I am that Michael Isaac Dale on Psalms 121 - 7 years ago
A man says, I believe in God, washed by the blood of the Lamb! and, Believers are taken, tortured and killed! See ye his fruit? For my Holy Father says, The LORD shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul. The LORD shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore. And whosoever lives and believes in me shall never die. Believe thou this?
This is a song of ascents and of degrees. It raises our soul in comfort and encouragement. It can be hard to trust, and even harder to trust that you will rise above situations and circumstances. He will not leave us in our distress and need. We are Jacob's children, the center column, on which the house is built. We must remember that the G-d of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob is with us always. Adonai!
The LORD is always with His children and we should put our trust in Him and Him alone. We must not look to the right or to the left but keep our eyes on Him the Author and Finished of our faith. He promise to protect us so we just have to rest all our cares on Him and believe and trust Him no matter what we go through rest assured He is with us for He cares for us. Praise the Lord.
God is always: loving us: guiding us: guarding us: protecting us: forgiving us: keeping us: We are so blessed. He will never leave us, no matter what we do. We are to ask His forgiveness whenever we sin against Him. Stop sinning: He is such a wonderful Father to us.We don’t deserve his forgiveness, but He is forgiving, wants a pure relationship. Best relationship we will ever have is with Him.
The Lord is always watching and taking care of us. No matter what trials we face here in this life and even our souls in death. We must trust in the Lord, as we are his children and like a loving and kind parent, will always watch over us and keep us safe.
This Psalm lets me know that God is too faithful to fail, this confidence makes me also know that I cannot be disadvantaged because my God is always awake.

In the year 1984 my Mother asked me "take me to my mountains one last time" We drove up I-93 toward the White Mountains and when they came into view she quoted verse 1.
Now it gives me assurance that we will meet again someday soon.
The chapter is very clear...telling the faithfuls that he, God will never abandon us, and that He will ALWAYS be with us ensuring our feet does not slip that we fall. It is very encouraging. More importantly, God does not lie so this promises is certain and stands for ever.
This pslm do everything it says For the AbbaGod never slumber nor sleep When my husband get angry and our conversations cannot agree I say this pslm aloud and peace overtake us both. For we have been preserved in going and in coming Glory Halleluyah
Reassurance indeed. The first day of December and this is what I have been asked to meditate on. This the assurance we have that we can go to bed knowing that we are being watched over.
