with my spirit in the gospel of his Son, that without ceasing I make mention of you always in my prayers But scripture clearly tells you 2 Peter 1:21 For the prophecy came NOT in old time BY THE WILL OF MAN: but HOLY MEN of God spake AS THEY WERE MOVED BY the HOLY GHOST. The Holy Ghost spoke through them
