    All things you list are temporal, carnal, devised by men of the world; and cannot pluck from the hand of my Holy Father. Wisdom is to fear God, not man: but ye wicked attempt to prolong with fear. But now ye, having killed Christ, are afraid putting forth vanities for shew. For this very cause it is written, Be not afraid of them that kill the body, and after that have no more that they can do.
